Ottima esperienza! Villa stupenda! Vi abbiamo trascorso una bella settimana in grande relax e comodi
La villa dispone di tutto quello che può servire e abbiamo potuto goderci la vacanza fin dal primo giorno senza doverci preoccupare di nulla, dal detersivo per i piatti a quello per il bucato, dalle stoviglie alla biancheria. La villa è rifinita impeccabilmente, arredata con grande gusto e cura nei dettagli. Il giardino, la piscina e l'accogliente struttura esterna per poter mangiare all'aperto più che comodamente completano il quadro per un soggiorno in pieno rrelax, privacy e tranquillità. Un piccolo paradiso. Nei dintorni non mancano ottimi ristoranti dove si mangia davvero benissimo! I paesini vicini sono gioielli da visitare e per chi vuole visitare la capitale, oltre a poterci andare in auto si può prendere un comodo e frequente treno da una stazione a pochi chilometri dalla villa che in 23 minuti porta alla stazione Termini di Roma. La villa è ampia e spaziosa, il piano di sopra può essere incluso se lo si desidera o se si è più di 6 persone ma in ogni caso l'intera villa e il giardino sono ad uso esclusivo degli ospiti. Una menzione a parte meritano i proprietari della villa, perfetti sotto ogni punto di vista. Molto discreti ma immensamente disponibili e generosi e molto attenti nell'assicurarsi che gli ospiti trascorrano una splendida vacanza secondo le loro esigenze. Siamo rimasti molto colpiti dalla bellezza della villa certamente ma soprattutto dalla grande cortesia dei proprietari che con grane discrezione si sono presi cura di noi.

abbiamo soggiornato in 6,e abbiamo passato 8 giorni meravigliosi, in questa splendida casa super accessoriata di qualsiasi cosa possa servire,pulitissima e comodissima,spazi interni molto belli e divisi molto bene,esterno molto ben curato e veramente molto bello,con la casetta vicina alla piscina di una comodita unica,Rossella e Fabrizio,simpatici e affabili.Esperienza super consigliata,superiore alle aspettative

Great Location !!!!
The Villa is ideally situated to explore the wonderful countryside of Castelli Romani. There is everything you need and even more. We had a beautiful holiday in Villa Sara. The property was very spacious, clean, well maintained and very, very comfortable. We spent most of our time in the Villa because the atmosphere is fantastic and you never want to leave. Friendly and helpful owners. A paradise ....... we hope to return next year for a summer holiday!!

Accoglienza, Relax e Comfort .......... cosa volere di più !
Abbiamo trascorso una settimana in questa bellissima Villa e il soggiorno è stato più bello di quanto ci saremmo mai aspettati. La Villa è molto confortevole è non manca proprio nulla ... dall'adattatore universale per prese elettriche al phon in ogni bagno fino ad ogni tipo di elettrodomestico ! Villa pulitissima con biancheria per ogni esigenza dove abbiamo trasorso il Natale in intimità e in allegria con la nostra famiglia intorno al camino. Abbiamo anche avuto modo di visitare Roma, molto comoda da raggiungere in macchina o in treno e i Castelli Romani molto suggestivi e pittoreschi. Vorremmo riprovare questa esperienza anche in estate in quanto il posto è fantastico. I proprietari sono molto educati e attenti ad ogni necessità, ma francamente non abbiamo avuto nulla da eccepire perchè in questa casa c'è veramente tutto. L'auto per spostarsi è necessaria. Un saluto e un abbraccio a Rossella e Fabrizio !!

Urlaub bei Sara
Unser Urlaub, war nahezu Perfekt. Bis auf zwei drei Kleinigkeiten. z.B der Balken der Schaukel war kurz vor dem Durchbrechen. Ein Stromkabel im Wohnzimmer ragte aus der Wand, ist ein no go mit Kindern. Ansonsten war alles Reibungslos und toll. Wir würden wieder hin fahren.

