Jason, Thank you for your review. We have modified the listing. No grill. Sorry about that. Not intentional. Forgot to unchecked the box from the last year when we had a grill. We removed the grill because of the liability. Guests left the gas on and kept it too close to the fence. We understand people are on vacation to watch it closely. I understand about prices. Summer months when kids are out of school are the prime and prices are high. (Happy to hear you are saying “slightly” :-) ;-) ) It is a seasonal business. I always monitor prices to stay competitive. Weekly I check prices of my competitors. Out goal is to get booked and provide good accommodations. Please check us out outside of the busy months. And even in the summer, we are not the most expensive. In addition, we are constantly working on updating the place. We will keep doing it. Again, your are right, July prices are high. You are right. Our neighbor, Joyce and Pal, are fantastic. We are lucky to have them as our neighbors. We also like that they take a pride in their property. All the sand behind their unit, they actually ordered it, so not to have weeds behind them. I am glad you had a chance to meet them. Thank you for leaving the place in good shape. Thank you for your complement about the location. We have kids, and we absolutely love also, that we don't have to worry about crossing 98. I am happy to hear that you had a good night rest and a good fishing trip. There was a miscommunication between the housekeeper and myself and it is completely on me. She finished cleaning but did not come back to finalize and put her stuff away before your arrival. Thank you again for moving her items out of your way, closing housekeeper's supply storage, and for working around it. Thank you for letting me know about it. I completely understand.
