“Check in time 3 pm so they can have rooms clean. I checked in after 3 they only had one clean room. I got in room air conditioner was broken and bathroom had hair in floor.”

“Overall, the facility was well kept. The shower was aggravating, as the shower curtain was too short and continuously was blown outside the tub by the extremely strong delivery shower head. There was no exhaust in the bathroom, so there was excessive condensation. Breakfast was generally good, except for the coffee, which on my last morning of a four night stay, was late in arrival and poorly prepared.”

“the rooms were clean but the breakfast area lacked clean tables and lots of water all over the floors from the pool area. most likely unruly kids.”

“I have been having an absolutely relaxing and pleasant experience here, with myself and my four littles. We have two suites and they have enjoyed themselves in the pool, hot tub, as well as the jetted tubs in the rooms. Free wifi with a HUGE breakfast including fresh waffles, cereal, eggs & sausage, juice, milk, lattes, coffee.. what more could we possibly ask for?”

“The room was clean but it had the most horrible musty/mildew smell I think was coming from a dirty air conditioner filter we had to smell that all night long. The refrigerator didn’t work and the laundry facilities didn’t work properly. Although the room was clean I would not stay there again because of smell it can be good for a person to breathe that all night.”
