This motel is an excellent choice in the quaint town of Palmerston in the heart of farm/mennonite Ontario. Close to restaurants and relatively close to other tourist towns of interest including Arthur and St. Jacobs. We recommend”

“Very nice place, just basic and old-fashioned. Great for self-catering. All amenities - esp A/C - worked well (no hairdryer). Bed very comfortable. Easy 20 min walk distance to Festival theater and 30 to the others. Close to shopping.”

“Staff was friendly during check-in and check-out, very quick, too. The room was large and clean. Beds were queen sized. There was a microwave and a refrigerator. Air conditioning worked well. Bathroom was updated. Shampoo and soap, and hair dryer were provided. Location was excellent, on the road out of town, and 5 minutes from downtown. The one improvement I would like to see is a coffee maker in the room.”

“Check in was confusing if you didn't choose on line check.in. Staff were not at the hotel between 12pm and 5pm as was indicated. Continental breakfast was meager”

“We left a night early and just ate the cost. Spiders and webs throughout the room. Horrible smell, we spent our evening sitting outside for fresh air. Good price and beds were clean.”

“It was the perfect getaway. Everything exceeded our expectations! The room was clean and spacious. They even had bathrobes and slippers in the closet - I don't think I've ever stayed at a hotel that provided slippers. The SPA was peaceful and relaxing. Both breakfast and dinner were absolutely EPIC. Maybe I just haven't stayed at many luxury properties, but their omelette was one of the best I've had. It was cooked fresh right in front of me by a very nice chef. Dinner was simply incredible as...

Every stay has been excellent, the staff are always friendly and welcoming, the amenities are great, and the breakfast offers plenty of options. The hotel is clean, and we were happy to see that the rooms have been beautifully renovated. We always look forward to coming back and would highly recommend staying here!”

“This hotel needs fixing up. The room lock looks like it was previously broken in and it wasn't fully fixed. The shower drain was bent out of shape and had a sharp edge sticking out that could cut your feet. ”
