The building was withing easy walking distance to a variety of dining establishments. cafes, and a supermarket, even in less than ideal weather conditions. Toss in free on street parking and it's an excellent choice.

Very well equipped and in a nice central area. Easy parking outside, only minor quibble could be it only has a shower not a bath, but to be honest for the price you cannot fault this apartment. I have no hesitation in recommending.

5* service. Clean tidy, spacious, fully equipped. Free laundry service downstairs, in the city centre , close to your pick up and drop offs. Totally recommend stayed here 4 nights :)

とても綺麗で快適なアパートメントでした。部屋がきれいで、とても快適に過ごすことができました。ベッドもダブルベッド1台と、自分で組み立てる式のソファーベッドが1台あります。キッチン用品もすべてそろっており、レストランの高いアイスランドでは重宝します。 バスタブをリクエストしたところ、最初は「無い」とメールが返ってきましたが、結局、バスタブ付きの部屋があったらしく、その部屋に入ることができました。 1階に共同で使える洗濯機と乾燥機があります。また、スーツケースを入れられるロッカーもあるので、チェックイン/チェックアウトの時間外でも荷物を預けておくことができます。 場所もBusstop #13から近く、ツアーに参加するのにも、とても便利です。海岸沿いまで歩いて10未満。ここからオーロラが見えました。

As a self-contained unit it is very good. I liked the amenities - everything you need is supplied including tea, coffee, filters and sugar. The location is very central with pick up points for tours no more than 2 mins walk from the apartment and supermarkets and bars within 5-10 mins away. The only real negative for me was that the beds are singles which means if you are a restless sleeper you can end up between beds and they are a tad on the hard side... I didn't really adjust until the third night but after that was fine.

A large apartment with all the amenities needed, including a pint of milk in the fridge and tea & coffee in the cupboard for when we arrived. its the little things that make a stay perfect. everything else was there and more, the usual iron and board, hairdryer (although not needed) plenty of storage space etc etc. the place was clean, quiet area and spot on location (bonus supermarket in walking distance), near the main 'highway' 40 to get out of town (free parking!) and walking distance into the heart of Reykjavik. Cannot recommend enough, would certainly stay again

Property needs more mirros for us girls to get ready and didnt like the smell of water. The bad smell of water made taking a shower uncomfortable as well as brushing your teeth.

The apartment was warm and welcoming, it had all the equipment we needed for our stay. The only thing i feel needs upgrading is the quality of the bathroom towels and a mat to step out of the shower onto.We enjoyed our stay very much and would recommend this property.

This apartment was in a great central position only a few minutes walk outside of Reykjavik city centre. Nice coffee shop just at the corner and very close to two supermarkets.

Excellent location, very good size for 3 adults. Lots of utensils and crockery. We did have a problem with no hot on one afternoon, but was soon fixed. Very happy overall with our stay.

THe apartment was well located with good parking access outside, enabling us to access the city centre or go on day trips easily. The apartment itself was toasty and warm with good facilities, although no plugs in sinks made washing up or bathing harder. The shower was fine but took a very long time ( over 5 minutes) before any hot water came through. Cooking and eating facilities were well catered for and made our self catering holiday easy to manage, especially as there were lots of supermarkets nearby. We would definitely use the apartments again and highly recommend to anyone travelling with children as we did, or wanting a more independent travel experience.

The apartment was amazing. It surpassed my expectations. had a lot of amenities, including food storage containers, strainers, casserole dishes, etc. The only thing that they should do is warn their guests that there isn't dishwasher detergent so we know to get them! It was easy to get into and walking distance to a lot of restaurants and bars. We definitely recommend staying here!

You'll find everything you need in the apartment or in the building. Very close to nearest grocery store, and within walking distance to most sights in the centre of Reykjavik. Only 200 meters from Laugarvegur.

Excellent apartment in a great location. Very spacious. And the Bonus supermarket nearby is a godsend. Good value for money.

Clean and bright stay in walkable Reykjavik
Stayed in this apartment with 5 adults and 1 infant for just 1 night prior to our flight back home-- super clean and an easy checkin process, appreciated the designated parking on the city street though it was not that difficult to find street parking. Rooms are comfortable and full of storage space. We brought our baby on the trip and after an email to the Would have loved to stay longer!

Very comfortable beds, dark curtains, plenty of space for adapting to a large yime change. There is a path not far that you can walk to, that goes along the water. Scenic, but also takes you near restaurants. We had no trouble parking on the little street (free), entering the apartment using the instructions provided. Note that there are 2 front doors, one inside, where the keypad is. I guess so you don't get cold or wet in bad weather.

Välutrustad lägenhet där allt var fräscht. Promenadavstånd till centrum och bra parkeringsmöjligheter. WiFi och TV kanaler som fungerade utmärkt.

Aside from its great location within walking distance of the Hlemmur bus depot, we appreciated the provided coffee-making supplies that allowed us to start each morning well without spending an arm and a leg at a coffee shop. The staff was very responsive through the Orbitz messaging service, and helped us out several times with questions big and small.
