Eccellente hotel in posizione strategica
L'eccellenza collocata nella posizione più strategica della città per chi vuole visitare tutti i musei e monumenti. Ottimamente servito dai mezzi pubblici. Personale squisito e pronto a soddisfare velocemente ogni richiesta. Camera amplissima, con salotto, e armadio cucina per preparazione bevande calde disponibili a costo zero. Ampio bagno munito di doccia e vasca da bagna, wc a parte. Ristorante dell'hotel vivamente da consigliare, di solito non mangio mai in hotel, qui ho fatto un'eccezione perchè vedevo il ristorante frequentato da persone che non soggiornavano in hotel. Consiglio di tenere la colazione fuori dal prezzo della camera per poter godere di tutta la splendida offerta che si trova al bar dell'hotel frequentato anche da molti esterni. Ci tornerò presto!

L'hotel è in una posizione stupenda se si prenotano stanze vista fiume. La stanza era molto spaziosa e pulita. Peccato solo che non ci sono canali TV italiani

Buon hotel, a due passi dal ponte Carlo
Ottima struttura situata in pieno centro a due passi dal ponte principale di Praga (Ponte Carlo). Il personale molto gentile e disponibile. Siamo stati per 3 notti in una suite molto grande e confortevole ripartita su 2 piani. Premesso che l’assegnazione di questa suite è stata un upgrade gratuito di una camera deluxe, va comunque detto che tale sistemazione non compariva tra le suite presenti sul sito e l’unica nota negativa erano i bagni. Al piano inferiore (zona giorno) c’era l’unica toilette 2x1m e al piano superiore (zona notte) c’era solamente un lavabo e una vasca priva di tenda e illumazione adeguata. Apparte questo soggiorno molto piacevole.

Bellissimo albergo in posizione invidiabile
Accoglienza eccellente all'arrivo, la struttura è davvero splendida e la camera tutta affrescata che ci è stata data a dir poco meravigliosa. Ottimo il ristorante dello chef Kalina. Praga ci è sembrata ancora più bella di quanto è.

Camera spaziosa,anche troppo...
Abbiamo soggiornato 3 notti. Ci è stata data una camera esterna molto spaziosa,letto comodo. Però un po' dispersiva e troppa luce al mattino. Bagno aperto è diviso in due locali. Pulizia buona dei bagni, ma non dei pavimenti....colazione non compresa ma troppo costosa e standard rispetto al tipo di albergo. Valige che ci sono state stranamente recapitate dopo dieci minuti, le avranno controllate....cosa non simpatica. Forse la scelta migliore a Praga sono gli appartamenti. Servizio expedia dì trasferimento pessimo! Abbiamo pagato 40 euro per aspettare all'andata un' ora è al ritorno condiviso con altre 6 persone. Alla faccia dei 40 euro!,,

Hotel ben posizionato rispetto ai monumenti.
Personale molto gentile e disponibile anche per informazioni sui possibili tour. Unico neo era la receptionist in ristrutturazione ed un errore fra il termine freezer ed il termine frigo. Ottimo il ristorante.

Lussuoso, in pieno centro, prezzi contenuti
L'hotel ha sede in un palazzo storico (ospitó anche Mozart) in pieno centro: a due passi -letteralmente- dal Ponte Carlo, con una vista splendida su Ponte e Castello. Le stanze, in effetti appartamenti, sono lussuose, pur in stile classico e senza sfarzo. Personale gentilissimo, servizio davvero elevato, per prezzi (almeno per l'offerta di cui abbiamo goduto) davvero contenuti.

Favoloso anniversario
Abbiamo trascorso al Mamaison Suite Hotel il nostro decimo anniversario di nnozze. Abbiamo trascorso 2 notti in questa bellissima struttura. L'hotel è particolare, e molto bello. Il personale affabile e gentile , ci ha fatto trovare la camera con petali di rosa ( finti) sul letto e una bottiglia di spumante nel secchiello del ghiaccio. L'albergo è elegante ma non troppo formale, accogliente, pulito, comodo e centrale per chi vuol godersi Praga a piedi. Assolutamente da consigliare a tutti!

Struttura meravigliosa, lussuosa e confortevole. Le camere sono estremamente spazione ed hanno ogni comodita' in dotazione. Il letto e' ampio e comodo, le rifiniture e gli arredi sono decisamente all'altezza. Per la tipologia e la location inoltre, il prezzo e' decisamente concorrenziale.

The hotel is older, but very nicely updated to give modern amenities - exactly what I'm looking for in an old city like Prague. The view was across the water of Charles Bridge and the Prague Castle/Cathedral. Amazing. Right on the Edge of Old Town, it was a quick walk to sights, shops, restaurants, etc. Everyone working there was great, but Kirill, at the night desk, was particularly amazing. Super helpful, great problem solver. I will be staying here again.

Fantastisk hotell og vertskap
Vi hadde gleden av å besøke The Mozart Pargue tidlig i desember. Vi hadde ett fantastisk opphold. Selv om mye av det offentlige julemarkedet i Prague er ganske kommersielt, så hadde hotellet sitt eget fantastiske julemarked, med mange boder med hjemmelaget øl, kaker, håndtverk også videre. I tillegg var det fremføring av julesanger fra kor i alle aldre, igjennom hele dagen. På kveldene så var det konserter på scenen :-) Totalt ett veldig ekslusivt hotell med strålende service, og en atmosfære man bare kan drømme om :-)

The location of this hotel can’t be beat. We stayed in a family suite and expected two bedrooms but we had a three bedroom and full three bathrooms! Everything was beautiful- the furniture, decor, flooring- It all felt very elegant. Everyone was very kind and helpful, especially Denisa and the other persons at the front who always greeted us with smiles. The breakfast options were okay but the staff in the dining room for both breakfast and dinner were always very nice. We were lucky to be there the weekend of a charity event being held in the two courtyards and everything was decorated so beautifully for Christmas! Such an easy walk to the markets, a great view of the bridge from our room, and all so clean. I definitely will return to this hotel! Thank you to everyone!

Staff was friendly, accommodating and very professional. Our Nespresso wasn’t working so the 2 days that we stayed they brought us coffee to our room. We also had white wine waiting when we arrived with a nice thank you note!! Thanks to Oxana, Denisa, Kiriel and Pedro for making our experience pleasant!!

WAY TOO MANY STARS
The Mozart is an interesting historical building and a good location. Beyond that it is a pretty short list of advantages. It has pretended of being a five star hotel, but I have stayed at 3 star hotels in Europe that were comparable. In my estimation about 3.5 stars would be the maximum they should be rated. The major issue in my estimation is service and training. The rooms themselves are also lacking in many aspects when compared to true four and five star hotels. They are small and somewhat cramped. The shower leaks like a sieve and has mold around the base. When I spoke to them about that they said I could use the tub shower, but it had no dispensers for shampoo or soap (neither had any conditioner). One of the two sinks was missing a stopper of any kind and smelled. The biggest service problem has to do with service in the dining room. Four mornings I ordered green tea with lemon, I got what I ordered one time — the last morning. One night we had dinner in the dining room and they were having a large event in the hotel. It took forever and we had told the waitress that we were leaving after asking several times and she had answered that “the kitchen was so busy with the event that they really didn’t have time for the dining room orders.” As we were leaving someone else came out from the kitchen with our starters so we sat back down for them and still had another long wait for our dinners. I tipped as usual for me (and for an America ).
