Conveniently close to Termini station. Great value, is as advertised. We didnt spend that much time in our room, but exactly what we were looking for. place to crash and head out for the day of exploring Rome. We didnt mind the walk to the main attractions. The breakfast station was a huge plus.

Wonderful place - well kept, and clean . Super lots of variety for breakfast- just no hot meals . Can’t expect that . Coffee was good ,and breakfast area was so comfortable. Kind and friendly staff .

Non mi è piaciuto: Comfort della camera
Location is great, close to a lot of sightseeings. Staff is very nice and friendly, but I made a mistake by choosing the single room since I didn't know it doesn't really have a window, just a black coloured one that opens to the hallway. Felt like in a cabin of a ship. No daylight, no fresh air, a lot of noise, got smoke in my room from the neighbours. When I made the booking the price difference between a single and a double room was just 2€. Had I known better I would have definitely booked the larger room with a large bed, fresh air and daylight. Stayed for 3 nights, could be okay for 1 night, but not for a longer stay. Had a longer stay in Rome in 2 different B&Bs and a hotel in the same price range and the two other accomodations were a lot better. One of the reasons I decided to write this rather negative review is that I chose this B&B because of it's very high rating score and was a bit disappointed

We have 4 different room and 1 of this are economy and basic. Why didn't you ask us to change rooms? I would have offered you a room change without paying the € 2 difference. We are sorry that you have not been well here.

It was a long walk from the train station with our luggage but the room was very comfortable and the set-up was very good. We enjoyed our stay there. It was nice that there were restaurants and stores nearby so the location is great!

Grazie per la recensione. Per aiutarvi la prossima volta vi scrivo le indicazioni per arrivare presenti sul sito: dalla Stazione Termini si può raggiungere a piedi (circa 1 km), con il Tram numero 3 o 5 in 3 fermate scendendo alla fermata Principe Eugenio/Manzoni oppure con la metropolitana scendendo alla fermata Manzoni della linea A. Ci vediamo al prossimo viaggio.

Overnight stay
We arrived later than expected due to a delayed train. We were still greeted warmly and shown to our air conditioned room. We arrived in the dark and left in the dark the next morning. The area felt a little sketchy during these hours. For a short stay before taking the bus to the airport, it worked fine.

The lady who runs this establishment is very nice. She is helpful. She sent a car to the airport for us. The place is very close to the rain station which is very convenient.

A very nice place. Well worth the price.
My stay was as expected. The space is nice and clean, and is easily accessible to sites and food, among other things. The room was clean and breakfast quite diverse. La Locanda is LITERALLY across the street from an overlooked Roman temple, and us within a few minutes of Porta Maggiore, which I have wanted to visit for a few years. So my one day stay was great..! The only thing, and this is absolutely no fault of the Locanda Sant'Anna, is the walk to the space from Termini. It feels a bit like running a gauntlet up by the station, so I would not recommend doing it at night. After the walk to La Locanda it was awesome settling in and getting a good rest in a very well maintained space. I'd happily stay there again.

El cuarto muy limpio y areado con aire acondicionado perfecto, wifi muy bueno, la pareja que lo administra muy simpatico y servicial. Patrizio muy amable fue por mi al areopuerto cobt\randome un poco menos de la tarifa normal, y ademas se ofrecio a ir por mi a la estaci'on de trenes para llevarme al hotel del aereopuerto La localizacion es inmejorable, cerca de la estacion de trenes de donde salen los buses turisticos para visitor la ciudad.

Lovely place to stay by the station.
Lovely place to stay just a short walk from the station. I was welcomed by a very friendly member of staff who showed me my room and explained the breakfast etc. Nice thoughtful touches such as a jug of water on the desk, breakfast was well stocked. The rooms were clean and fresh and had everything you need including shower gel and hairdryers. The noise from the trains outside can be a bit loud, but nothing unbearable and easy to sleep through. Overall a perfect place to stay in easy walking distance to many of the main attractions, I didn’t have to use transport at all while in Rome.

Hotel with 20 min walk from Colosseum
Pros - Host was very helpful. My kid was fussy as I was checking in late. But host helped me in getting my bags upstairs. Lots of Pizzeria/Restaurants downstairs. 2-3 Indian restaurants within 300m walk. Free breakfast/fruits included. Cons - Too small bathroom. Water in Shower is either boiling or too cold. Needs to be checked/fixed. No lift

El bed and breadfasf queda a 10 minutos de termimi sobre la calle que te deja el bus que te trae del aeropuerto. La habitacion super limpia y el desayuno muy bien completo.

Perfect
Hosts were super friendly and professional. The property is like a big home with a few rooms with ensuites. Our room was large and comfortable. Breakfast was basic but good and the location was fantastic! We accidentally stumbled upon the Colluseum on our first night - that's how close it is! Would 100% recommend :)

Antes de ir, não responderam as minhas solicitações. Quarto pequeno e de fundo. Café da manhã bem bonzinho. Atendimento simpático. Lugar bem sujo nas ruas, mas nada que pudesse sentir local perigoso. Restaurantes pertos, mais caros.Não tem frigobar, mas você fica a vontade para usar o frigobar da cozinha e demais utensílios. Tem que avisar que está indo senão não vai encontrar ninguém para te receber e pegar as chaves. A vantagem é que está numa região central, apesar de suja.
