Thanks for a great stay
Francesca was wonderfully responsive and we had a pleasant stay. We were a bit put off at the beginning by a filthy staircase and then being taken to the wrong apartment on an upper floor that we dragged bags to ( with no offer of help) to find we were actually on a lower floor. Once in, all was well!

Excellent location near Campo di Fiore
This apartment is located in a busy, tiny piazza very close to the larger piazza of Campo di Fiore. Great restaurants right here in the immediate vicinity. The bed was very comfy and the kitchen recently remodeled. The living room was a bit loud when there was a football match on tv but the bedroom was quiet as it is set back.

Good location
We enjoyed our stay at this apartment in Rome. It was clean, comfortable, and had a good location. The living was noisy because there were restaurants below it, but the bedroom was quiet. Communication with Francesca was good.

Ideal location in Rome
We were very pleased with our accommodation. The location practically in the Campo Fiori was excellent. Plenty of restaurants at your doorstep, and the farmers market in the square. If you’re a walker, you can get to most of the important sites and museums. We had a wonderful time.

Excellent location, tons of space!!Just one floor up!
This unit is impeccable! The location is great, near great food and drinks, it has AC, bedroom is quiet and very comfortable. My only complaint is that the trash in the lobby gets a bit out of control but besides that this unit worked out amazing for us and wouldn't hesitate to book again!

Great area. Very nice for two.
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. It was completely as described. Very nice. Despite being directly above a busy restaurant, the bedroom was quiet. The area was vibrant and we felt very safe walking about at all times. There are many really good restaurants, shops, bakeries within walking distance. Nice shopping in Campo di Fiori - about 15 yards away.

Rome July 2023
The property location is excellent, convenient to all major site seeing locations. We had a problem with the water boiler. We contacted the host and she took care of it right away and she even gave us back a credit. Host is very responsive and helped us arrange transportation to the airport when we checked out. I highly recommend this property.

Can't beat the Location!
We booked this apartment for our last two nights of a 14 day trip to Italy. This was a great place to end our vacation. The apartment is on the first floor (so one floor up) and we did have to walk up some curvy stairs -- my husband carried the luggage, so I really can't speak to that, but it didn't look easy. The air conditioning worked very well (it was in the 90's while we were there) and the place was clean and well appointed. The washer is only a washer, not a combo so you will have to hang any laundry to dry. We were able to walk to the Vatican and just outside there are lots of restaurants and coffee shops. *Our power went out as I was drying my hair (with the provided dryer) when we were getting ready to leave. Not sure if it was the construction going on below or because I was running the dishwasher at the same time. I called the property agency and they told me not to worry about it after I checked all the circuit breakers. As I was talking to them, she hung up on me TWICE. Very odd. Unfortunately, with the heat and lack of lighting we left without being able to do a thorough once over to make sure the place was clean. Also, there was a clear lack of communication with the agency regarding check in. I did reach out to see if we could drop off bags early (we couldn't) and we really weren't sure who we were going to meet when we arrived or what time we had to be there. Other than that, the place was great.

Fantastic Location!
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. What a comfortable apartment in a fantastic location. The apartment was everything we needed and more. Although it was a busy area, it was quiet and we appreciated that tremendously! Our host was gracious enough to allow us an early check in to drop our luggage and commutation from host was top notch. Highly recommend!!!

Great Location - Easy Interaction with Owner
Just above two of the best restaurants in Rome, it is a very clean apartment. Initially we were dismayed by the entrance door and the stair/hallway going to the unit (not the unit owners fault) once in the unit we were very pleased how clean and spacious everything was. Keep in mind this is near a Piazza, while the back bedroom was away from the restaurant noise, if you have someone staying in the front room they may want earplugs- Rome is a lively city through the night! The location could not be better, we easily walked to most of the sites.

Near the bustle of Campo dei Fiori ...
The bedroom was still quite quiet. Staff was very responsive to our requests, housekeeping did a great job, Valeria kindly booked our taxi to and from. Osteria da Fortunata is a fine addiction just outstide the front door. Easy walking to Roscioli and taxi stand. A night light would be helpful.