La Dolce Vita à deux pas de Rome
Nous avons passé 2 semaines magnifiques dans la Villa Sara. Nous avons été accueillis très chaleureusement par Sara et ses parents qui ont été tous les trois très disponibles tout au long de notre séjour. La maison et en particulier les chambres, les salles de bain, la cuisine, sont très bien entretenus et bien équipées. Beaucoup de petites attentions comme un grand panier garni à notre arrivée, des gels douche, shampoing et savon liquide dans chaque salle de bain et des brosses à wc neuves (dans leur emballage). Le jardin est magnifique et la piscine très agréable. Il y a des bains de soleil et transats pour 8 personnes ainsi qu’une cuisine d’été équipée d’une douche et wc, ce qui est très appréciable. Nous sommes allés visiter la région et Rome qui se trouve à 1/2 heure en train (très pratique et pas cher). Des bonnes adresses de restaurants à proximité nous ont été données par Sara. Encore un très grand merci à la famille Bianchi pour ces merveilleuses vacances, sans oublier les succulentes pâtes cuisinées pour nous par Fabrizio ! Nous reviendrons avec grand plaisir !

A warm welcone
We stayed at the villa for 2 weeks. We were welcomed by Sara who gave us a quick tour of the property, shared a lovely welcome basket of local foods (including their own family produced olive oil which was amazing) and shared links for local restaurants and areas of interest. The villa and grounds were immaculate with everything you could possibly need provided including towels, shampoo, shower gel, washing powder etc. As other reviewers have said, you need a car, but the location is central for lots of sightseeing areas (nemi, sermoneta and Rome being our favourites). Sara"s dad sent the family a bowl of home cooked pasta on the Sunday. It was delicious! Overall, I would strongly recommend the villa. It was very comfortable and well equipped with warm and attentive host who gave you total privacy!

Sehr schönes Ferienhaus um Rom und auch die Strände zu besuchen
Sehr nette Vermieter und das Ferienhaus war mit allen Dingen ausgestattet, die man für einen gelungenen Urlaub braucht. Sogar ein Grill ist vorhanden:-) Der Garten und der Pool sind auch für Kinder gut geeignet. Nach Rom kann man ganz bequem mit dem Zug von Campoleone fahren.

Host couldn't have been more helpful
A lovely property but a little difficult to find. Everything about the property itself was a real home-from-home but better! Sarah was so helpful; she went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable. When we received a parking ticket despite having displayed a UK blue badge, she obtained a cancellation from the police for us! In the summer this must be a wonderful place to stay for all ages. It was great to have bathrooms for each bedroom with what seemed like unlimited hot water. In April, the heating was most welcome. We would recommend this property whole-heartedly.

Amazing private relaxing home
Everything about our stay was superb. The house was spacious and beautiful. Sara was absolutely amazing providing us with amazing cities to visit close to the rental. Anyone looking for a relaxing beautiful space to stay in Italy should definitely try this property. A car rental is recommended for the experience to visit surrounding villages and to get to the train station that is short commute to major cities. I can not thank our hosts more for an incredibly experience.

Beautiful Villa
Villa Sara was not our original plan because we were ‘ghosted’ by our original property’s host and needed a place to go for 6 nights. We were lucky enough to find Villa Sara available. We were met by Sara, the owner’s daughter who was so wonderful and helpful to us; truly a godsend. We didn’t have a car (which would be recommended if you are brave enough to drive in Italy) but Sara took us to a beautiful village named Nemi, to a restaurant, and to do some grocery shopping. This was way over and above what would be expected but so appreciated! The grounds and the Villa are so charming and comfortable and provides everything you could need. It was a bit too cool to enjoy the outdoor pool but we did relax on the lounge chairs and were able to get some sun. If you are looking for a gorgeous home with all the amenities including a pool in an area that is off the beaten path, this place is what you want. Extremely punctual communication with the hosts (who live very close). We were even given a gift basket full of wonderful things such as their own olive oil, bread, milk, and coffee among other things. Sara also organized a taxi to take us back to the airport. It was different than the touristy sightseeing vacation we had originally planned, but we couldn’t have had a more beautiful accommodations with the most gracious of hosts. Highly recommend!

