De plus, je règle toujours la température de chauffage au maximum pour que l'appartement reste chaud toute la journée, mais les clients changent souvent la température des radiateurs: je ne sais pas ce que vous avez fait des radiateurs. Si vous avez des questions à ce sujet, vous auriez dû m'appeler pendant votre séjour car je suis toujours joignable. Si vous entendiez le bruit, vous auriez pu fermer les fenêtres

So not only my service is a quality it’s a quality service, but also the air conditioning is a quality air conditioning (the best quality in the world), but you must give it time to work.

When you stayed in the apartment there was in Rome more than 40° Celsius (104° Fahrenheit): I don't think it was difficult to dry the clothes in such a temperature.
