Oasi perfetta vicino al Vaticano
Tutto è stato curato nei minimi dettagli; Francesca è un'ospite perfetta e ha pensato a tutto! L'appartamento si trova in una posizione molto tranquilla e allo stesso tempo molto centrale e vicino al Vaticano, Castel Sant'Angelo, Trastevere, Gianicolo,... Un indirizzo dove ritorneremo sicuramente. Grazie Francesca :-)

Toccata e fuga a Roma
Appartamento comodo e confortevole a pochi passi da San Pietro e molto vicina alla fermata del bus, con vista sul cupolone. Accoglienza fin dai primi istanti calorosa e attenta, i proprietari sempre disponibili sia in chat che dal vivo. La casa si presenta come prevista, spazi ampi e curati: punto in più per il terrazzo molto confortevole. Molto gradita è stata per noi la presenza di sistema di condizionamento caldo e freddo e la presenza di un allarme, come anche dei vari elettrodomestici della cucina adatti ad ogni preparazione. Molto consigliato, ringraziamo Francesca per averci permesso di passare una vacanza memorabile.

Great Rental But be Prepared
This rental is wonderful. Loved the patio, the room layout’s, and its close location to Vatican City. Francesca was wonderful. Always responded timely and was very helpful. Now what to be prepared for. This home is located uphill from the main roads. Then slightly downhill from the road. So if you have mobility issues this rental is going to test your abilities. It’s a workout to say the least if you walk down and back up. If you always Uber wherever you go or are younger(we are late 60’s) then this rental will provide everything you would want. Again it’s a wonderful rental. Just wanted you to know what to expect.

Rome with forever friends
Our stay in Rome was made even more wonderful with Francesca’s rental. It was perfect for my friends and my husband and me. There were 4 of us girls who have been friends since kindergarten and we let 2 of our husbands come along 😊. The apartment was perfect for all of us. We enjoyed sitting on the patio and visiting and enjoying a glass of wine. Francesca met us at the apartment when we arrived and was so helpful the threes days that we stayed. Anytime we had a question we could call or text her and she always returned our call. She lined up transportation for us to the airport when we had to leave. There were many wonderful restaurants we could walk to. You won’t be disappointed staying in Francesca’s beautiful rental

Great place to stay near The Vatican!
We had a great experience on this property. Francesca, our host, was very friendly, available and attentive. The apartment was beautiful, well located near The Vatican (5-6 min walking), and also, to the bus and subway stations. The place is quiet, and we rested just right after our touring al around downtown Rome, and touristic plazas and museums. Her home had all the accommodations that we needed. We travelled with our 5 year old daughter and my mother in law. each of us had our own bedroom and bathrooms. Each of them were big enough for us, and comfortable. It was a perfect place! We would come back.

Francesca is the best Vrbo Host I have ever met
I am not kidding. My husband and I spent 14 days in Italy with my senior parents and my nephew. We stayed in six locations, but we were already spoiled by our first location in Rome. Francesca’s reviews were the #1 reason I wanted to stay in her apartment. Everyone said wonderful things about her and they were all true. From initial inquiries to assisting us with airport pickup, she was always friendly, helpful, and gracious. Her apartment was quiet, comfortable, and clean. There are two full rooms and the pull-out couch area also had a door, so you could count it as a third room. All beds were comfortable. She has many features including a nice patio to sit with your family after a long day of site-seeing. She had a washer and the liquids to use it. She had refreshments and snacks, too. The apartment is located near a bus line that could get you to city center in 20 minutes or less. We walked it a few times and also took cabs. Use FREENOW - an Uber/Lyft like app that will save you loads on taxi money. I would absolutely stay at Francesca’s apartment again. We did a toast to her on several occasions in other cities where we wished she was there! (We had some “not great” hosts in other cities). Thank you Francesca for being wonderful ! 😊

Fantastic
We were all very happy with our stay. The host was very accommodating and kept in communication with us. We had a family emergency during our stay, and I cannot imagine a more caring and helpful person as Francesca. It is a pleasure to have stayed in this home and known this amazing family. I highly recommend this location for anyone vacationing in Rome. I also also found the immediate neighborhood very safe to walk. Very close to the Vatican and other shops.

