Rome
The location is fantastic, Simona was very responsive and the condo is exactly as advertised. We were able to walk to most of the sights we wanted to visit and took the bus to the more distant ones. Although we missed not having a remote for the TV (it was stolen by the previous renters) and we didn't go to Rome to watch TV, we appreciate Simona's attempt to get us one before we left. I would absolutely recommend this condo to anyone visiting Rome. Clean, comfortable and safe.

Perfect spot!
Great apartment, really well situated, clean and inviting. It was easy to walk to explore the sights we wanted to see or just walk around Rome aimlessly. The apartment itself was practical and clean, beds were comfy and communication with Simona was quick and easy. Would definitely recommend or go back!

Perfect location
This property is in the heart of Rome in easy walking distance of the sights. Simona communicated very well and is very responsive to all questions. Lovely apartment - amazing location
My husband and I shared this lovely apartment with another couple over a long weekend. The place was clean, comfortable and centrally located to prime sight seeing. Simona the apartment manager was SO helpful, arranging transportation and recommending fantastic dining options nearby. We’ll definitely visit again!

Awesome host-great location
Simona was awesome. She came by to check us in and gave pointers of places to eat in the area. There were staple items in the kitchenette and several books on the area as well. The main bathroom door was off its track, but other than that all was as advertized. We would stay there again.

Perfect Location in Rome
The description of the property was accurate and the location was perfect. Lots of sites within walking distance, 3 blocks from the river, multiple restaurants across the street and grocery stores close by. Host was very accessible and very helpful with transportation to and from the airport. We would deifinitely stay here again!

Rome Vacation
We had a wonderful stay at Simona’s apartment. It was perfect for 2 couples. Simona was great at responding to correspondence quickly and the booklet left in the apartment helped us find some really good restaurants and sites to see. There’s a wonderful pastry and sandwich shop right across the street. Location couldn’t have been better for us. We would absolutely recommend staying with Simona!!

Safe Neighborhood!
Simona was an excellent host. Our luggage was lost for 4 days and Simona stayed on top of the lost luggage issue so that we could enjoy our time in Rome...thank you Simona. The flat was clean and comfortable. The location was also great, we felt safe as two Women. There is a wonderful Cafe' across the street where we stopped each morning and afternoon for coffee and pastries. Hopefully we will be back to Rome shortly and I will stay in this location again. Thanks again Simona!

Location Location
We (2 couples) thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The location is so central and walkable to most anything in Rome. The property is perfect for 2 couples with each having their own bath. I cannot say enough about Simona. Her communication was prompt and check-in was flawless. She rescued me as I left my pack and locked the door for our 6:00 AM departure. Thanks Simona, you are the BEST!

Great Central Location
This was the perfect spot for us. We were 4 women visiting Rome for the first time. Simona was a great host. The location was perfect for walking to almost every site we wanted to see. The apartment was very clean and comfortable. Simona responded to all of our questions, arranged transportation for us, and gave us some wonderful recommendations for places to eat and visit. Absolutely perfect getaway!
Simona was literally there for me with any requests on a dime!!!! Her apartment is stunning and in the perfect walking distance to great shopping, restaurants, and attractions. We only took a taxi once to see a site... everything was right there. Perfect!!! The place itself was quaint, stocked, and full of everything needed to feel right at home!!! 10 out of 10 would stay there again and recommend to everyone!!

fabulous apartment and location
Simona's apartment in Rome was perfect for my family's week in Rome. The apartment is very clean and modern, high ceilings, great windows with nice view onto the street, air-conditioning worked very well, elevator, very comfortable beds, super efficient layout and use of space, and beautiful bathrooms. The apartment had everything that we needed and certainly exceeded our expectations. The location couldn't be better. We easily walked all over the historic center and to the Vatican. Simona was great to communicate with, responding within minutes to any questions. She was very accommodating with us for check-in and check-out, and left us with some very nice recommendations for restaurants nearby organized nicely in a book in the apartment. Overall is was a great stay and we'd definitely like to come back and stay again!

