Welcome to our spacious 3-bedroom, 2.5-bathroom Airbnb located in the lovely town of Morrisville, just a short drive from both the RDU airport and the vibrant city of Chapel Hill.

Our home is designed to accommodate up to six guests, making it perfect for families or groups of friends traveling together. The bedrooms are bright and airy, with comfortable beds and plenty of storage space for your belongings.

The living area is the perfect place to relax after a long day of exploring the area. With plenty of seating and a large TV, you can unwind and enjoy your favorite shows and movies. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to prepare meals, including a stove, refrigerator, microwave, and dishwasher.

One of the best features of our Airbnb is the ample space it provides. The open floor plan allows for plenty of room to move around and makes it easy to socialize with your fellow travelers. The dining area is perfect for enjoying meals together, and there's even a private outdoor patio where you can relax and take in the fresh air.

Disappointed
The place was extremely dirty. Not sure if it was all from previous renters or an accumulation of many. The owner let me know about the dishwasher being broken down so I had no issue with that. However there were dirty rugs in all of the bedrooms and in the upstairs hallway and all up the stairs. The hand railing on the stairs was disgustingly sticky. the sofa in the living room area was dirty and smelly and the table in the dining area was sticky and had embedded food in every crack. The stove hadn't been cleaned and had a great amount of grease splattered all over the back where the buttons are and all over the front where the knobs are. On one good note, the tv worked great as did the wifi. Just extremely disappointed with the cleanliness. Also, they didn't leave enough toilet paper in 2 of the bathrooms and by the second night we had to carry a roll from room to room. One last thing, the owner asked us to strip the beds before leaving and start a load of laundry. If the place had been better I probably wouldn't have had an issue with that.

Nice location but….
Location was good. Home was fairly clean but at least two of the beds had dirty sheets. Clean dishes left in the dishwasher. Shower drain was clogged. The pull-down faucet in the kitchen has a pretty big leak. Not sure if the cleaners didn’t do their job but eww! Dirty sheets are a deal breaker for me.

Stop looking...BOOK THIS ONE!
We could not be more please with this property and the communication with the property owner. We were in town for a baseball event at USA baseball and this property fit ALL our needs. The rooms were spacious, the bathrooms up to date, the location PERFECT, everything was exactly as described and pictured. The best part was the communication with the owner and the help he provided us during our stay (including a little baseball support for our son). It was well stocked for our needs and a grocery store was less than .5 mile from the property. We will absolutely book this location again and will recommend it to any of our baseball friends traveling to the area. Thank you!!

Excellent Location and Space
The location of the townhome close by my daughter's home worked great for us, and their was plenty of space for my other two daughters and myself. One of my daughters left her hairdryer and the host was quick to respond and help us recover the hairdryer. Overall the townhome had all the basic necessities you would expect or require at a rental, but not as fully equipped as we have experienced at some other rentals. Although a minor issue, we did have some difficulty in managing the A/C between the top and lower levels.

Nice accommodations- not so nice owner/neighbors
Property was clean, neighborhood was nice. Was in town for celebration of great aunt- Received a very stern call regarding 2 additional family members who came unexpectedly although maximum occupancy was not exceeded....and about the # of vehicles in driveway. Stated that the neighbors complained ....so, beware....neighbors are watching and reporting your activity!

Graduation Weekend
Our first time going through college graduation (Go Heels). A very busy two days with the final day being full of graduation venues and celebrations. Safe to say at the end of the day we all were exhausted and arrived at this home which was very clean and smelled fresh. The very best for us was the amazing mattresses. We slept like babies!!! Aaron was very accommodating and made sure we felt welcome. What a great area and property. Would tell anyone wanting a nice place to not think twice, just book it! You will not be disappointed.

Great rental minutes from Cary!
Plenty of parking! You will be in close proximity to many great restaraunts, groceries, and shopping. The home was clean and spacious enough to allow our party of three to relax each night after competing at Triangle TTC nightly. Ty Aaron.