A very relaxing comfortable place to stay
It’s a perfect holiday villa, lots of space inside and out, a fantastic outdoor kitchen, dining area, excellent pool and it is needed for a relaxing holiday. Sarah and Fabrizio are wonderful hosts. Genzano is a lovely town, with great places to eat and a friendly happy atmosphere. The Infiorata was a real bonus. Easy to get to Rome by train and seaside towns as well. We loved it. Thank you family Bianchi!

House outside Rome
Firstly Fabrizio and Sarah are the perfect hosts... they really can't do enough for you without ever getting in the way of your holiday. It's a beautiful house & pool, extremely well equipped and spotlessly clean. Comfortable lounge, massive tv, well equipped kitchen, very comfortable king sized beds, good showers. Extremely clean pool with underwater vacuum cleaner & adjacent fully equipped pool house with dining table, cooker, dishwasher, fridge, shower room etc... Lovely gardens with lemon tree There are a couple of small niggles though... the pool isn't fenced so small children have to be watched all the time and their is no toaster ! Also be aware that the house is quite remote... it's a 20 minute drive to the nearest supermarkets, restaurants etc (which don't open until 7pm which isn't ideal for small children) and the railway station (then a further 20 minutes train journey to Rome Termini). A car is essential and the roads are quite narrow and full of potholes in places. Overall a beautiful house and gardens for a relaxing stay near Rome.

Einfach Perfekt
Es war einfach alles super. Die Vermieter sind unglaublich nett. Wir wurden super herzlich empfangen. Wir waren schon in vielen Ferienhäusern aber so sauber wie dieses haben wir noch keins vorgefunden. Es ist perfekt ausgestattet, es ist wunderschön, da fahren wir gerne wieder hin.

Schone villa van alle gemakken voorzien
Ruime villa, waar we eigenlijk op de nachten na alleen maar buiten hebben geleefd. Goed uitgeruste buitenkeuken met zelfs muziek mogelijkheid en sattv als je dat zou willen. Alles is aanwezig en soms zelfs dubbel met ook nog een keuken binnen. Schoon zwembad wat netjes wordt bijgehouden. Via app contact met eigenaar die problemen snel oplost en goede tips heeft voor uitstapjes etc. Ook lekker gegeten in zijn restaurant. Omgeving met veel blaffende honden was jammer en kan voor lichte slapers de nachtrust beïnvloeden. Vergeet de muggenspray niet.

Wunderschöne Villa auf großem und schönem Grundstück
Sehr saubere Villa mit großer Grünfläche und schönem Pool. Die Außenküche war hervorragend. Wir haben jede Mahlzeit dort zubereitet und gegessen. küchengeräte und auch alles andere vorhanden. Es muss nichts extra mitgenommen werden. Kontakt zu den Vermietern war sehr gut, unkompliziert und schnell. Sehr zu empfehlen!

Schönes Italien
insgesamt alles genauso schön ,wie vorgestellt. Die Villa liegt in einem Gartengebiet, leider ist die Infrastruktur (Supermarkt, Restaurant,Cafe) nur mit dem Auto zu erreichen. Der Strassenbelag ist echt italienisch,und somit eine Herausforderung (Schlagloch und eigendlich passen keine 2 Autos nebeneinander.) Die Gegend ist aber toll, mit Nemi Castel Gandolfo, Ostia. Zum Meer ca 40 min bei passabel Stränden und ab der Haltestelle des Zuges, tatsächlich nur 22 Min bis Rom für 7 Euro mit Tsgesticket. Die Vermieter waren wunderbar, das Essen im Restaurant toll und das Pool Haus und den Pool haben wir ständig genutzt. Toll. Etwas umständlich war die Kommunikation mit der Agentur, als es Probleme mit der Überweisung gab. Aber wir konnten das Problem schliesslich selber lösen.