THE place to stay!
This place was amazing! My friend and I stayed there while visiting Rome. We each had our own spacious bedroom and bathroom. The private patio off the back was wonderful! It was a great place to relax after a long day of touring the city. We were within walking distance to restaurants and shops. It was easy to get an Uber/Cab from our place to go places that were further away. Our host was so accommodating and very easy to communicate with before and during our stay. I would definitely stay here again!

The property was just what we needed. The location close to the Vatican was really convenient and the bus stop to take you to the coliseum etc is just at the end of the road. Francesca was an excellent host, check in was easy and she was very responsive to any queries we had. A really good experience.

Lovely stay!
Lovely apartment! Up high on a hill to view the Vatican City which is a 6minute walk! We enjoyed it all! The outside sitting area was our favorite! As well as the snacks that were left. Beds comfy, showers with plenty hot water and pressure. I would absolutely stay here again. Francesca is SUPER. Answered every phone call, every question.

Perfect for us
Quiet area. Comfortable beds. Enough washrooms for the whole family. Some treats and things to use in the kitchen like coffee and creamers. Umbrellas for all of us and toys for the kids. 3 TV’s and an abundance of outlets. It was a bit rainy so we didn’t end up using the terrace but it was lovely and private. Francesca answered my questions right away whenever I asked for help and was a lovely hostess.

Recommend!
Francesca welcomed us very warmly and was flexible with our requests. The place is clean and is way better in reality than it might appear on the photos, 3 rooms & 3 bathrooms, perfect for a group. The privat garden is huge and sights are in walkable distance. Would stay there again.

The Perfect Spot!

L’appartement en rez de jardin est très fonctionnel. Les trois salles de bains sont très appréciables, surtout avec des ados! Francesca était très réactive et nous a aidés pour notre voyage. Nous reviendrions bien volontiers en été pour profiter davantage de la terrasse !

Awesome apartment
Francesca meet us at the apartment. She was so sweet and helpful. She had information available for bus service, restaurants, and sites. The apartment was perfect and had everything we needed for our stay. It was clean, comfortable, and convenient to the Vatican, restaurants, grocery store, and bus stop. The patio was so nice to sit back and relax after a long day of touring the city. Francesca even set up a private driver for our return to the airport. Thank you very much Francesca.

Francesca was very helpful before the trip. When she met us at the property she gave us an excellent tour and introduced us to everything. The place has everything and more than what you would need for a stay in Rome. She had told us we were close to dining but we were closer than expected. Close to Vatican & Metro
Minutes away from the Vatican, restaurants, and the bus which can get you to lots of locations. The bus is a good way to get around and see things from above. The apt has three bathrooms, 2 bedrooms - nice for two couples traveling together. We didn’t use the courtyard too much because of mosquitoes. The kitchen is basic.

Francesca est très disponible et à l'écoute. L'appartement bien situé à deux pas de saint Pierre. Enterré, il est un peu sombre, mais très frais pour des vacances estivales. Grande terrasse à l'ombre. Et Rome est une si belle ville Merci pour ce séjour agréable.

Wonderful place, gracious hosts
We stayed here for 3 nights and the location and amenities were great. We were met by Francesca and her partner who were very patient with our late arrival due to luggage and having to complete paperwork at the airport. They showed us around the apartment, provided recommendations, tips and were just the most kind people. We would definitely stay here again and would recommend it to others!

Definitely recommended!
What a lovely time we had in Rome in Francesca's flat! She is an incredibly friendly and helpful hostess. The flat was clean and very nice to stay in, especially thanks to the large terrace. The flat is also located in a pleasant neighbourhood, perfect for exploring (on foot or by bus) the different areas of the city. This place to stay is definitely recommended!

