☆☆ BEDROOMS + BATHROOMS ☆☆
Large groups will have plenty of space to spread out between the five spacious bedrooms. The master bedroom is on the 2nd level of the house and features a king-sized bed, a large walk-in closet, and ensuite bathroom, complete with dual sinks, a walk-in shower, soaking tub, and essential toiletries.

There are two other bedrooms also on the 2nd level of the house. One is outfitted with a queen bed and large closet, the other has two full beds with large closet. These 2 bedrooms share a full bathroom with double vanity, shower & tub in the hallway.

Theres a large loft area on the 2nd level of the house with a twin size bunk bed and l shape sectional. Equipped with a smart tv for extra sleep and lounge space

It's a true chef’s kitchen, with an abundance of counter space, an oversized island, and sleek countertops. You’ll find all the cooking basics here, including stainless steel appliances, a blender, a coffee maker, and more.

You can perch yourself at the island (seating for four) to sip on pre-dinner cocktails or coffee, then head over to the large dining table (seating for 6) to dine as a group. Enjoy the beautiful wall art and assortment of indoor plants for a refreshing ambiance.

The kitchen and dining area open up to the living room. This area is equipped with a large 65" flat-screen Smart TV with Bluetooth capabilities, a bluetooth speaker, oversized sectional sofa, and beautiful wall artwork.

Large game room on the first level of the house loaded with tons of games and enjoyment. Huge Top Shot basketball to race against your friends and family or beat the clock, Foosball table, darts and large poker/game table with seating for 8.

The massive outdoor area is a staple of the home. This beautiful space features a private pool (NOT HEATED) with a basketball hoop to play hoops while you swim (floats included), sun loungers, electric fire pit with seating for 4 around it. Stainless steel gas grill and outdoor dining space with (seating for 8). Play some corn-hole, or go for a ride on the 2 mountain bikes stored in the garage.

Great last minute trip
Beautiful home. Easy check in and the host was very accommodating making sure all our needs were met. Everything was very clean. We really enjoyed our stay. And the little ones had a blast in the pool.

Kids loved the pool! We loved that we could watch movies on the tv's. We also loved the game room. Wish we would have had more time to enjoy the bikes! Nice, cozy and ample.

Our stay
The house it self is beautiful however the inside is outdated. Very dirty as well there was open food from previous people everything was extremely greasy the garbage disposal was not working causing the water to back up in the sink which smelled really bad the rooms had dirty clothes left by the pervious guest the ac when we arrived was off so the house was well over 90 degrees inside we turned the air on the bottom stairs never reached under 76 and the upstaris never dropped below 85 but in the bedrooms it was well over 90 degrees the bedroom were so hot that it was miserable to sleep in the last night we stayed after messaging the host multiple times both the 1st and 2nd day he had small fans delivered it was not enough to cool the room my 6 year became sick and threw up. The back yard has a beautiful pool that was indeed dirty we did clean it not a problem the fire pit did not work they had a gas gril that was greasy and dirty and a carco gril that had cigarette buds inside of it. The hand towels are ripped and the towels used for showering had gum stuck to it. The basket ball hoops are broken and most of the balls were flat and the dart board 90% of the darts were also broken the poker table however was very nice and we did enjoy playing a game on there. Needless to say this house is extremely run down needs alot of fixing up and a deep clean felt gross to even walk on the carpet

Not Really Lavish
As vacation property owners ourselves, fair and balanced reviews are important for future guests and hosts. The description "lavish escape" connotates a 5 star accomodation which this is not. A 3.5 rating would be fair. On the plus side, the location was great for our needs, and the hosts were responsive to issues we had. The furnishings, kitchen supplies, and linens are in need of upgrading. Most of the stuff in the house is of lower quality. The kitchen chairs need to. be replaced. The yard could be spruced up and get rid of the broken down sandbox in the back. The mattress covers are plastic and crinkle when you move in bed. We attempted to cook dinner but there were no serving bowels for salad or pasta, nor wine glasses. I sent an email to the hosts and the had some shipped the next day after our dinner. We purchased some kitchen items as well. The upstairs thermostat wasn't working and the smoke alarm needed new batteries which were taken care of quickly by the property manager. The hosts are out of state, and are quite responsive, but the could use a local property manager that really pays attention to details and regularly inspects the property.

Wonderful home
We had an excellent stay at this home. There was so much for the kids to do and stay just and it wasn’t right in town but close enough to get groceries. I will say it’s not stocked too well with kitchen items like good pots and pans and large skillets. For the size of the home and number of guests that can stay it should have a lot of big size pots and pans and cooking utensils. But who knows maybe they did in the beginning and lame people steal them. But the owners were great about getting back with us and rectifying anything we needed. MOST IMPORTANTLY the beds were VERY comfortable and the house was very clean!!

Not clean
The carpets were filthy with numerous stains, walls were dirty, dog feces in the yard, broken bottles in the yard. There were other issues, but I will not go into all of them. It appears they had had a long-term renter prior to our check in and did not have time to properly clean.

Wonderful Family Vacation at Casa Vista
The house is very large and beautiful. The back yard, where we spent most of our time was like a tropical paradise. We enjoyed playing basketball and foosball in the indoor game room. We all felt right at home. It is a beautiful area. It is a bit far out if you have alot of things planned each day, but we got everywhere in about 30 minutes. The host was very responsive to my questions.
