Thank you for staying with us and we appreciate your business & your feedback, we just didn't know that you were so unhappy about everything that we are trying to make our vacation home as comfortable as we can to satisfy every single one of our guest. You had complained upon your arrival about the bed, we had sent the concierge to purchase a brand new bed topper & delivered to you the next day to make sure you're comfortable, we didn't hear from you after that, our Concierge did turn down your request for your personal consumption items as that's not part our policy to supply everything. We will also review other complains that you listed & will make the improvement to the best of our ability. Thank you.

Hello Mary, thank you for your feedback, we had checked out that the beds are rated at the normal firmness, the 2 twin beds are also the standard twin size beds. There are 4 Bar stools right behind the leather sofa in the Living room next to the 10 seating Dining room table.

Dear Monica, We are very pleased to know that you & your family had a great time during your stay at Qualicum Landing! The opening of the pool & the hot tubs has been a very challenging decision for the strata council & strata management during the Covid Pandemic under the guidelines of B.C. Coastal Health Authority, and we managed to have the pool & hot tubs open this summer, but of course, they close once the fall season starts due to weather & bylaw restrictions. We hope you do come back again in the early summer and enjoy the clubhouse amenities! Pierre & Alex

Hello Steve, we want to thank you for your patience, your understanding when the sofa bed was damaged by our past guests and broken down, we have replaced it by a nice Queen bed which is more comfortable now. Hello Bev, thank you for letting us know, we are aware that we had more damage in the suite this season while our guests checked out without telling us including broken window covering & sofa bed, etc. The broken sofa bed has been removed & replaced with a brand new Queen size bed, night tables in the "Den" which it's actually a nice bedroom with semi ensuite. 2 "softer" twin mattresses have been ordered & will be delivered in the near future, the damaged queen size air mattress, by the way this is the 3rd one we have replaced, which is replaced with 2 folding high density foam beds, even kids can jump on them without breaking them and they won't leak, now we have enough permanent beds for 8 plus 2 folding beds. The Inventory list has been the biggest challenge to keep up to date due to the fact that things are missing on every check out, even our concierges are frustrating with broken wine glasses stuck at the bottom of the dishes washer filter when we have complaint that the DW didn't work, beach towels has also been the missing items or became the floor mat most of the time, so we decided not to provide that any more, the concierges suggested just leave enough wine glasses and among other items for the occupancy instead of filling up the cabinet, and we agree. There are a 6 chairs & table in the patio, 10 seating large dinning table, L shape leather sofa in the Living room plus love chair, 4 bar stools by the kitchen island, we thought that actually can accommodate quite a few guests. Please check our up dated pictures, the 3rd one is the video we had our photographer put it on July before the sofa bed was replaced. We appreciate your feedback and will continue our improvement. Hello Jay, thank you for your feedback, we will certainly do what we can to make sure our guests are comfortable while they are staying. As far as the pool closed during your stay, it's simple the Strata Management's decision due to the Covid Pandemic infected people were rising, they simply tried to protect the public like you and us, we have no control on that, we also sent you the Strata Management's notice of The Pool open & regulation on your email as well. We also have no control of what spice that all our guests may need, that is why we advised you by email to bring your own before your arrival. Pierre & Management.

Yes, it is difficult to keep up-to-date with the inventory list as every single stay can change the condition of our unit. Although we keep checking our supplies, candles, wine openers, towels & flashlights tend to be the most commonly misplaced items. We appreciate your comments and will definitely stay on top of it! Hello Brent, Thank you for your feedback, we'll certainly try to improve what we can in the den. When the house was being built, we decided to make the bathroom into a semi ensuite for the den by having a sliding door entry which could be where the noise comes from when someone's using the bathroom. The pullout sofa bed is actually a queen size with the thinner mattress in it which may not be as comfortable as the normal queen size bed. We're really glad to hear you enjoyed your stay at our vacation home!

Hello Nelson, thank you for your feedback. We did send you the notice about the Clubhouse & the pool being closed due to Strata Management following the B.C. Coastal Health Authority's guidelines to protect the public like you & your family. As per the strata rules & regulations, parties & noise are not allowed after 10:00 pm in a strata property. Our neighbours were being nice to advise you on that, you would likely get a fine from the Strata Management otherwise. We've only charged you the rent & cleaning fee as posted on VRBO's website and did not charge you anything that you were not aware of. Thank you for your understanding. Pierre & Alex

Thank you Markus for your feedback. We apologize for the inconvenience of the whole complex sewage issue due to the guests disposed the garages in o the Complex's sewage tank, we use the environmental friendly system to protect the ocean nearby with notice to every guests what items are not supposed to be disposed to the toilet, but it unfortunately happened while you were vacationing here, knowing the Management fixed the problem quickly makes us feel a bit better. We took your advise to replace a new leather sofa for the comfort of our future guests. Thank you for your understanding. Pierre & Alex.
