Villa Argia, exclusive villa dating back to the beginning of XX century, has belonged to the family since 1950. At the ground floor you enter in the bright living room, the cosy dining room, the well equipped kitchen and the restroom.
A beatiful marble stair, designed by the owners’ father, leads to the upper floor where there are3 bedrooms and three bathrooms. From all the windows amazing view on the sea or on the beautiful grounds. The villa is surrounded by a wide terrace shaded by the century-old carob trees; you'll love staying there while sipping your morning coffee or a chilly glass of wine. You’ll enjoy admiring the moon rise or the ever changing sea colours.
The property is furtherly enriched by the stunning sea-water( not salted water) swimming pool, 20 m long and 2,60 m deep.
Detached from the villa but adjacent to it, there is the guesthouse with the fourth bedroom and bathroom.
The villa distinguishes herself for its Italian style, the sea-water pool, and for the precious private parking within the property.
Everything is at walking distance; the village is just a 15 mn. stroll by the sea, equipped beaches, some good restaurants and a small grocery shop are just 5 mn from the villa.
The villa hosts 8 people in summer and only 6 in winter.
The swimming pool is available from May to October.
Children are welcome but must be always supervised by their parents.
