“Great family run business. Love the Jamaican vibe, unfortunately they didn’t do food on a Monday or Tuesday so didn’t get chance to sample. Bed was extremely comfortable too and good hot water pressure in the bathroom. ”

“Our room was Yew and Eye, one of the newly built cabins in the garden of this historic inn with a twist. The design is like nothing we’ve ever seen before with surprises every way you look. The room itself has human eyeballs as a decorative theme which was fascinating and amusing. The standard double bed was extremely comfortable, there was plenty of useful storage and good ventilation. “Lovely hotel. Staff very friendly and helpful. Swimming pool was beautiful and (when I was there) very quiet. There's also a small sauna and steam room, and a tiny (but perfectly formed) gym, Excellent breakfast selection, and again staff very helpful, even with late arriving guests.
