Mini Vacay
Overall it was a wonderful place. Water pressure in showers was not real good. Bed in middle room was extremely squeaky and had a sag hole. The other two rooms beds were squeaky. It was very clean and very quiet. Would go again.

Mexico Beach is fabulous.
The beach was heavenly I hope it stays a secret. The condo suited our needs,however; cleanliness was not the best. The ability to talk to a property manager was found to be difficult. We were short one of two parking passes and no one found it a priority to contact me back after 3 attempts. An on site maintenance person assisted me when I found him working on the elevator. It’s best if you can to rent from an individual not a company.

Quiet
Short walk to beach. Very quiet. Very relaxed area. Felt safe and welcomed by the community. - no bars or night life in the area and this was perfect for us.

Escape from Snow and Cold
We all enjoyed the location as the property is located right across the street from the ocean. Nice small town, friendly people, close to good food. Short drive to many area attractions. Only negative would be that the hot tub was NOT even close to hot. That was extremely disappointing. Overall we were very pleased with our stay.

Summer Vacation
Great location, short walk to the beach. Very roomy place with everything you need. Only recommendation is the mattresses are worn out. I would consider replacing them.

Love Mexico Beach
Condo was great. The proximity to the beach was awesome. I would have liked a better stocked kitchen. Condo didn’t even have a skillet to cook. I took my own crock pot. Condo also didn’t have beach towels nor was there enough bath towels for all of us. The pool and how tub were available for use even though listing said they weren’t. I would definitely stay again and bring more of my own kitchen supplies since we cook almost every meal.

Our family enjoyed the beach but the property was sparcely stocked. Beds were uncomfortable and the bathroom door locks were broken.

IT WAS AWESOME! I especially liked the quick response & desire to please me by the Vacasa team! I was surprised that there was not a long list of house rules, which made the stay more comfortable. I most definitely will use this company again!

Cold shower and lumpy mattress
This property would have been very enjoyable had they done the following things: Put in updated furniture and bedding because it was all worn out. Repaired the hot water heater that only had enough hot water for one shower per hour with no other water usage running. Maintained their washer and dryer. I scooped out multiple handfuls of sand out of the washing machine after I ran clothes that did not come from the beach! And I tried three and four times to dry four towels. And yes, I did contact the representative who supposedly contacted multiple service technicians. We still had cold water and a faulty dryer throughout our stay, though. This is not a bad place to stay, BUT it's not a pleasant one when you can't sleep well and you get a cold bath which are usually two important features of any nighttime rental location!! Glad we came to town, but sorry we spent almost $1,000 on this 3 night stay.

Convenient and affordable,
The front door overlooks the pool deck, but it was nicee and quiet.. Two little items had to be corrected. The basket drawer in the freezer was in backward when we got there.. Thst kept the freezer drawer from sealing, which meant we lost some ice cream beforel I discovered the problem. Also, the dryer vent hose was not attached to the wall vent tube, which I realized after the laundry closet became hot and humid. Fortunately, that was easily fixed with a hose clamp from the nearby Ace Hardware.

Very nice
We had a nice stay. Beach access was just across the street. My only complaints would be that we had an issue with fruit flies and the balcony furniture was falling apart, but we notified the management company and the had the pest control out the next day and a promise to remove the broken furniture other than that we had a wonderful stay. The condo was spacious and had everything we needed!

Great location, clean
This condo was clean and in a great location. Very easy access to the beach and a nice pool. It has new floor and paint which was very nice. The only furniture in bedrooms 2 & 3 is a bed and night stand. While the closets are spacious, there was no dresser to put your things on or in. It would also be nice to have a mirror in those bedrooms since you share the bathroom in the hall. The pocket doors in both bathrooms need work as they won't stay closed without using a latch. For us, it wasn't ideal because we went for a couples weekend and I didn't realize that one couple would have to use the hall bath that wasn't attached to their bedroom and was in plain sight of the living room and kitchen. The bed frame in the queen bedroom needs some work as well.
