Perfect!!
Fantastic stay! Hosts were great! From communication to arranging airport/cruise transfers…They made it so easy for us! The property was very comfortable for our family of 4 and the location could not be more ideal! Steps from everything! What more could we ask for?! Would definitely stay here again!

Amazing Location!
We couldn't have had a better location in Rome. We were there for a short stay and wanted to take advantage of every free moment. This location enabled us to do that. Pigeons right outside the master bedroom window were a little annoying, but I understand that is part of the city experience. We would definitely stay there again! The A/C was cold during hot afternoons!

Amazing Location!
We had such a wonderful time here! You cannot beat the location. We walked to the Colosseum in about 20 minutes, the Trevi Fountain in about 8 minutes and, of course, the Pantheon is just steps away. We were completely surrounded by restaurants so there was no need to stress out about what to eat. The kids slept in one room and my husband and I slept in the other. We were cool and comfy all night long. The host was so gracious even after we had one canceled flight and another delayed flight. We were met at midnight and got a full tour and some great advice for our stay in the city.

In the Center of Ancient Rome
just next to Pantheon, in the center of ancient Rome. Nice apartment, with A/C and heating. Location is ideal, next to Pantheon, and you can walk to other famous Rome attractions. Host is very friendly. We arrived 10:30am, and host already waiting for us to do early check-in. He also arranged airport drop off on our day of departure, nice van with good price.

Could be amazing..
First let me start by saying, the location of this property can't be beat. You are located steps away from the pantheon, restaurants and night life. Booking and communicating with hosts Alex and Raul is easy and simple enough. The apartment itself oozes charm and roman holiday vibes. (This was really the reason we booked it instead of anything else) that being said, we had 2 unpleasant occurrences during our stay, first, the first time we showered the drains were so clogged the water came right back up at our feet. Pretty disgusting to fly 12 hours try to take a nice shower and realize your feet are being bathed in dirt or hair from someone else. I immediately contacted host and let him know. He sent someone the next day which was nice. However same day ceiling in bathroom started leaking. I know not the owners fault but he did say someone would come and look at it, and no one ever did. We spent the next 5 days using a leaky bathroom which smelled of mold and dampness. Definitely not what you want especially when traveling with children. Disappointed hosts never reached back out or offered alternate accommodations or even a discount for inconveniences. Lastly yes, the mattresses are terrible. Raul and Alex, you have a beautiful property in a fantastic location but you should have done better.

A jewel in the center of Rome
I had a lovely stay in this apartment. Very comfortable and everything I needed. Perfect location just steps away from the Pantheon. I highly recommend this property.

Excellent location and friendly manager
The location could not be better. Ruel and Alex were very easy to work with and helped to arrange transportation from the airport (which I recommend). Lovely apartment with all necessary requirements. Beds could use new mattresses but otherwise was perfectly fine. I found the price to be very reasonable for what you get and return. Made a great Roman Holiday

Pantheon
Cosy flat right in the heart of the city. The super central location, just a few metres from the Pantheon, was ideal for walking to most of the prime locations. Staff were friendly and helpful.

Visit Rome
Highly recommend. The lady who check us in was amazing made sure we new where everything was had a map to show us where to go great local knowledge of the area. She made sure we were all setup ( wifi, tv etc) showed us now to use the washing machine. Host organised our airport transfer as well. Great size for 4 people. The fuse blew a couple of times but the building is old, was not a big deal. Had already really shown what to do if happened. Would stay again. Best information we have had from a host on the area and had all the information on the place we needed all ready to go.
