We are sorry to hear that we did not live up to your expectations. We often are sold out during weekend stays due to our property being so close to most things Henrietta focused. For any future stay please know that earlier bookings will generally lead to better room choices. Many same week bookings yield a limited choice of room types. It is our hope that everything else with your stay went well.

Terrific Hotel......amazing staff
The hotel was so nice. The young woman at the front desk for almost the whole time we were there was really great. She worked until 12 midnight our first night and then was back at 7:00 am the following morning and she was there at 7:00 am on check out day. She deserves to be recognized.

The location is great, just not sure how it got a 9/10 rating. Its decent - but it needs some updating especially the washrooms...our sink didnt even drain properly

The room was larger than expected and very clean. The breakfast was decent with some good choices. We liked the dining options in the immediate area.

Great Hotel, Value for the Money Was Meh.
Nice, clean, modern hotel with a very good breakfast. Lots of options, including HOT food (eggs, sausage, waffles, etc.). It was a little on the pricier side for a Hampton Inn though, so the overall "value" wasn't as good as it could have been. I'm guessing it was more expensive than usual because it was an Open House weekend at RIT, so supply-and-demand made it more expensive than usual and more than other Hampton Inns I've stayed at.

The furnishings in our room were old and tired the pillows were flat the shower had mold and hard water (red) stains the shower towel holder was broken when we went for breakfast the breads were empty and the (server) took away all the hot food - an hour early maybe to refill - not sure

Overall liked but lamps and upholstered chairs in need o replacement. Floor lamp bottom was cracked and dumped sand when moved. Staff was great tho.

The only thing that i would give the 4 rating was day 2 of our stay. Seemed they short staffed. However, had plenty of timebto be on thier phones. I did tell them they were out of coffee when the 1st one went dry. Then the 2nd one was empty as well. I had my coffee and wanted to make sure other guests got thiers. Last time i stayed here i got double charged and took me an entire month to get my money back as they pointed at the travel site and vice versa. Hoping the same doesnt happen again
