We got to the hotel to check in and no one was there. There were people hanging out outside the hotel on the street, that left me feeling very uncomfortable. Rang the bell next to the gate, no answer. Luckily the taxi driver waited and was able to call. He said he’d be there in 2 minutes. 10 minutes later we called again. The guy showed up 20 minutes later and told me Expedia canceled my reservation, which was not true. Next morning arranged airport transportation at 4:45am. Again, front desk person was no where to be found. Rang the hand bell, pressed the bell for over 10 minutes. I then went behind the counter and peeped in a door that had a key in it. Front desk guy was in the back ASLEEP!! I yelled, excuse me, we have a shuttle to the airport 15 minutes ago. Again, he came up with some kind of excuse. I have NEVER experienced that type of customer service at a hotel EVER!!