Le paradis est ici
Nous venons de terminer nos vacances dans cette incroyable maison. Dès notre arrivée nous avons été subjugués par l entrée majestueuse qui mène à la maison. Et plus qu une maison c est un domaine avec un beau jardin, une piscine magnifique, la maison principale et le bâtiment qui abrite une salle de bain et une vraie cuisine extérieure. La location est tout simplement parfaite, il n y a rien à redire si ce n est que nous sommes tristes de partir et n avons qu une envie: revenir ! La maison est irréprochable de propreté. Vous vous y sentirez comme chez vous. Les chambres sont grandes, les salles de bain attenantes très pratiques. Nous avons adoré passer du temps à la piscine dans ce havre de paix et pour parfaire cette dolce vita nous sommes allés très souvent manger au restaurant de fabrizio le propriétaire. Le restaurant est situé à 5mn en voiture et vous y serez comblés. La nourriture y est divine et l endroit est formidable. Bref vous l aurez compris cette location est une pépite ! Wunderschönes Haus, toller Urlaub
Wir haben uns in diesem Haus sehr wohl gefühlt. Es ist groß und schön eingerichtet. Toll ist die Außenküche neben dem großen Pool. Sie ist komplett ausgestattet und bei schönem Wetter der Mittelpunkt des Lebens. Familie Bianchi ist sehr herzlich und hat uns bestens betreut. Sie betreiben ein schönes, familienfreundliches Restaurant und produzieren tolles Olivenöl. Wir haben dort sehr gerne gegessen. Rom ist mit der Bahn schnell und günstig zu erreichen und mit dem Auto kann man die Umgebung erkunden, zum Meer fahren oder schöne Bergdörfer wie Sermoneta oder Nemi besuchen. We felt very comfortable in this house. It is big and nicely furnished. Great is the outside kitchen next to the big pool. It is fully equipped and in good weather the centre of life. Family Bianchi is very cordial and has looked after us very well. They run a nice, family friendly restaurant and produce great olive oil. We enjoyed eating there very much. Rome can be reached quickly and cheaply by train and by car you can explore the surroundings, go to the sea or visit beautiful mountain villages like Sermoneta or Nemi.

Wir waren 2 Wochen mit unseren Kindern und Freunden in der Villa. Es war sogar noch schöner wie es die Bilder bei fewo wiedergeben. Neben dem unglaublich schönen Haus war auch ein Poolhaus mit allem was man braucht. Einfach nur top und die Vermieter auch sehr sehr freundlich! Nur zu empfehlen.

A magnificent villa with kind wonderful hosts
This villa is amazing. Everything is 5 star. We all had a wonderful time here. Lots of space, there were 7 of us, all fittings top class. The outside kitchen , living area is fantastic. We spent a lot of time out there. Everything was so easy, which made the holiday so relaxing. The family, Fabrizia, Rossella and Sara were exceptionally nice, so kind and nothing was any trouble to them. Such a lovely family have never had such wonderful hosts. Genial!
Wir haben schon viele Ferienhäuser in Italien gemietet, aber dieses Haus war wirklich das schönste. Tolles Haupthaus, wunderschöner Garten mit großem Pool und ein phantastisches Poolhaus! Alles sehr sauber und gepflegt. Die Gastgeber sind wahnsinnig nett und immer für die Gäste da. Ausserdem besitzen sie ganz in der Nähe eine tolles Restaurant mit einer wunderschönen Terrasse und genialem Essen! Sehr zu empfehlen! Auch die Lage ist genial. Man kann die Dörfer der Albaner Berge erkunden, Rom entdecken oder einen Tag am Strand verbringen. Vielen Dank an Fabrizio und Familie für 2 tolle Wochen!!!

Family Group Holiday
The villa and its amenities are absolutely brilliant - second to none. Prior to arriving, we were asking questions of what was available so we could organise packing, to which we were told we only needed to bring ourselves - which was so true, there was everything you needed or would have in your own home. As hosts, Fabrizio and Rosalla are lovely people and were extremely helpful and did everything they said they would without being seen!! The location of the villa is quite rural and you definitely need a car to get around and to the local shops or restaurants (at least 10 minutes away). Locality for trains into Rome is good (Velletri train station about 10mins away) and the local towns of Nemi, Velletri, Castel Gandolfo and Lanuvio are well worth a visit for eating or browsing.

