The hotel is situated in a preserved historical house within UNESCO town preserve; due to this fact the house unfortunately does not have a lift. Anyay we are also ready to help you with the luggage at check-in or check-out. We just need to be informed :-) Actually, Breakfast is served at Liberica cafe which is connected to our hotel on the ground floor. Full English or Scrambled eggs, French omelette, Eggs Benedict, Continental or Fit Breakfast for the price of €12/person. Breakfast is served from 7:30-9:30. Our building is located in historical center of Prague, preserved by UNESCO, so we cannot make any construction changes in it-such as installing an elevator (or AC units in all rooms). The location is also the reason of high number of tourists walking outside the building. This rating is not fair. And I beg all travelers: Please read hotel descriptions before you book. We do go all out to make our place a home-away-from-home for our every single guest. And we value highly our guests have been recognizing it for more then 15 years. We describe the hotel frankly - it is a historical house with a staircase and A/C only in the loft. Unfortunately we cannot offer proper conditions for disabled guests. The building itself and historical preservation rules do not allow us. And we admit it on every website and booking channel.