Great apartment and owner!
We had a great stay at this apartment and Simona was a pleasure to deal with both before and during our stay. She was extremely helpful/cordial/flexible with our arrangements and provided assistance during our stay for transportation recommendations. She also helped print several documents for us for football match tickets as well as car service vouchers. The apartment was exactly as advertised, very clean and convenient location for our visit. It worked very well for our family of five. We made use of amenities: WiFi, laundry machine, elevator. I definitely would recommend the apartment as well as working with Simona.

Exactly as promised
This property is in a fantastic location — literally 5 minutes from Castel San Angelo, less than 10 from St Peter’s Square. We walked everywhere — Navona, Capitoline Hill.....perfect. The flat is clean, and the rooms are large — especially for Europe. The main bath is huge, and the 2nd bath is perfectly fine. Both bedrooms were a comparable size, and the beds were confortable. Storage was also excellent. There are a lot of channels on the TV — but be prepared — no English news. You probably won’t spend a lot of time in the flat anyway, so the TV is relatively immaterial. Simona was right there to meet us and explain everything in the flat. She also arranged for the car service to/from the airport, which was much appreciated. The lift is perfect for taking your luggage up to the flat — it’s small, but it works just fine. The flat is quiet — we didn’t notice street noise unless sirens were going by — which happened very rarely. All in all, this flat is perfect for a stay in Rome. The location couldn’t be better, and there’s plenty of room, and your have the convenience of restaurants and shops close by!

Beautiful Apartment
Simona is amazing!!! Before and during our stay, she responded to our questions within minutes. She arranged for our transportation to/from the apartment, which was so helpful. And even when we arrived early from the airport, she was there to meet us, and provided a place for us to store our luggage. The apartment is very clean, spacious, and the kitchen is well equipped. We were able to cook several meals each day. (There are several grocery stores and cafes within a block or two or the apartment.) The air conditioning works wonderfully, as we were there in the heat of late July. We loved having a washing machine, and large drying racks in the apartment, as we were headed to a cruise after our stay. The apartment is in a great location - Castel Sant'Angelo is just across the bridge, 10 minute walk to Vatican City and Piazza Navona,, and less than 30 minute walk to other tourist attractions (Pantheon, Trevi Fountain, Colosseum, etc). There are taxis and bus lines available close by, but we preferred to walk. We could not have had a better experience!

Exactly What is Needed for a Wonderful Rome Stay
We were a family of three, traveling with our adult son. A great sightseeing base apartment really can make a difference, and this apartment with its great location in Campo de 'Fiori made a difference for us . It is convenient for all of the top tourist spots. Eating breakfast or lunch can help with one's budget and the apartment has a fully equipped kitchen (large Italian style coffee pot---YES) There are 3-4 markets in walking distance just minutes away. Just across the street there is a bakery/pizza shop. My husband loved waking early and watching the baker each morning and my son loved eating their pizzas. We loved the shops fresh pastries and breads too. There are also discounts at some local shops and restaurants, but we had made other plans. The apartment is a large, clean, modern, air-conditioned vacation apartment on the second floor with two bedrooms, each with its own modern large bathroom with shower and a dining and living room. There are three air-conditioner units (European style, efficient and easy to operate). For anyone used to having air conditioning, this is a huge plus in Rome. There is a door between the main bedroom and entrance and the rest of the apartment. Though the couch is a sofa bed, I would find it inconvenient for sleeping, perhaps for children it would be okay. The pictures accurately reflect this apartment with a refined contemporary style. There is a washer, easy-to-use and small porch with laundry rack and clothes pins. Wifi is strong and available in every room. Communication with Simone was very easy. Myra, on her staff, met us on arrival and explained everything clearly. We got two sets of keys (convenient). Simone stopped by to meet us on the second day (nice touch!). Simone arranged for a car to take us to the airport, professional at 45 euro, arrived right on time. I highly recommend this apartment which made our Rome stay perfect. Note: For joggers, it would be easy to jog in the morning along the river which I discovered unfortunately too late to do so.

