Small but tidy
Can’t beat the price. I was visiting a relative who did not have room for a sleep in guest but it was a five minute walk to go back and forth and felt like a very safe neightborhood.

Home Away from Home
This sunroom was perfect for my two week trip to Vancouver. It was in a quite neighborhood near the places I needed to frequent. I really enjoyed the outdoor patios and other areas in the yard during this stay. I appreciated being able to use the kitchen and dishes and laundry facilities as I needed. I had plenty of room to store my food in the refrigerator and freezer. I appreciated visiting with the other residents staying there as well. Thank you!

Quiet Sanctuary
This place was amazing! I loved the quietness and warth this place provided. Rosie came over and chatted with me, she's definitely a blessing and highly favored. Definitely would stay again. 😘

Adorable for One.
This was a cute little room, nicely decorated, warm & cozy bed. I did not realize the bathroom was in the main house. I wouldn’t book this room again for that reason. I would book another room there. Unfortunately, the WiFi & cable were out. Host was welcoming.

Very quiet , and room was clean
The yard and house look very cluddered my sunroof door only locked from the inside. It was just like staying in camp ground but with wifi. U have to use the restroom and shower in the house if u need to go. But everything was OK. It was not a bad experience I'd stay again

Welcoming Host, cozy room.
The room was cozy and decorated in a cottage style. There is a small fridge and microwave, as well as dishes in the room. There is no sink in the room and the bathroom is in a separate space. However, the price makes up for this. Rosie was gracious and helpful. I also appreciated that the bed linens had been washed with unscented soap. That makes a big difference for me.

Friendly & Welcoming Host- Close to Everything in Vancouver
Rosie is an excellent host - from a comfortable bed, space for your travel items, a small fridge & microwave, cable television, and internet (great to have a desk to work on), plus use of the main house if you want to use the kitchen, laundry room, and living/dining spaces - Rosie happily provides it all (especially liked the cofee pods!). I appreciated having a parking space on the property rather than the street. As I was planning a move and wanted to get to know the Vancouver area better, this stay was ideal. An excellent location to venture out from - whether for sightseeing or shopping for essentials. And Portland is just a short drive (and a bridge) away.

Rosie is the most kind
My stay here with Rosie and company had me feeling like I was a part of the family. Everyone is so nice! There is ample space to park, exercise, and enjoy the backyard. I enjoyed sitting out on the back deck and sipping coffee or taking a stroll around the nearby neighborhood. The bathroom for this space is shared, and it is located inside the home. There is a stand-up shower and toilet in a water closet, and the sink is located around the corner, in front of another VRBO room. There is half of a fridge and a third of a medicine cabinet available, as well as 2 drawers next to the sink. I also had a cabinet to store food! The room is quite small and cozy, and is perfect for someone coming and going. I was here for 3 months. Rosie and the long-term guests that stay here are so warm and welcoming. I hope to see them again, and stay in The Bungalow this time!

Cozy & Comfy
This was a very cozy and comfortable place to stay. The bed was super comfortable. I often have a stiff back after sleeping in other beds but this one was perfect! Thanks Rosie and friends for making me feel welcome!

A place to rest your head with great access!
Rosie is a hostess with the mistress! Yet she knows to leave you alone. Her place is a lovely little campus with others near by and a lovely little park accross the street!

WONDERFUL
Very cozy and very comfortable. I couldn't believe she could fit so much in a sun room and not feel cramped at all. TV, desk, chair, microwave, small refrigerator!! Rosie is very friendly and very accommodating. I have met my first new friend in this area when I met her. Thank you for everything.

I loved the coziness of the room and everything was set up so well. I loved it!
This was my first experience in using Airbnb and I could not have chosen a better place to stay. I was very apprehensive about doing this but as soon as I met Rosie, my fears went away. The room I was in was very cozy and had everything I needed to be comfortable. The house was lovely and very open and I was treated like family. Rosie, Linda, and Pat made sure I had everything I needed and made me feel "at home. Thank you for making my stay in Washington such a great one. I will definitely stay there again.

Beautifully appointed room, lovely and comfortable day bed.
Rosie, the host, made my stay so enjoyable. Her bubbly and friendly personality made me feel so at home. She literally opens her home to you. Somehow when leaving you feel you have a made a friend for life. Thanks Rosie for recommending Joe's Crab Shack on the Riverwalk! What a spectacular view of the Columbia River. I have never received so much calamari in one serving. Delicious!! Definitely, plan to return often to visit Rosie and the other ladies, and enjoy another summer evening on the porch chatting. Thanks Rosie for all you did to make my stay memorable!
