Hotel a Rochester

“All was OK but it was a little older than I thought it was going to be. Minimal amenities but bed slept well and shower was hot. That's all I really needed.”

“We have stayed at this property in several occasions and find it's proximity to the airport perfect. The high cost ($ 40.00 overnight) of parking is ridiculous but I guess that is the cost of convenience. Rooms have large TV's but with only a few hours to rest, we did not use them. The property is rather expansive and for person with walking disabilities drgging suitcase on carpet for an extended length isn't ideal. Excellent value for money on this stay. We have paid higher rates at different...

“Everything you might want in an overnight stay in an airport hotel. Clean, quiet, relaxing—a nice respite after a cancelled flight. They were having problems with the TV cable vendor when I was there, and if that’s the case for you, you can get a copy of the channels in person at the front desk.”

The location perfect, you have bunch of great restaurant around the hotel . Downtown Pittsburgh is only 20 min . I recommend for sure !!!!”

“Only saw the lobby. Tried to check in to get my ride to the airport but was told at the desk they didn't offer 'reverse park and ride' which was a term I never heard of. I tried to contact Expedia to say I couldn't use the room but I don't think the Chatbot understood. So I had to pay for the unused room and airport parking.”

“Rooms were clean , but customer service was terrible. Asking the front desk a simple question was met with “I don’t know and I don’t care” attitude. Then they just continued to ignore me and went back on their phone .”
