Confortevole albergo vicino al mare
Ho alloggiato presso questa struttura per una settimana. Sono stata molto contenta e soddisfatta dei servizi e delle comodità che offre questo albergo. La spiaggia è esattamente di fronte l’albergo ed è attrezzata. La sera partono dall’albergo delle navette che portano, gratuitamente, a kata o a patong ad orari perfetti. La colazione è molto buona e c’è un ampia scelta di cose da mangiare. Il personale è preciso nel suo lavoro, le camere le puliscono sempre e gli asciugamani li cambiano giornalmente. Sono a disposizione due grandi piscine con un bel bar. Ho provato inoltre il massaggio thailandese nella spa dell’albergo, lo consiglio vivamente.

Non amo Phukhet, troppo turistica e commerciale, ma se dovessi tornare sceglierei e suggerirei questo Hotel, confortevole, non distante dalla spiaggia, una bella piscina, colazione abbondante ma un po, "turistica". adatto a famiglie con bambini

buon rapporto qualità e prezzo
il resort è carino in posizione comoda al mare e vicino alle spiagge di Karon e Kata. All'arrivo c'è stato un disguido in quanto avevo prenotato una camera con 2 letti matrimoniali ed invece mi hanno assegnato una tripla con brandina aggiunta. Quando l'ho fatto presente alla reception mi hanno subito fatto il cambio di camera. colazione molto buona e varia. le zone delle 2 piscine non all'altezza di un 4 stelle. nel complesso esperienza positiva

Vacanza bellissima
L'albergo è molto bello, una struttura caratteristica immersa nel verde, dotata di ogni confort, composta da vari edifici separati che facilitano un'atmosfera tranquilla e silenziosa. Il personale è molto gentile e disponibile. Ottimo il rapporto qualità prezzo. Ha 3 piscine, di cui una per bambini, un gazebo a bordo piscina per fare i massaggi ad un prezzo leggermente superiore rispetto a fuori, ed un chiosco bar nella piscina. Spiaggia e ristorantini per mangiare sono a portata di mano è c'é un servizio navetta offerto gratuitamente dall'albergo sia per Patong che per scendere alla spiaggia che, pur distando solo un paio di centinaia di metri, ha una discesa ripida per arrivarci. Peccato però che la spiaggia ed il lungomare adiacenti all'albergo non siano un granché.

Hotel dotato di ogni tipo di confort!
L'hotel/resort e' il posto ideale per rilassarsi con famiglia o amici o in coppia. È' dotato di ogni tipo di confort, servizio , dalle cose principali alle più banali che però in vacanza fanno sempre bene. Spiaggia vicina , sevizi navetta gratuito (per evitare la ripida salita al ritorno). Colazione abbondante , piscine molto belle, camere ampie. Insomma ci tornerei ad occhi chiusi, davvero consigliato.

Ottimo hotel non proprio sul mare
Abbiamo prenotato una deluxe nell'area adult only. Purtroppo la vista della camera era insoddisfacente ed era posizionata lontano dalla piscina; quindi abbiamo chiedtk il cambio a pagame to con hna camera di categoria supetiore che era eccellente. Ottime le due piscine, il ristorante e la pulizia. Purtroppo per raggihnfere la spiaggia occorre percorrere circa 30p metri e la spiaggia non è interessante

Ottimo resort
Resort molto ben curato, camere accoglienti. Giardino ben curato e con 4 piscine e S.p.A interna. Si trova a 50/100 metri dalla spiaggia di karon e confina con kata Beach. Nel resort fanno navette per Patong gratuite Breakfast con buffet molto vario e internazionale. Nel pacchetto mezza pensione era inclusa anche la cena a buffet. Ogni sera a tema, buffet vario e internazionale. Personale molto attento e parla inglese.

Hotelli vastasi hyvin odotuksiamme. Huoneet olivat erittäin siistit ja tilavat. Allasalueet viihtyisät ja rauhalliset, ja yleensä aina oli aurinkotuoleja vapaana. Altaan vedenpinta näytti joinakin päivinä hiukan epäpuhtaalta (aurinkorasvaa tms.). Aamiainen oli riittävä, ja kohtalaisen runsaskin. Hotellin henkilökunta oli todella ystävällistä. Hotellin tuk-tuk palvelu rantaan ja bussin Patongille olivat erittäin hyvää palvelua.

Good location, situated on edge of Karon beach, just next to Kata beack, both lovely. Hotel staff friendly and helpful, lots of trees and wooden walkways. Adults only pool and Club lounge offering teas and coffees through the day.

Hotel was nice. Rooms are pretty small. Didn’t care for their breakfast buffet, I wish they had a more authentic Thai breakfast. Considering Phuket is a very tourist area, it was still hard to communicate with the staff. Also wish they had a complimentary shuttle to the airport.

An okay place, but I wouldn’t stay there again.
The hotel itself is beautiful and we had okay customer service for the most part. Everyone was polite and friendly. It has a beautiful location and they will Take you back and forth to the Main Street in a Tuk Tuk so you don’t have to walk up and down the hill. It is more than an hour to get to from the airport and will cost you about 1200 bhat each way. They broke one of our bags when the bellhop was bringing our bag to the rooms for us, but refused to take responsibility for it. They said it must have happened at the airport, however it was working correctly when we arrived at the hotel. They also tried to put three people in a room with one king size bed until we made them change it. Lastly, the room was INCREDIBLY humid at night because there are visible gaps in the window seals and the humidity gets into the room. They did offer is one night of vouchers for the dinner buffet to try to make us happy which was okay, but by that point we were so frustrated with the bag being broken and not being able to sleep well due to the humidity in the room at night that it really didn’t make a difference.

good, but beware of bugs
I would give 4 stars For: Great location, spacious rooms, good peripherals, friendly staffs, decent price Against: bugs(they keep coming through the balcony door), mediocre A/C, no dedicated parking area Over two nights of the stay, first night was a nightmare as the bugs (bees, flying ants) were keep entering into the room through the balcony door which cannot be closed in full.

