I'm afraid Cindy didn't have BNB experience. I first encountered her using my private space that I use for a work shop to load her bag. All the directions clearly state to go around the house but Cindy did it her own way. When I asked her why she was leaving, she stated it was too jumbled. Well of course you had just invaded my work area. Later messages accused me of being a hoarder. She then stated she couldn't sleep unless the bedroom was between 66 and 68 degrees. I said I was sorry. I tried to find a substitute and would have refunded her those earnings but was unsuccessful. I don't think Cindy will be happy in a BNB

I am very sorry for your experience. For years, hundreds of guests have used that lock box without a problem. Your picture clearly shows the last digit out of line. That's why it didn't work. When I checked it another number one digit off was entered. When I entered the code it opened like it always does. When I sent you a picture of the open box, you accused me off changing the combination just to defraud you. That's quite a conspiracy theory. I can only assume there was another reason you didn't want to stay, but you concocted this bit of fiction to explain yourself. Your personal attacks were out of line and immature. I hope you find some peace and safety.

Dear Wendy, I am so sorry you feel that way. You were here for a month, packing took all day, I asked you if you accidentally took the dryer in the confusion of packing. Since you rearranged so much I thought you might have put it someplace. It's gone and I had to buy a new one. I never accused you of theft and don't believe it. There were two bottles of soap when you arrived and there was one empty one when you left. I suppose you used it, but that is why I asked. I gave you a new tube of super glue for your dogs paw which you never offered to pay for or replace. Your dogs scratched my door so it has to be repainted. I had to clean for hours to get all the dirt and dog food which was everywhere not to mention the spilled beer on the wall of the hall way. All in all I expected more damage and was delighted that that was all there was. I am sorry I gave you a good review.

I am sorry the nest was not to your liking. The lock works fine and there is an additional slide bolt. All outlets are secure. The nest is for the outdoors type of person who doesn't need TV or a microwave, which I consider toxic. The mattress topper was aired out prior to your arrival. I try hard to please folks and most like it here.
