Hotel ohne Rezeption! Ich persönlich hatte Pech und vom Start keine gute Erfahrung. Man brauchte einen Pin zum check in ( dazu braucht man Zugriff auf seinen Expedia Account wenn man vor dem Hotel steht). Unter der Nummer an der Tür war niemand erreichbar. Die in Expedia erwähnten Parkplätze am Hotel sind nur beim Haupthotel verfügbar ( ich hatte viel Gepäck). In meinem Zimmer war anscheinend das Bad gestrichen worden, aber danach keine Grundreinigung erfolgt. Weißer feiner Staub auf Fenster, Tür und Co und vor allem hatte dort ein Handwerker stark geraucht und das Bad roch wie in einem Raucher Zimmer. Da keine Rezeption vorhanden, war natürlich keine Möglichkeit das Zimmer zu wechseln....Nicht nochmal.

This hotel was closed when I arrived to checkin at 9pm. Had to find a hotel at short notice. It is now shut. Do not book this!

we didnt get the room, the hotel was overbooked. The place in the center city of Reutlingen is quite impossible to reach by car because of route works in the next street. Other comments are impossible because just at our arrival we knew that no room was available.

Das Hotel ist sehr sauber und kreativ modern eingerichtet, unser Zimmer war klein aber fein,das Personal sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Frühstück ist reichhaltig und lecker, Kaffee aus dem Kaffeevollautomat. Super lage direkt in der Stadtmitte. Stadt Reutlingen ist sehenswert. Insgesamt sehr empfehlenswert.

Alles super! Nur das mit den Parkplätzen ist nervig, da es keine gibt! Mann muss Glück haben, vorm Hotel einen zu erwischen...sehr nette, freundliche Empfangsdame und sehr freundliches Service Personal am Frühstückstisch!!

Great hotel, but with some annoying details
A great hotel with friendly and helpful staff, impeccably clean, good value and central location. My only gripes were the bizzarely small duvet on my single bed (smaller than the bed), and the tea and coffee facilities which in my room consisted of one teabag (fennel!) and one sachet of all-in-one sweetened white instant coffee.

The hotel roooms locate at upstairs of the bar. All the beer and tobacco smell float in the air. It stinks so much. We could not sleep at all. Breakfast was terrible. Nothing to eat. Please pay a little more to stay a better place. Totally not recommended

Le seul bémol c est qu il n y a pas de parking et un peu difficile de trouver une place , le reste c était très bien , l emplacement très proche de la rue piétonne ...

Merci pour vos commentaires positifs. En raison de notre emplacement en plein centre-ville, il n’est pas possible d’offrir un parking, mais nous pouvons offrir plusieurs possibilités à proximité de l’hôtel.