Wow!
We loved the location, amenities and beautiful and spacious patio space. It's a close walk to transit (both bus and subway), the Vatican as well as shopping and restaurants. The space is quiet and easy to access. Having this location really helped make our time in Rome special and we would highly recommend to anyone. Francesca was always helpful and made sure any questions we had were addressed as well as providing support to arrange transportation. Delightful and stocked with many accessories for younger children. We would stay here again.

Most welcoming stay!
Francesca was the most amazing host! She welcomed us and made arrival and check in the easiest process, starting with a car service from the airport and constant communication and availability for questions. We arrived at the property and she was waiting to help with getting settled and had recommendations for food and entertainment, as well as everything we could need for our stay with a child with us! The property was beautiful and such a great location, close to shops and restaurants and easily accessible to get around the city. I would recommend this to anyone traveling with children and looking for the perfect place to stay!

We enjoyed our stay at this apartment in Rome. It is located very close to the Vatican, about a ten minute walk. If you are planning to walk and use public transportation, there is a bit of a hill to get to the apartment. The outdoor patio area was very spacious.

The host was very kind and quick in replying my messages. She kindly arranged a taxi from airport to the house for us and let us leaving our luggage in the house before check-in time. She provided many helpful information about the house and neighborhood. The house is located in a great location a few minutes walk to Vatican and many shops restaurants around The house was very beautiful with many amenities, much more than your expectations. She provides us a great welcoming package. The back yard of the house is perhaps the highlight of the house, very beautiful and peaceful

Tolle Unterkunft- Perfekt!
Auch wenn wir nur 3 Tage dort waren, haben wir uns sofort sehr wohlgefühlt, alles ist wie beschrieben: Es gab Regenschirme und Regencapes, Spiele, auch für Kinder. Infos zu Rom und Tipps für Restaurants ... Im Bad gab es auch jede Menge Hygieneartikel, man hätte gar nichts mitnehmen müssen. Da hat sich wirklich jemand Gedanken gemacht, was man so braucht, es fehlte wirklich an nichts. Eine tolle Terrasse, bequeme Betten, genug Handtücher, in der Küche gab es Kaffee, 2 x Wasser im Kühlschrank, eine Flasche Wein, ein paar Snacks, auch Spagetti mit Tomatensoße! Und auch wir möchten Francesca ganz herzlich für ihre Betreuung danken, da stimmte wirklich alles!

Alles super!! Gerne wieder!! :-)
Die Wohnung war genau, wie beschrieben. Groß, sauber und hatte so ziemlich alles fürs Wohlbefinden. Es war für alles gesorgt. Regenschirme und -Ponchos, Reiseführer, alle wichtigen Telefonnummern, in jedem Raum ein TV, Hygieneartikel, Fön, Bügeleisen und in der Küche sogar eine Spülmaschine. Die Terrasse ist groß und bot genügend Sitzmöglichkeiten. Selbst eine Waschmaschine stand uns zu Verfügung. Für die ersten Tage war sogar für Kaffee gesorgt. Auch waren wir in wenigen Minuten am Vatikan oder an einer Bushaltestelle, von wo es in alle Richtungen losgehen konnte. Aber das I-Tüpfelchen unserer Reise war unsere Vermieterin Francesca. Schon im Vorfeld war sie uns eine große Hilfe bei Fragen jeglicher Art. Sie hat sich wirklich um alles gekümmert. Man hat ihre Liebe zu ihren Gästen und ihrer Ferienwohnung deutlich gespürt. Einfach großartig. ❤️

Home from home
This is a perfect place to stay for a visit to Rome. It was clean, bright and equipped with everything you could need. The patio garden is ideal for relaxing after a busy day sight seeing. Set on a quiet road made you could forget you were in a busy city. A bus route running close to attractions is close by but we walked as the major attractions were within half hour stroll and it was a lovely way to take in the city. Francesca is a wonderful host. She met us as our car pulled up with the shelter of umbrellas as it was raining. She advised on routes and restaurants, and kindly booked car to and from the airport for us. We would highly recommend this as a place to stay for adults, families, anyone really needing nice accommodation in Rome. Would definitely stay here again.