It is on a little hill but not far from the beach. There is a tuk tuk runs up and down the hill at your convenience. We got there a bit early but the room was already ready for us and they let us in early! Good things- Friendly staff, spacious room( we were upgraded), nice pools, a games room for kids, Picnic mats - very useful Free shuttle to Parong Things need to improve Bathroom sink needed a bit of fixing- the cleaning lady must have seen it but she just left it unattended which I found very odd. Kids club is just a sad looking playground. It looked empty all the time we were staying. Overall, we were very happy with the resort.

Pros: Lovely location, relatively quiet depending on room location, food choice (breakfast) excellent. Cons: Steep hill, mini mart expensive and not much choice, theme nights expensive, pool regulations clearly sign posted not adhered too (kids jumping and diving, using water guns) not a very relaxing atmosphere. Having the luxury of 2 pools maybe one should be adults only!!

Nice design of pool and garden area. The gym is good too. Room was really nice. Location is good, can walk to Kata beach. Some reception staff is rude and needs more training. An email has been sent to the management about a few matters. Food in breakfast buffet is poor. Rice wasnt even cooked properly or overheated b4 servuce. Poor selection and variety of food.

A great stay at the Horizon Beach Club resort. Great food - superb staff and nice resort. Would highly recommend. Really relaxing vacation which was exactly what we wanted. Had a late flight out so asked for a later check out. Originally said it was not possible but they then called to say that we could check out 2 hours late for free. Awesome. As I said very accommodating staff and highly recommended.

Det var helt underbart hotel. Vi bodde på vuxen avdelningen. Lugnt och stilla. Inga barn. Fick rummet ut mot poolen på 3:e vån. Stora rum. Om vi kommer till Karon ingen så kommer vi bo här igen. Läget var bra bara lite uppförsbacke,men det gick en ”bil” upp bara att ringa efter dem så kom de. Vill vil rekommenderar detta stället om ni behöver lugnt och stilla,ta då vuxen avd.

A Thailand styled resort with some age, but in great condition. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Rooms were very clean and had plenty of amenities. Easy to get around the resort, to the pools etc. Great breakfast outside on covered porch. Beautiful gardens and swiming pools. Great place to stay and easy to get around. Just down the hill plenty of restaurants/shops and they have a fast shuttle to get you up and down the hill. Fun place with great staff.

Отель выбирали самостоятельно и не разочаровались. Хороший, доброжелательный прием. Быстрое оформление и заселение. Номер комфортный, удобный, хорошо оборудованный. В номере и на территории чисто, удобно расположены объекты инфраструктуры. Имеется несколько бассейнов,-есть выбор. Аккуратные газоны, ручьи и много растительности. Персонал приветлив и отзывчив. Все просьбы выполнялись, необходимая помощь так же оказывалась быстро. Завтрак в отеле порадовал разнообразным меню и качеством его приготовления. До моря рукой подать. Ввиду того, что отель находится на возвышенности предусмотрен трансфер (Тук-Тук) как в сторону моря (Пляж Карон), так и обратно, по вызову в любое время с 09.00 до 21.00.Отдыхом и нахождением в отеле довольны. Надеемся еще раз провести здесь свой отдых. Рекомендуем соотечественникам.

Fint hotell, god mat og trivelig betjening. Det som trekker ned er renholder rundt og i basseng samt kloakklukt ved bassenget i voksenavdeligen. Mye fluer i poolbaren!

Gode pools i frodig have og fin morgenmadsbuffet.
Fint resort lidt trukket tilbage fra stranden på en “høj” tsunami sikker bakke. Hotel minibus kører i pendulfart hvis man ikke kan klare de 100 meter. Gode pools i fin frodig have. Fin morgenbuffet. Store lidt slidte værelser, men fint til prisen.

Absolut inte 4 Stjärnigt !!
Vi hade bokat ett rum med 2 Queen Size sängar ( superiorrum men när vi kom till rummet fick vi en King size säng o 2 rostiga järnsängar med skitiga madrasser killen i receptionen som checka in oss var trevlig o hjälpsam o vi fick byta rum dagen efter till det vi hade bokat! Hotellchefen var inte alls intresserad av att hjälpa oss att få kompensation för att vi fick fel rum! Överhuvudtaget ett slitet hotell som verkligen inte lever upp till 4 stjärnor Rummen är slitna dåligt städade och luktar mögel! Mycket trappor i hela hotell området knappt några solstolar o knappt nån sol runt poolen Frukost ok Nära till Karon Beach

When we checked in, we found out they were kind enough to upgrade us to club except we have a 15 year old son and the minimum age is 18. Thus we had to change rooms the next day so we didn’t really settle in until the following afternoon. It wasn’t the hotel’s fault, but it was a pain. They did their best to make us happy as rules are rules. They graciously let us have a late check out on the last day. All in all the resort is fine. It is dated but most are in Phuket. Our toilet required ZERO paper products, which is why I rated the facilities average. For those new to Phuket, be prepared for a more undeveloped atmosphere than the Caribbean.

Rigtig flot hotel med lækre pool områder. Hotellet er lidt slidt, og kunne godt trænge til en omgang maling. Morgenmaden er fin, og der er noget til enhver smag. Dejlig tæt på stranden, og der er shuttle bus der kører til stranden, men også Patong hvis man ønsker dette.
