This could be a GREAT house and rental property, but it misses the mark for a number of reasons, all of which have been identified in prior reviews, and yet have not been addressed by the owners.
Let's start with the positives: it's in a well kept condo complex and is a lovely house with a nice amount of space. With a reported 3 bedrooms plus den and 3 bathrooms, it should have been the perfect space for our family of 6 adults (my husband, 2 adult children and their partners) and 2 year old grandchild. However, here come the downsides of this house: one of the bedrooms has 2 single beds, one of which is rock-hard. Several other reviewers have noted this and rather than listen to clients/customers, the owners have chosen to defend this bed by saying it's good for your back....it is NOT! So we chose to use that room for our grandson, utilizing the playpen bed we brought with us. That left the rollout couch in the den for one of the couples but be warned that this is a completely unusable rollout bed, as it is on a slant, the mattress rolls to the middle and is so poorly made that the springs are all you feel. So believe it or not, the best option was an air mattress...except it had a leak in it. So really the 3 bedroom plus den is only functionally a 2 bedroom in terms of viable sleeping space.
The other major complaint we had was with respect to the outfitting of the house itself. While advertised to sleep 10-12 people, there is only a small couch that can seat 4 and 1 other chair in the living room, and while the kitchen table is nice and large, again the seating doesn't support a large group, nor does the outside table and chairs. We also specifically phoned Pierre to ask about whether beach towels were provided and he said yes, so we did not bring our own; however, upon arrival we found that there were only 4 beach towels - not enough for our group of 7. Other reviewers have also noted the 3-page "inventory list" that is provided with the request to complete it upon our arrival. It is not even close to being updated and we soon gave up on even trying, e.g. says that there are 18 wine glasses and there were only 6. And while I understand that there is a need to replenish plates and glasses in rentals, this had obviously not been restocked for some time, with only 2 glass drinking glasses and the rest being plastic.
So....while this could be an AMAZING house, it was just OK. The potential is definitely not being reached.