We went there with some friends for our summerholiday and we had some big expectation because of the description and the photos....but it was even better!!! Perfect service and perfect Villa... In our first night familia Bianchi invites us to there own Pizzaria and gave us a great Welcome!! We had a perfect vacation and it wont be the last time in there Villa....we are looking forward to pur next Holiday at Villa Sara!!! :D

Bei der Ankunft fuhren wir 3 mal am Haus vorbei, weil wir nicht dachten, dass diese hochherrschaftliche Zufahrt mit riesigem schmiedeeisernen Tor richtig sein konnte. Auf unser Klingeln öffnete es sich und Sarà, die sehr freundliche Tochter der Besitzer, empfing uns .(Wir sprachen englisch und italienisch mit ihr). Die Villa ist extrem gut ausgestattet (selbst und liebevoll gebaut/alle Küchengeräte, die man braucht, Waschmaschine, Trockner, Bettwäsche, Handtücher, Fön, Espressokocher, ein Willkommenskorb der Besitzer mit Pasta, Wein, Brot, Öl, Marmelade...) und perfekt sauber (und sauberer als alle Ferienhäuser, die wir bisher hatten). Die super freundlichen Besitzer haben in der Nähe ein sehr hübsches Restaurant und antworten direkt über WhatsApp, wenn man Fragen hat. Alle Fenster haben Mückennetze, was ganz hervorragend war. Im offenen Häuschen am Pool brauchst du im Sommer auf jeden Fall Anti-Mückenspray, am Pool lassen sie einen länger in Ruhe. Der Garten mit Pool (und vielen Spatzen, Schwalben etc) ist wirklich ein kleines Paradies! Meine Söhne waren auch total begeistert! Die Zimmer haben Doppelbetten: Wenn man einen leichten Schlaf hat, wacht man also auf, wenn der andere sich umdreht. Die ganze Villa war für uns persönlich aber zu teuer. (Wir hatten gedacht, alle Zimmer benutzen zu können, aber bei 6 Personen bekommt man 3 Doppelzimmer/die untere Etage). Bäder gibt es in der unteren Etage 3. Die obere Etage wird dann aber nicht mit fremden Gästen belegt, sondern bleibt leer. Wenn du Rom besuchen willst, brauchst du auf jeden Fall ein Auto (ca. 70 bis 90 min/meide den Berufsverkehr in Rom), ebenso für einen Supermarktbesuch (ca. 30 min). Leider ratterte jeden und den ganzen Werktag ein sehr lauter Trecker, aber das kann natürlich in jeder anderen Woche des Jahres anders sein. Ansonsten hört man nur Hunde und Vogelgezwitscher. Abends konnten wir sogar Fledermäuse beobachten und 2 mal haben wir einen Wiedehopf gesehen. In der ganz ländlichen Umgebung wachsen außerdem Kiwi und Wein. Wir waren alle traurig, wieder fahren zu müssen, weil es ein besonders schöner Urlaub im besten Ferienhaus, das wir bisher kennen lernten, war. Vielen Dank liebe Familie Bianchi!!! Wie schön, dass wir euch auch persönlich kennen lernen durften!

The property was beautiful. It is clean and extremely well maintained. We traveled with a group of 8 adults, and there was plenty of room and bathrooms for all! The property could easily hold up to 10. Our villa hosts, Fabrizio, Rosella and Sara, made this trip truly special. They make you feel like family, and assist you with any needs or questions you might have. This trip was wonderful, and we chose the perfect place to stay! I highly recommend it. You won’t be disappointed!!

