Mario and business partner were excellent hosts. Very friendly, knowledgeable and gave helpful recommendations about transportation, sightseeing, and dining. Check-in info was very clear and communication was prompt and frequent. Value for price was excellent! Thank you Mario and team!

We are so sad and disappointed for your review...About cold water, it was for the first day but we have set our boiler as soon as possible.About room, size is standard and toilet is not so big but also not so tiny.About rumor, unfortunately we are not respondable for education of our guests.It is so pity to recieve suc review, because there was a nice conversation and friendliness at your arrival.

Property description states there is free on-site parking available. There are no parking spaces for this. Street parking is not on-site parking. We ended up paying 80 euros to park our car. The shower is so small you cannot bend over. It is smaller than a shower in an RV. The free on-site parking was the reason we booked this hotel. No one was there to check in and get keys. We were not given a code to get in until after we contacted them via messaging. Would not recommend.

Good service, below average room
The service was fantastic, Mario was very helpful and accommodating during our stay. The price is low and the location is easily accessible to Termini which is nice. However the room was incredibly humid and there was mold in the shower and around the room’s window. Otherwise everything else was clean and passable. The shower stall was very small and it was hard to move around. And the walls were quite thin, so we could hear others easily. It’s fine for young travelers for the low price, if you won’t spend much time in the room.

Super Mario
Lovely place in a very good location, with good shops, cafes and restaurants nearby, and within walking distance to some of the main tourist attractions. Mario is a fantastic host, very knowledgeable and friendly. Definitely recommend.

Excelente recepción. El propietario es muy amable y te genera mucha seguridad. Es un lugar muy limpio y tiene una ubicación que te permite trasladarte fácil de un lugar a otro, sea en taxi, tren, metro.

Clean, convenient location, and a great host
Great experience here! This hotel is a great place to pick if you're looking for something a bit away from the city center and crowds, but still within a 25-35min walk to all the main attractions. The host, Mario, was super friendly and was always available if we needed anything- his office was just downstairs. Everything was very clean as well! There are breakfast and laundry options. Also, if you are on your last day or can't check in just yet but want to leave your luggage to explore you can do so. Overall, great accommodation experience for our first time in Rome!

Very nice place to stay. Near termini. The hotel offers a self service brrakfast with no cost. You also have a common kitchen to Cook.

Esta muy cerca de Termini por lo que lo hace ideal si llegas en tren, de todos modos también llegan ahí los buses que te traen de ambos aeropuertos. El lugar es lindo, la cocina está disponible y completa. No tiene ascensor.. su único contra, porque hay que subir muchas escaleras con maletas.. pero solo lo harás a la llegada y al check out.. así que tampoco es un gran inconveniente. Volvería!

Good value and comfortable stay
Comfortable, clean and close to Rome Termini and metro stations. Lots of restaurants nearby. Mario was a very friendly host. Breakfast is not offered but there is common eating area stocked with snacks, fruit and coffee that we appreciated very much. Would highly recommend staying there.

部屋自体に問題はないが、本当にここでいいの？
滞在予定時間を伝えていたが、外のドアは開かなく、掲示されていた電話番号に連絡しても繋がらずにしばらく待たされた。十数分後に折り返しの着信があったうえに、玄関のドアが開き、荷物を持って階段をあがってくれたのは良かった。しかし荷物をもってくれた男性は英語が通じないようで、奥様らしき女性と立ったまま施設案内やチェックアウト時の荷物の扱いをされた。レセプションは上の階だと言うが、上の階には行かなかった。上の階の Relais Indipendenza の部屋ナンバーまで指定した予約だったが、案内されたのは下の階の SUAD GUEST HOUSE だった。部屋自体は清潔だったし、１泊だったのでそのまま宿泊したが、大丈夫なんだろうか？と不安を抱いたままの滞在だった。廊下に少量の菓子とペットボトル水はあったが、ペットボトルは入れ直したような形跡がみえたので利用しなかった。

Good place to stay for a night in Rome
Convenient and close to numerous attractions. Friendly staff and the room was fine. It felt more like a rental suite than a hotel.