Great location, nice apartment
The apartment is exactly as presented so if it sounds like it will suit your needs, it will. Simona was great to communicate with and answered every question. She met me promptly at the apartment and showed us how to work everything. There is an elevator but the staircase is a wide one and well lit so we never bothered with it. The apartment was very clean and had all the amenities described. The beds were comfortable, the rooms/bathrooms spacious and the air conditioner worked gloriously! The location is near at least 4 bus stops but is truly within walking distance of so many sites. We were going to take the bus to the Colosseum but wound up walking because the morning was so pleasant. There's a wonderful pasta shop a couple of doors down that we frequented for take-away. Would recommend this apartment and hope to be able to stay here again.

The apartment is as pictured but has a strong odor of mold in the kitchen area.
The owner did not appear but the nice doorman let us in. The apartment is as pictured in a great location. The mold odor was very strong coming from the kitchen area. We brought Lysol spray and tried to clean but it comes from the pipes and under the sink. Some mold also in bathrooms which we cleaned. The door locks loose and very difficult to operate also. The place needed something done to get rid of the mildew/mold smell in the kitchen. We did not cook there but ate out. Otherwise the place is as advertised.

I always try to meet my guests but it is obvious that I can not always do it because of my job, I know that I have valid people who replace me. This does not mean that you should not be contacted if a problem occurs. I can always be contacted by email or message and ready to solve the problems. Why am I not contacted? When I was informed about the problem I immediately sent the plumber. In the kitchen there is the sanatrit enough to put in a liquid and the problem that was never presented was solved. In an apartment it can happen that something can break or not work, just inform the staff and then solve it. I can not justify a negative comment when I have not been able to solve the problem. I would have known if I was contacted and had not done anything but that was not so. As for the lock is the first time I happen to hear that it is difficult to open. Obviously the door is armored then it is heavier than that safe but the lock just did not have it butObviously the door is armored then it is heavier than it but safe but the lock was difficult I had never felt it

Perfect location in Rome
We stayed in the apartment over the Christmas, 2016 holidays. We couldn't have enjoyed it more. First off, the apartment is great. Very comfortable and roomy. Two nice bathrooms, two nice bedrooms. Nice kitchen and living room. Plenty of room. Great wifi! The building itself is neat, and we enjoyed walking up the stairs in this great building. The apartment was spotlessly clean. Great showers with plenty of pressure and hot water. The location is amazing. About 10 minutes walk to the Vatican, and about 25 minutes walk to the heart of ancient Rome. We walked to great locations every day. If we got tired at the end of the day, it was only a 7-8 euro taxi ride back. The street itself is delightful and charming, and just walking within 10 minutes were a lot of really good restaurants. We ate at one 4 times, and ate at maybe a dozen different great places, mostly in the neighborhood. Almost under the apartment is a great little gourmet pasta place, which was fantastic (and inexpensive and not fancy). Our favorite restaurant was less than 5 minutes away. Piazza Navona less than 10 minutes away, and Campo de'Fiori even closer. Simona is a great host. She was amazingly responsive, answering every question of mine within minutes. She also arranged very nice transportation to and from the airport, which was one less thing for me to worry about. If we get to Rome again, this is absolutely where we would stay. I cannot recommend it higher. It's the best VRBO we have done, in the most beautiful location.

Loved this apartment! Easy walking distance from St Peters, the Vatican, River Tiber, Castel Saint Angelo, Piazza Navone, Campo Fiori! Great bakery opposite which did lovely tomato pizza so never any problem feeding my 10 year old (and did not even have to cook - hooray!). He also loved the bookshop below! I liked the carrefour supermarket a few blocks away on Via Governo Vecchio. Had a lift so no problem with luggage. It had everything we needed and Simona was a wonderful communicator and ever so helpful, particularly when we arrived late and could not contact her! Her driving company was excellent too. The beds were super comfortable - slept well each night. Air conditioning worked like a dream when we needed it. Altogether a wonderful experience. Can't wait to go back!

Clean / Great Location
Up to date and clean apartment! Great location, close to all the Rome sites. Has two big bedrooms and baths for 4 adults or family. The apartment had a couple very small issues....beds were a little hard and the noise from the city can start early. Check out Gelato Valentino by Trevi Fountain (best in Rome)... no joke! Also check out Pizzeria Dar Poeta best pizza in Rome! Thank you for a enjoyable stay, Mike