Thank you for a wonderful holiday
We are a family of six, three generations, who had a wonderful week staying at the beautiful Villa Sara. The photographs do not do the villa justice, it is fantastic, there is so much room, it is very clean and had all the amenities we needed plus lots of extras. We were all very comfortable here and it felt like a real home from home. We really enjoyed spending days in the pretty garden by the lovely pool. Having the outside kitchen was a real bonus too. The views of the surrounding countryside are just beautiful. It was easy to take the train into Rome and the little village of Nemi was stunning. Fabrizio, Rosella and Sara are very friendly, always available for help and advice. Their new restaurant is only a 5 minute drive away, we loved eating there, the food and surroundings are fabulous and we were made to feel like old family friends. Perfect in Every Way
If you are looking for a wonderful villa in a beautiful part of Italy, stop searching, you have just found it. We spent ten days here and from the minute we arrived, we could not believe how lucky we were. The hosts, Rossella, Fabrizio and Sara are absolutely wonderful people and cannot do enough for you throughout the stay. We enjoyed friendship, hospitality and home cooked Italian food that surely cannot be matched throughout the whole of Italy. The pool is perfect for children, the garden is perfectly kept and the villa is clean, beautifully presented and suited our family perfectly. The wifi is exceptional throughout the villa and the garden and the outside cooking and seating area was where we spent most of our time - it is wonderful. Rome is very accessible and there are beautiful towns nearby by car - make sure you go to Nemi - stunning! If you are looking for a quiet, relaxing holiday in the beautiful country of Italy, I cannot recommend this villa enough. We went looking for a holiday just like this, we found it and so much more. We have been back home three days and we have already booked to go back. We also found beautiful Italian friends in the Bianchi family, three people who are wonderful, friendly and welcoming. We very much look forward to seeing you all again. Thank you for everything you did for us. Fresco. Semplice. Perfetto.

Lovely villa, location and hosts!
We loved our week in Genzano. Rossella, Fabizio and Sara were so friendly; gave us a fabulous welcome pack,lots of information about the area and cooked the most delicious pizzas! The villa was well equipped and we really enjoyed the outside kitchen building spending most of our time here rather than using the main house kitchen- every meal was eaten outside as this area has its own hob, dishwasher, sink and lots of dishes , glasses etc as well as a toilet/shower room. Good place for sight seeing. We caught the train to Rome and drove to the beautiful Tivoli gardens, Frascati , Anzio (on the coast) as well as local villages. Great time - thank you to the lovely ‘Rossella family’!

Heavenly Villa
Words cannot express how much we loved our stay at "Fantastic Villa Sara"The moment we arrived we were met By Fabrizio, Rosella and Sara. They prepared a delicious dinner for us later that evening and later the same week they made us four, yes four pizzas for dinner. Their hospitality was overwhelming and we were so moved by their generosity. The villa was superb, every need was catered for.The outdoor kitchen was fantastic and so well equipped. The grounds were incredibly tranquil and the pool was amazing.Villa Sara is an absolute gem. We are planning to return in 2018. We cannot wait to go back and next time we are planning a longer stay.grazie mille, Fabrizio,Rosella and Sara With love from, Matthew,Angela, Robert and Patricia.

Die Bilder im Netz entsprechen zu 100% dem, was einen erwartet. Rossella, Fabrizio und Sara sind nicht nur herausrgende Gastgeber, sie leben dafür, Ihren Gästen den Aufenthalt zu einem unvergesslichen Erlebnis zu machen. Wenn man mit schwerem Herzen abreist, geht man nicht als Gast, sondern als Freund und ist sich gewiss, dass man zurück kehren wird. Wir wünschen Rossella, Fabrizio und Sara aus tiefem Herzen das Allerbeste! Absolutely Fantastic!
We have just returned from the wonderful Villa Sara, and it was so good I am writing a review immediately (I don't usually write reviews, so it says a lot for the very high standards of the Villa and our hosts!). The pictures are nice but do not do justice to this stunning Villa. It is extremely comfortable and well appointed, with great thought and care given to everything you need to enjoy your stay. The garden and pool area are fantastic and beautifully maintained - perfect for all the family and our two children (three and six) loved playing there. The outside pool house was a real bonus and perfect for dining outside, grabbing something cold from the fridge and listening to music. Thank you to Rosella, Fabrizio and Sara - what a lovely family. You were so kind and welcoming, and we particularly enjoyed Fabrizio's delicious pizzas! We have all agreed that we absolutely will have to return, and can't wait to come back for another visit!

