Spaziosa
La casa è veramente spaziosa e con la capacità di ospitare comodamente anche famiglie molto numerose. Centralissima rispetto al paese. Molto consigliata per alloggiare in questa zona.

Get to really know Sicily
First impression was dispelled when we opened all the shutters and let in the sunshine. It was fun sitting on the balcony to watch life below. Super friendly and helpful people. Wish there were more restos near but no problem. Stores nearby

Top Lage im Zentrum des Ortes in ordentlichem Altbau. Guter Ausgangspunkt für Erkundungen im Zentrum der Insel (Villa Casale, Morgantina, Enna, Caltanisetta, Caltagirone, Piazza Armerina...). Typisch sizilianisches Flair. Erfreulich wenig Tourismus. Sehr freundlicher und hilfreicher Empfang vor Ort durch Carmelo.

Nice home for our family.
We stopped by Pietraperzia on our road trip around Sicily. Pietraperzia is conveniently located in near where the Villa Romana del Casale is. (Additionally, we had the best pizza of all time at the restaurant at the Belvedere.) The house had everything we needed and was just as advertised.

Great flat with view over central place
We enjoyed our short stay in Pietraperzia a lot. We recommend this flat as it has a lot of space and everything you need in kitchen and washing room. The flat has a great unique style with its classic furniture and ceramic floor tiles. The host Carmelo was very quick to respond and also showed us the way to the flat and where to park and gave us directions for shopping.

Beautiful apartment!
Our host, Carmelo, was very accommodating and responsive to our inquiries such as recommended restaurants, shopping, pasticcerie, etc. Having a rental car, I was concerned about the availability of parking and asked before making the reservation. Carmelo replied that while there isn't any dedicated parking area/spot, one could park anywhere in the piazza without difficulty…and he was right! The apartment, which overlooks the piazza, was spotless, and we were very comfortable during our stay. The only thing that was an issue for us was the slow and intermittent internet connection. For our needs, we really require a reliable connection so this was somewhat frustrating but if this is not imperative for you, then this apartment and location are practically perfect! When not away from Pietraperzia sightseeing, we spent our time exploring the town, walking its many cobbled streets, and discovered a terrific lookout point nearby and above the Baresi castle ruin. We also enjoyed a Sunday "car show" of classic automobiles in the piazza. Having traveled throughout many areas of Sicily on this as well as previous trips, I have to say that Pietraperzia is one of the cleanest towns that we've stayed in, and many of the homes in this older section are well-maintained too. Despite internet issues, we enjoyed our week's visit here, and the apartment was well appointed. Be prepared for some narrow steep streets and delight in this beautiful town!

Hallo, wir hatten eine schöne Zeit in dieser Wohnung. Sie ist genau so wie beschrieben und wir haben nichts vermisst. Die Menschen in diesem Ort sind sehr freundlich und die Landschaft drum rum wunderschön.

Que de bonnes surprises!!!
Maison pleine de charme dans laquelle adultes et enfants se sont sentis bien tout de suite, une maison avec une âme. Très bien entretenue. accueil efficace et agréable d.Olga (les enfants vous remercient pour la mayonnaise et le ketshup dans le frigo). Maison spacieuse, trèsbien située pour découvrir l’intérieur des terres. Merci beaucoup de nous avoir permis de vivre ces jours dans votre maison. Hélène

Lovely apartment
Large airy rooms with lovely furniture, well equipped. But there was some problem with the heating system and we had dinner with our coats on and woke up to a bracing 17°C. It was supposed to be checked and repaired today.