We had such a great time here. The location could not be better. The best restaurants and bakeries right outside our door and walking distance from most of the must-see monuments. The apartment was very clean and comfortable. Would stay here again!

Nice apartment on the inside
The location and ambiance of this apartment are excellent, as was the interior decor and cleanliness; it lived up to expectations. To reiterate, the inside of the apartment and the location were excellent. The restaurants below were nice, as was the nearby plaza, and everything was within walking distance. Less ideal was the plaster dust in the entry hallway, as if a construction project was started but never completed (hopefully there were no toxins in the dust we were inhaling); a broom and dustpan would have sufficed. Also, the check in process was not pleasant; we were required to go to a separate location to check in, then walk approximately a quarter or half mile over cobblestoned streets with our luggage in 100 degree temperatures to get into the apartment. Obviously, the temperature cannot be helped, and if the check in process was the only issue, I probably wouldn't mention it, as this is probably a common check-in process. However, combined with the plaster dust and musty odor of the apartment, I had to say something.

First time using VRBO
I’ll summarize to make this simple to consume: 1) The host was EXCELLENT with communication. 2) The host arranged a pickup (private taxi, Mercedes e-Class) pickup from FCO to VRBO — $50. 3). Since we arrived earlier than check in time, we were able to store our luggage at a nearby facility (less than 10 min walk from luggage to VRBO). 4). Upon returning to the luggage place near check-in time, we learned that’s the same luggage facility that also was able to check us in. 5). The property is perfectly located above one of Rome’s most popular restaurants (Osteria Fortunata) and sits between the Colosseum and Vatican City. ** Walk time to Pantheon: 15 mins ** Walk to to Vatican: 20-25 mins ** Walk to Spanish Steps: 30 mins ** Walk to Piazza Navona: 10-15 mins ** Drive to Colosseum (10 mins, about 10 euros) Again, GREAT location situated adjacent to another piazza that has plenty of food, drinks, and gelato. There is even a farmer’s market during the day - all a 2-3 min walk (exit apartment, go left and walk right into central piazza). 6) Host arranged for transport back to FCO - same driver, vehicle, cost. This was the first time I have ever used any VRBO and the host made it very convenient. It was nice being able to come “home” after a day of being outside. While my partner and I are Diamond / Titanium members of hotels, we found this to just be a better overall “local” experience. Would I recommend? ABSOLUTELY. Would I stay here again? ABSOLUTELY.

Lovely apt
We enjoyed staying in this apt. We were a little disappointed initially because some things had changed and it did not match photo . Coffee table was removed and in its place 3 small not nice tables . But all in all it was as shown . It is on a noisy street and sometimes the restaurant people downstairs were extremely loud until very late - but the back bedroom is quiet. Finally - the apt has a perfect location for walking in many directions

Good choice
Great neighborhood, and the property managers were very responsive and helpful. The living room looks out on a noisy street, but the bedroom was very quiet and there was good air conditioning. The kitchen was adequate for our needs, but it would be hard to cook more than basic meals (and there is no oven). A little run down, in a charming way.

Nicely decorated apartment with a great location.
We had a couple of functional issues with the apartment that made for a bumpy start, but the staff responded and fixed the problems. After that, the stay was perfect.

Great Location for 2 weeks in Rome
This property is only 35 feet from Campo de Fiori. Many restaurants. Supermarkets are only a 10-12 min. walk. Fresh fruits and vegetables at the market every day. Savio was excellent in responding to any questions. A little loud on Saturday nite but the bedroom is in the back, and it was quiet. The air conditioning was great. Apartment was up 1 flight of stairs, good mattress, great linens, and comfortable. Kitchen was adequate and we cooked in every breakfast and some evenings. would highly reccomend for being about to walk everywhere.

Fantastic location, well equipped, terrible shower
Overall we had a very happy stay in this apartment - let down by a very poor shower that had every temperature happening in succession. Impossible to shower comfortably.
