Crystal Point is a quiet subdivision centrally located just north east of Avondale rd & McDowell intersection. Just minutes from Gateway Pavilion and the 101 to the East, I10 and Phoenix Raceway to the South, Westgate Entertainment District to the North, and Estrella Falls to the West.

Other Things to Note:

NOTE: Pool Heat is optional and requires a $60/night ($300week) Pool Heat Fee. Payment & request must be made at least 72 hours prior to arrival to ensure the pool will be heated at arrival. Requests inside 72 hours or at arrival need to be aware that the pool can take between 10-16 hours to fully heat depending on weather and ambient temperature.

Spring training vacation
Raul's home made our weeklong trip for Spring Training absolutely wonderful! Could not ask for a better host. He was so helpful and prompt in any requests we had. The home was exactly as pictured, clean and welcoming. All the accommodations needed for a comfortable week. We enjoyed morning coffee in the spacious back yard, time in the heated pool and spent several evenings sitting around the cozy fire pit. The location offers lots of options for shopping and dining and offers easy access to the many baseball fields we visited. Our family enjoys a morning walk or run and felt so comfortable in the neighborhood. Thank you again Raul for sharing your wonderful home!

Spring break in AZ
We really enjoyed our stay. Definitely took advantage of the heated swimming pool, as the nights were cool. The backyard and patio had plenty of seating. The grill and fire pit were easy to use. The house is beautiful with all the renovations.

Great roomy house, super comfortable for us 4 60 somethings. Listing was accurate, location had easy access to all our golf locations, groceries and restaurants. Host was very responsive to any question we had. Would definitely stay again.

Dance Weekend
Our girls had a competition in the area and we came from out of town to stay the weekend. It was perfect for our group. The house was beautiful and clean and the backyard was the best place to hang out. Raul was very communicative and quick to respond. We would absolutely stay again.

Family fun
We liked sitting outside in the backyard with a lot of seating and tables to enjoy the fire pit. We did not use the pool but it was beautiful. Plenty of places where all of us could play cards and games. Enjoyed the large TV for the football games on New Year’s Day. Close to shopping, restaurants and entertainment. Spacious, clean house.

Great house
We loved our stay here! We celebrated Christmas with our family and our two dogs. The yard is huge and the fire pit was perfect for the cooler night. This house had everything we needed to cook at home. Don’t hesitate to book this house. Raul was always available for any questions.