Alles was das Herz begehrt!
Für uns (Ehepaar mit Sohn, 12 Jahre und Tochter, 9 Jahre) begann der Urlaub schon mit einer völlig entspannten und staufreien Anreise. Die Ankunftszeit lag ganz in unserem Ermessen und als wir schließlich ankamen, wurden wir von der Hauseigentümerin Rossella und deren Tochter Sara mit einem kleinen Snack und einem Früchtekorb begrüßt. Die anschließende Führung durch das Haus war eine richtige Überraschung. Die Villa Sara ist super gepflegt und in einem ausgezeichneten Zustand. Alles ist sehr, sehr sauber und mit liebevollen Details dekoriert. Ebenso der Pool, die Gartenanlage sowie das Gartenhäuschen mit Küche und Dusche sind ein richtiges Schmuckstück. Der Zustand und die geschmackvolle Einrichtung des Anwesens sind auf den Bildern nicht so zu erkennen. Auch die Ausstattung der Küche lässt keine Wünsche offen. Sämtliche Kochutensilien und Geschirr sind mehrmals vorhanden. Selbst die Kaffeemaschine gibt es in drei Varianten (Filter, Kapsel und Espressokocher). Neben Geschirrtüchern, Seife und Spülmittel sind auch eine Vielzahl an Gewürzen, Essig, Öl usw. vorhanden. Der Kühlschrank war bereits mit verschiedenen Getränken (Milch, Wasser, Weißwein, Bier und Sekt) gefüllt. Außerdem stand ein liebevoll zubereiteter Korb mit Pasta, Soße, Brot, Keksen, Marmelade, Kaffee, Thunfisch und Rotwein für uns in der Küche bereit. Somit war ein entspanntes Ankommen ohne den zusätzlichen Einkauf am ersten Tag hervorragend möglich gewesen. Die sonstige Ausstattung der Villa wie Klima, TV und W-LAN funktionierte ohne Probleme. Das W-LAN war am ganzen Gelände ohne Einschränkung verfügbar. Die Ausstattung im Bad ist mit Handtüchern und Badetüchern, Toilettenpapier sowie Shampoo, Duschgel und Seife ausreichend und neu vorhanden. Gleich am ersten Tag wurden wir von den Vermietern zu den wahrscheinlich besten Pizzen eingeladen, worauf sich am verabredeten Abend die super Gastfreundlichkeit der Vermieter herausstellte. Fabrizio, Rossella und Sara waren uns den ganzen Urlaub über eine sehr große Hilfe, ohne aber aufdringlich zu sein. Eine große Unterstützung war uns die Familie bei einer akuten Krankheit, bei der sie uns die Adresse einer Apotheke heraussuchten, Termine beim Arzt vereinbarten und sogar begleitet haben. Nach all den tollen Erfahrungen haben wir uns entschlossen, nächstes Jahr erneut unseren Urlaub dort zu verbringen, obwohl wir nie ein zweites mal an den selben Ort fahren wollten... sag niemals nie... oder... als Tourist gekommen und als Freunde gefahren.

Great place to stay
We stayed in the villa for 2 weeks in July. The best Holiday in Italy ever. The villa is great, sparkling clean, equiped with every thing and more we needed. The property had a private gate and a very large, beautiful garden. You can relax in the sun by the pool side, in the shadow of the trees or in the very nice outdoor house with kitchen and bathroom. Fabrizio, Rosella and Sara have thougt about everything to make you feel at home. Fabrizio is a great cook and makes the best pizza, spaghetti and other Italian dishes. They are very helpfull with every thing you might need. By train Rome is 20 minutes away, and the local villages are great to walk around. Supermarket is close by. The villa is super with A-C. The bedrooms are nice, all the bathrooms are clean. The kitchen inside and in the garden are great to prepare a meal. We would like to thank Rosella, Fabrizio and Sara for their kidness and generosity. They made our stay extra special. We would highly recommd this villa!

Un posto dove tornare
Abbiamo trascorso una settimana in questa bellissima Villa e possiamo soltanto esserne felici. E' il posto ideale per visitare Roma, i Castelli Romani, Ninfa, Sermoneta alloggiando in una location riservata, tranquilla lontano dallo stress e dal traffico. La Villa è incredibilmente bella, confortevole e molto curata nella pulizia. I proprietari sono gentili e disponibili. C'e tanto verde e tanta aria buona e anche in questa stagione, nelle giornate di sole è possibile mangiare fuori nell'open space (una vera e propria casa all'aperto) dove anche qui ci sono tutte le comodità come nella Villa ...... veramente fantastico ! E' stata una vera sorpresa, speriamo di tornare. Consigliatissimo !!!
