Nous n avons pas dormi à cause du piano bar qui ce transforme en discothèque !! Pas d isolation phonique impossible d ouvrir la fenêtre à cause de l odeur de tabac des clients du piano bar. Très fatigué et très déçu !!

Took over an hour to get in the room. Was left a skeleton key that was broken. Management stated in an text "in comprehensable that it is broken" sent a picture, still did not believe until someone finally showed up to verify. Then, had to leave the new key so they could copy it the next day. Returned back to room later that night to find our room left unlocked. Over 12 international trips, first time ever feeling uneasy.

En general bastante bien, la limpieza del sanitario deja mucho que desear sobre todo la ducha, el “encargado” podría ser más gentil en el acompañamiento. Hubo un incidente con la estufa que no encendía y le comenté, su respuesta fue que lo encendiera, no fue gentil ni servicial, hasta el día siguiente reviso y se soluciono el problema.

When I booked this I send a notice that Iam using cane and when we reach the place there was a stair going to the room or apt. it was a very unpleasant for me, using a cane going up a stair.. kindly NOTE in your advertisement that room has a stair to get into...

The day of arrival I received a long message how to check-in. I have been to so many places and check-in instructions are very clear and simple! Here it’s not the case! They were scattered around in the message and it was hard for us to get inside the building. They have a condominium door. This is the BIG main door to get into the building. Then find the staircase of your block A,B,C etc… Then your flat and then your room! There is a code to get in the flat and there is a key safe with a code you will find your room key along with flat and BIG door keys. Instructions gave us flat code then how to open the condominium door then the room code and then staircase details! We were lost. There was no one around to ask or anyone spoke English. I had to message the guy who have me the instructions. He gave us instructions how it meant to be given on the welcome message. Finally after 45min we found the room. Apart from that difficulty, the room was very nice and clean. Shower pressure was good. They have a coffee machine for the whole flat which has about 6 rooms to share. In the future I suggest AL rooms to re-arrange their welcome message with clear instructions in order to help guests have step by step access to the rooms. Property address. Alles wat je nodig hebt voor een prettig verblijf in Rome. Kamer zeer schoon en fijn groot bed. Heerlijke B&B. Enig minpunt vond ik de douche waarbij het lang duurde voor wij warm water hadden. Voor de rest perfet en ik zou het zeker weer boeken.

Son habitaciones no es un hotel. No hay control,
Experiencia desadradable. Busque un hotel y encontré unas habitaciones, donde no había control de ningún tipo. No hay recepción y nadie vigila quién entra o sale. Te Dan unas llaves, q se podrian duplicar sin problema. Es inseguro. La habitación y la ubicación son buenas, pero totalmente inseguro. NO Repito. MUY descontenta con el portal Hoteles.com pq

Beautiful
I arrived via the shuttle service organised by apartments. I booked this and late check in via contacted them On WhatsApp. I was shown to my room which was so lovely. Room had tv, hair dryer, kettle,fridge , air conditioning all amenities that were listed. I felt safe in the apartment and at home. For my shuttle ride home I double checked woth driver he was taking to me correct airport before leaving. He had been told my apartment owner the other airport in Rome. This was nearly A disaster as he had customers to pick Up after me. So if using shuttle service double check apartment owner has taken information you have sent via WhatsApp messenger correctly.

Tyvärr gav det här boendet en del blandade upplevelser. När jag kom till boendet så hade den tidigare gästen fått med sig fjärrkontrollen till luftkonditioneringen. Då den inte gick att starta på annat sätt så fick jag klara mig en natt utan luftkonditionering, då jag sedan återfick fjärrkontrollen efterföljande kväll. När luftkonditioneringen väl kom i gång så var den mycket högljudd och gick därför ändå inte att ha på nattetid. Utöver detta så var det mycket lyhört, såväl mellan rummen, till receptionen som ut till gatan. Detta är ett av mycket få ställen (utanför Indien...) där jag har behövt använda hörselproppar för att kunna sova. I största allmänhet så fick man också intrycket av att mycket var "hemmasnickrat", även om det såg snyggt ut. På uppsidan så får man ändå säga att det var ett stort och rent rum i ett trevligt hus med innergård. Själva området var också väldigt trevligt, en blandning av italienare och turister och många trevliga restauranger. Dessutom var det lätt och snabbt att nå med tunnelbana. På morgnarna var det också marknad på vägen till stationen.

Location is good, close to the vatican and a metro for other attractions, the area felt safe to us. Room was fine, had a safe, mini fridge hair dryer etc. which was handy. The shower was very poor, no pressure and barely any heat meaning a normal shower took twice as long as it should and trying to properly wash long hair was a nightmare! The windows also let a lot of noise in, even with inside shutters, outside shutters and the windows themselves closed, which on Saturday night meant we lay awake for hours at 4am while people shouted and played football in the streets. The staff on check in were nice and the cleaning staff too. We left our luggage when we checked out which was handy but it was just left unattended in the reception area that all guests have access to, staff day during the day which madebus uneasy. Overall pleasant and good value for money.
