Centralissima! Stupenda struttura con negozi, trasporti e ristoranti in adiacenza. Hotel molto pulito, con buon ristorante, bella camera.

Soggiorno piacevolissimo in questo hotel situato nel pieno centro di Praga e a fianco di un enorme e bellissimo centro commerciale. Spero di tornarci prestissimo!

Vai tranquillo...
Ottimo sotto tutti i punti di vista. Pulito, personale cortese ottima colazione; a noi hanno dato una stanza non grandissima ma molto confortevole. A due passi dal centro commerciale Palladium ed al confine con tutta la parte turistica e pedonale ma in 5 minuti a piedi sei a piazza dell'orologio, e qualcosa in più per il quartiere ebraico o il ponte Carlo. Unica pecca, non è ben collegato con i mezzi (tram o Metro# dalla zona del castello #dovresti cambiare mezzo) ma in fondo non serve, se non hai bambini al seguito, fai tutto a piedi agevolmente.

Poco confortevole
Letti matrimoni larghi 120 cm contro i 150/160 dichiarati (Queen sixe). Si dorme quindi appiccicati. All'interno delle stanze non c'è quel caldo confortevole che si spererebbe di trovare dopo una giornata invernale passata a Praga. La pay TV non funzionava nella mia camera.

Centrale, comodo, prenotatelo.
Vicinissimo alla linea gialla ed alle fermate di tram e bus anche se praticamente per visitare il centro andrete sempre a piedi. L'albergo è pulito, comodo, moderno, cambiano i soldi alla recepion onestamente quindi vi straconsiglio di andarci solo la colazione a mio parere è un pò cara (424 corone, praticamente 17 euro).La navetta (a pagamento) vi porta in aereoporto con circa 30 euro, meglio di un taxi.Ultima cosa di fianco c'è il centr comm.le Palladio 7 piani di negozi + 2 supermercati, favoloso)

El hotel es nuevo moderno, sin embargo los colchones de las camas están muy mal deberían cambiarlos están viejos y aguados. El desayuno es espectacular y súper variado. El bar muy bueno y en general el servicio del personal muy amable. Creo que deberían de incluir el agua embotellada diariamente como en todos los otros hoteles MGallery

Our stay at MGallery was lovely. The rooms were well appointed, the water pressure in the shower was great but most of all the proximity to Old Town and all the bars and restaurants was awesome. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

First Time in Prague, very impressed and pleased with this Hotel. The concierge that aided our checkin process was great. The proximity of the Hotel to all the sights of Old Town Prague is perfect. Only wish we were able to stay longer, 3 days was only enough time for us to sample a small sample of everything there is to see and experience here. Sure we will return.

Dårlig ventilasjon
Forventet mer av et så dyrt og oppskrytt hotell. Det var ekstremt dårlig ventilasjon på hele hotellet. Det var kontstant varmt, med null mulighet for å få bedre luft. Flere gjester klagde, men det var ingen mulighet. Var også dårlig system for innsjekk og utsjekk. Alle skulle sjekke ut på likt, tok unødvendig lang tid. Ellers, bra hotell, men fortjener ikke så mye som 9 av 10 poeng på anmeldelse. Vil gi hotellet 6.

I was really disappointed with this hotel. I booked a queen bed room for my husband and I we arrived without evening telling us gave us two singles bed. I called to say there was a mistake and they said it was the only room left BIE wish they told me at time of booking as I would have chosen another hotel as this was important to us. I asked can the beds be put together and made as a double they said they would. In the whole three days no one came to make the room up. The staff were also not really trained for the local area we asked for recommendations for restaurants in the area they googled them!!!

The room allocated had a view of a wall 6ft. away, on request we were moved to another room with badly stained carpets. This is the first hotel I have visited where I was not asked if I had a good stay & was everything ok. Just told I owed local tax.

Sehr schönes Hotel mit sehr freundlichem Personal und gutem Frühstück. Wenn man mit dem Auto anreist kann’s ein wenig teuer werden: die öffentliche Parkgarage neben dem Hotel kostet 35 Euro am Tag. Einziger negativer Punkt am Hotel: die Dusche - die hat keine Kabine sonder ist einfach im Raum (Bad) etwas schwer zu beschreiben, aber maximal ungünstig

Location is very good, hotel is very clean and majority of the staff are very helpful. Good breakfast with a good selection of products. The bar had great deals especially the happy hour cocktails. Overall a good value for money.

Great staff, nice decoration of the rooms and hotel in general. Breakfast buffet was very good. Really nice place with perfect location to visit Prague

Very friendly staff. The location was good. The mall next door and the old city just a few steps away. Make sure you explore all the directions to the old town
