Traumhafte Lage
Der Titel trügt nicht. Die Terasse ist in der Tat spektakulär. So gross wie die Wohnung selbst mit 180° Sicht über Porto Venere und das Mittelmeer. Die Wohnung selbst ist gut ausgestattet. Nur eine Essmöglichkeit für acht Personen im Inneren fehlt, aber die vermisst man nur bei Regen. Es sollte noch beachtet werden, dass bei Schlechtwetter das Boot zwischen Palmaria und Porto Venere nicht fahren kann. Für solche Tage hat Palmaria jedoch genug Strand und Natur zu bieten.

Amazing!
What an amazing location! Great views. We had a brilliant week, swimming, walking round the island, exploring the town, enjoying good food and gelato! It’s quite a unique place, not cheap, but quite unforgettable. The place is comfortable with lots of seating, sunloungers etc and shaded space as well as the sun terrace. It is generously provided for, so we were able to cook easily and felt very ‘at home’. Many thanks for a great stay! Grazie mille!

Wunderschöne riesige Terrasse - einfach eingerichtetes Haus
Der Blick von der riesigen Terrasse ist umwerfend: Portovenere mit seinem Kirchlein - die Sonnenuntergänge - die Motor-, Segel- und Fischerboote. Einfach atemberaubend! Auch die Natur auf der Insel Palmaria ist sehr schön. Zum Einkaufen geht man mit der kleinen Kursschiff nach Portovenere, wo es einen kleinen Supermarkt hat (Überfahrt dauert nur etwa 3-4 Minuten, 2,50 - 3 Euro pro Weg). Es empfiehlt sich, einen Rucksack mitzunehmen, da der Weg auf der Insel vom Schiffssteg zum Ferienhaus sehr steinig ist (Rollkoffer ungeeignet!) Das Ferienhaus ist einfach eingerichtete, gut ausgestattete Küche mit Gasherd und Elektrobackofen, jedoch ohne Geschirrspülmaschine. Kein TV (hat uns überhaupt nicht gefehlt). WLAN ist nicht wirklich brauchbar. Das Wasser in der Dusche und im Lavabo läuft nur sehr schlecht ab. Für ein Ferienhaus in dieser Preisklasse ist das Haus wirklich sehr einfach - das muss man sich bewusst sein, wenn man dieses Logis wählt. Wir würden trotzdem wieder gehen, denn die Lage und die Terrasse sind einfach wunderschön. Kompliment auch an Andrea, der zum Haus schaut: er hat uns am frühen Morgen am letzten Tag mit seinem privaten Boot nach Portovenere gefahren, da so früh für unseren Bus noch kein Linienboot gefahren wäre. Wunderschön
Das Haus, die Lage und die Einrichtung sind wunderschön. Die Küche ist super ausgestattet und die Terrasse einzigartig. Man kann super wandern und ist in zwei Minuten im Meer. Die Verbindung nach Porto Venere ist auch top. Allerdings ist das Haus nicht gerade abgeschieden. Zumindest im Hochsommer hat es sehr viele Boote und Touristen. Aber trotzdem ist es traumhaft.

Hello Monica, thank you everything was perfect for us. We enjoyed our time in your home a lot. Andrea was very helpful. We have to so say that you are very lucky to have a awesome place like this one, the view is unique and there is always something new to discover. Very pleasant stay
our week in monicas casa del pescatore was a full success. Perfectly situated, fully equipped, even a package of basic grocery and a bottle of wine awaited us. Monica is a very friendly host who was always alle to help us with all our wishes. The local housekeeper Andrea Also takes care for the guests in best manner. Thanks Monica and Andrea!

Beautiful house and view!!!
My family and I stayed at Monica's house for three nights and it was beyond our expectations. We spent most of our time on the terrace which provided a breathtaking view of the sea and Portovenere. The beach was steps away and we enjoyed the restaurant and cafe which was very convenient. It was easy to get back and forth on the ferry to Portovenere to explore and eat great food. You can do as much as you want or just relax and enjoy the beach and the house. We plan on going back for a week next year. We highly recommend this beautiful property!!!
