Great Getaway!
Myself and 2 friends stayed here for a long weekend. The place was super cozy, very clean, and had everything you could possibly need! The hot tub felt private and secluded, the kitchen was stocked with essentials, overall a great place. Check this place out!

Chalet in Eagle Crest
This is a very cozy cabin with all the amenities that one might need included. It is just as it looks in the booking pictures. The 10th fairway and just beyond is the driving range for your view out the large windows facing the deck. The herds of deer like to graze and sun themselves in the farthest part of the driving range in your viewing area. In case anyone is concerned, there are tree’s protecting you from an errant tee off between the tee off area and your deck and lawn area. The only thing that was disappointing to us, was that the Hot tub apparently had a leak somewhere in it and half of the water had leaked out so we weren’t able to use it this time. On the bright side, we contacted the appropriate personnel that the check in book on the entry table said to contact about any problems with the Hot tub and they got right on it and had it fixed in two days and ready to use it on the next day after that. Unfortunately that was the day we checked out. We liked it here enough to try it again in the future, believing that the hot tub will be working on our next stay.

Fabulous place for families!
We had a wonderful time at the resort and exploring the areas around Redmond and Bend. We played pickle ball, golf, went rock climbing and on a white water raft trip as well as walked through the Lava Caves and hiked to Tumalo Falls. It was an all around a wonderful location to get to everything we enjoy doing.

Disappointed in not getting access to the fitness center
Access to the fitness center was included in the price of our rental. When we arrived the fitness center passes were expired and we were not allowed in. I contacted the property manager who said he would get back to me but never did. We were never able to access the center - at a resort where that is a main attraction. We should be compensated for this

Perfection
This is the best vrbo I have ever rented. We felt like special guests, our every need provided for. The kitchen very thoughtfully provisioned…..the beds very comfortable. There was even an Alexa to enjoy. This was our second time renting this unit and we look forward to returning.

Cleaning fee
I was so disappointed that I paid a. Cleaning fee and still expected to leave the place as clean as it was before we arrived. We were told to strip the beds, start laundry, vacuum, mop, etc. after paying for two nights I would think the cleaning fee would cover the cleaning. Of the numerous places I’ve stayed at, I’ve never encountered this arrangement. I will not be using this property again.

This is inaccurate. We do not ask guests to vaccuum or mop. We do ask kindly that guests simply start a load of towels and start dishwasher before leaving. This is not uncommon of vacation rentals and takes very little time but saves cleaners a tremendous amount of time. I’m sorry you were inconvenienced.

Home away from home.
I am particularly sensitive to the comfort and aesthetics of places we stay. This property checked all the boxes. I was impressed by the decorating details which showed an unusual quality of care. The orientation to the gulf course and comfort of the porch furniture provided us with hours of outdoor entertainment from watching the mother deer and her two fauns in the evenings to golfers during the day. We grilled steaks on the grill in the evenings and watched the sunrise in the mornings. We never used the hot tub, but it was set up nicely if we had wanted to. This property felt like our home away from home and we will return. Our only suggestion would be to upgrade the Mr. coffee to a Krupps, french press or pour over. We did have to purchase our own coffee grounds as there were none at the house and we also purchased a funnel and filters as we prefer pour over coffee. Other than that, the kitchen was well stocked. Our stay here was wonderful and we thank the hosts for their thoughtfulness. It was memorable.

Fully stocked, cozy chalet!
I stay at a lot of homes with my family and this stay has been on of the best. The house was very welcoming, comfortable, and well stocked. Loved the cabin decor. The golf course views were beautiful. The beds all comfortable. Overall a really excellent stay. We had family staying in another chalet and when then came for a visit they were jealous of how well stocked and decorated ours was vs. theirs . Thank you for the extras you left in the home for our use. We needed a band aid, scissors, and shampoo. All available. We’ll be back.

Wow! We absolutely loved the place.
Thanks to the owners for sharing such a special place with us. Everything was amazing. The interior design was awesome. Everything we could have possibly needed was there. The kitchen was so well equipped, as was the rest of the house. We couldn't have asked for anything better. Check in and out was so easy. Perfect!

Nice place but it needs some attention. Hot tub doesn’t hold temp for long after lid is off and light doesn’t work. Board games all missing pieces. Coffee maker broken. No hdmi cable to hook DVD player to tv. No heat to downstairs bedroom so must sleep with door cracked open or it gets chilly. Tried to message owner day one of stay but no answer.

Comfortable bedrooms, living and dining area, including kitchen. We really appreciated the deck and its very comfortable furniture. and useful hot tub. Spacing between the chalets is tighter than I prefer, though it leads to conversations between occupants on adjacent deck(s). Not conducive to privacy between this and adjacent decks. Nice view of10th fairway on Ridge course.. We would visit there again.

Great central location to enjoy Bend, Redmond and Sisters. Comfortable beds. Very quiet for sleeping and so many activities within 15 minutes. We loved Tuloma Falls hike. Drive to falls and then just hero hiking. Nice trail and lots of falls. Wear your suits if you want to dip in the cool water.

Great location for visiting Sisters, Redmond and Bend.
A very comfortable, relaxing place. Loved watching the deer and quail running around. Nicely furnished, comfy beds, had everything needed for cooking. This was a sight-seeing trip for our 38th anniversary, and this place was in a great location for getting around to see everything. Thanks for sharing this place.

Comfortable and Spacious Western Themed Chalet
My husband and our son and his partner stayed in this spacious and comfortable chalet style home in Eagle Crest right on one of the golf courses. The draw for us were the two master suites, one upstairs and one downstairs, providing privacy. Each of these rooms was large and very comfortable. The large open floor plan for the living area/dining room was great for relaxing and the house is decked out in lots of Western regalia which is very attractive and fun. We used the kitchen and it was very functional. We also enjoyed the hot tub. We wished we'd had time to fire up the grill - the back deck is great for afternoon relaxing. Deer were visitng the golf course each morning and we could view them from the deck. A comfortable home and a relaxing stay.

Clean, restful and beautifully decorated
Highly enjoyable. It was a great resting place for a couple of days on our way home from the Oregon coast. Everything was well organized and beautifully decorated in a western theme. When we had an issue with the television, the owner was very prompt and diligent in trying to get it resolved quickly and had good follow through. We definitely recommend this property.
