Personale molto gentile e molto disponibile , in alcune occasioni ci hanno risolto problemi , davvero cordiali. Io lo consiglio, dovessi tornare a Shanghai ci ritornerei senza dubbio.”

“Appartamento bello e grande, ma un po' vecchio: un po' di odore di chiuso e qualche piccolo insetto (forse tarme). Il lavandino aveva lo scolo molto lento. Trovato anche qualche capello di donna in bagno. q Quindi la manutenzione e le pulizie potrebbero essere migliorate. Nel complesso non male.”

“房間基本安靜乾淨整齊，前台服務蠻好。地理位置離地鐵口十分遠，建議要開車(酒店備免費停車場)或是打車。早上出門打車不容易，交通繁忙的區域，大概要等20分鐘。”

“チエックインも中国らしくもたもたしており、支払い済みなのにまたお金を要求される。結局保証金をカードで支払った。部屋も最悪で別館があり、1階は従業員寮のような部屋があり、その上の2階のツインルームに泊まらされた。 　朝食も58元の割には、ほとんど料理売り切れ状態だった。ツアー客は多かったけど、対応が違うようでうす。”
