The property was as clean and the breakfast was extensive (we are talking omelettes, sausage gravy and warm cinnamon rolls) but I won’t be returning to this property. While a relatively new hotel, NEITHER of the USB charging ports by the bed in room 208 were in working order, which I discovered when I fell into bed dead exhausted from several international flights and a 1am check-in. I made this discovery immediately following having showered and unpacked, so it was far too late to move rooms and I was unable to charge my phone overnight. It died and I missed an important meeting the next morning. The bored and disinterested staff person at the front desk that night (who should have been home in bed and not manning the front desk with a case of the sniffles) did little to inspire my confidence that the situation would be made right. If the slightly more competent employee I spoke with the next morning surprises me, and they get back to me within 24 hours with any sort of reasonable compensation for the inconvenience of it all, I will edit this review to reflect such. If not, know that even at $200 /night, this hotel is “hit and miss.” I need my amenities in my room to be functional. There were two USB ports provided. They couldn’t BOTH have broken between guests. It shows poor management and disrespect for one’s guests to leave them in such a state of disrepair.
They earned one star each for their breakfast and high cleanliness.
