Great spot in downtown Portsmouth. Easy self check-in, lovely room with snacks and drinks available for purchase, and very comfortable. Easy to get to without dealing with too much Portsmouth traffic, and it’s walkable to all the things you’d want to do downtown. We will absolutely stay here again!

This was a great location however the property itself felt very dark inside and not a lot of lamps. Perhaps it was too modern with the dark black walls by the bed. Communication through a 3rd party also made it slightly challenging.

Hello Shannon - Thank you for choosing us. We appreciate your business. I'm sorry you did not not appreciate our modern decor and the dark green wainscoting/headboard by the bed. While the entire room is otherwise painted white, the doors and kitchen cabinets are black like the photos here show. Communication thorough 3rd party sites can be challenging, so we always recommend our guests book on our site. I do hope you might consider us again in the future.

Amazing place! Abby the property manager was so patient to answer my questions and she helped us to extend our stay when we asked her. The place is so modern, comfortable and clean. The location is perfect for easy walking to restaurants and shops. Instructions on stay were clear and I asked for an extra blanket and it was provided. Just a really great place to enjoy Portsmouth, NH.

Property was really clean and quaint. What we really liked is that the building was converted into a modern-day inn using an apartment building format. All restaurants and shops are within easy walking distance and the town of Portsmouth is a place we will definitely visit again.

We were very pleasantly surprised about the Inn. Everything was intentional and all the finishes, from the bedding, fridge and furniture, were all high quality and comfortable. We even got a pack n' play and half expected a Chico or similar brand, but they even brought a high-end brand name for that. We'd recommend this place to anyone and will definitely be back!

Very nice, clean, safe property. Rooms are nice, people are nice. Price was extremely high. Paid over $500 night over UNH graduation weekend plus 29 dollars a night for parking. Not worth that kind of money, but no complaints about the property. Highly recommend the property if your stay is not during prime time.

Hello Laura - Thank you for choosing us for your time in downtown Portsmouth. If you return to us, please not that the TVs mounted on swing arms that enable you to watch from the bed. Glass shower doors are actually now being removed from many hotels as they are so challenging for housekeeping to clean in the interior of the shower and tend to show wear so much faster. We use curtains so our housekeepers have better access to the showers to clean more thoroughly and we change out our curtain liners often to keep them sparking clean and sanitary. We hope you do consider us again in the future.

Here we issues that you should pass along: 1. The bathroom sink was backing up when running water. 2. My wife is allergic to dog hair and although the room was clean when sitting on the couch she started having issues. 3. When exercising on the floor, I was bit by a flee. Otherwise, we really enjoyed our stay.

This property is gorgeous! I loved everything about it. Unique and decorated beautifully. We love having our own kitchen and the bathroom is HUGE. Planning on possibly coming back in the fall and this is the only place we would stay.
