Cozy Stay
My boyfriend and I loved our stay here. It had everything we needed. The pool was beautiful and a nice way to cool off. We enjoyed using the bbq.

Nice stay
This unit worked well for our stay in Phoenix. It was clean and what we wanted, a central location to explore the area. I don't think you would want to do much cooking as the kitchen is very small, but it was fine for our breakfast and some lunches in. It was nice to relax at the pool a couple of times during our stay as well. There are 3 small dogs on the property, but only saw them while we were at the pool and rarely heard them otherwise. A good alternative to a hotel room!

Relaxing Pool Getaway
Overall, my stay at this property was alright. The pool is fantastic but was pretty chilly. The listing does not mention that 3-5 small dogs live on the property, who barked often and sometimes directly at me when I was moving from my room to the poolside chairs and back. This property backs up to a busy road, so when outside there is a lot of traffic noise, construction, and also airplanes flying overhead. Some pros: the shower is really nice, with all of the different settings. There is a lot of shade available in the backyard, which was great. And the host was so kind to me. She was really understanding when I dropped and broke a cereal bowl in the unit. A nice stay for the price!

Bed was like sleeping on a slab of granite

Everything was really nice good neighborhood very clean everything you could want or need pretty much.. the only thing really bad I would have to say is we had to clean the pool to use it because it had leaves everywhere and the bed is really hard and was very uncomfortable to sleep and too small!!

Great stay for being out and about
We had a good time here. Edith is friendly, welcoming, and accommodating. The pool is great and is shared as the listing mentions. We were out most of the day but the unit was a relaxing place to return to. The neighborhood was nice and quiet but close driving distance to many businesses.

Perfect location for us. Edith was quick to answer questions for us since we were unfamiliar with area and trying to locate a place close to where we would be spending most of our time. Quiet neighborhood. Nice orange and lemon trees. We didn’t take advantage of pool as weather wasn’t super hot.

Loved it and hope to return soon...
I was delighted with the decor and layout. Just perfect with all the right kitchen equipment and lovely linens. The shower is a marvel and so luxurious! Any questions were immediately attended with courtesy and care. The rental is a beautifully decorated elegant pied a terre. Quiet & comfy. Located just a block north of Thunderbird on 64th - great location for all the fun activities we enjoyed over the TK holiday. This was my first VRBO and I give it a 5 star rating.

Phoenix 2022 travel

Absolutely perfect!
I was in need of a centrally located place with an outdoor area, a kitchen, a place I can comfortably work and with privacy. This unit definitely delivered. The place was clean and comfortable and absolutely beautiful. Only about a 20 minute drive to Old Town Scottsdale and downtown. Close to plenty of shops and amenities. The communication with the owner was easy, and she was graciously flexible with check in and check out times. Just a couple things to note: There are a couple small dogs on the property, but they're separated by a fence in the backyard, so it never was an issue. The wall in the bedroom is kind of thin and you can sometimes hear the TV being played from the house. I found that at times when the TV was being used in the house, I wasn't able to use the TV in the bedroom. But none of these things would prevent me from staying here again. It's now at the top of my list of places to look at when visiting the Phoenix area!
