Soggiorno eccellente ma il parcheggio.....
Soggiorno eccellente presso la struttura, ottima pulizia generale salvo l'armadio. Servizio pre-soggiorno eccellente. Unico neo la mancanza di parcheggio convenzionato. Si può parcheggiare sulle strisce blu a 1,20€ l'ora oppure appoggiarsi ad un garage a 2 euro l'ora. Costa quasi più il parcheggio che il soggiorno.... Consiglio il B&B di attuare una convenzione con il garage.

E' importante per noi sapere come gli ospiti trascorrono il loro soggiorno e siamo lieti che il suo sia stato piacevole. Trovandosi la nostra struttura in centro storico, i parcheggi sono tutti a pagamento e purtroppo su questo noi non possiamo intervenire. Il garage rimane comunque più conveniente per i soggiorni lunghi perchè più si sta meno si paga!!! Speriamo di poterla di nuovo ospitare in futuro. Cordiali Saluti

Capodanno 2019 a Roma
Esperienza molto positiva per la nostra prima visita a Roma. Personale tanto professionale quanto gentile e disponibile. Le camere ed i bagni sono accoglienti ed eleganti. Ottima pulizia quotidiana. La zona è tranquilla con una vasta scelta di locali raggiungibili a piedi. Assolutamente consigliato!

Not a hotel. Good location and comfortable room
The location is nice, close to markets area, restaurants and clubs. The room & bed were comfortable, though the AC is noisy. The bathroom is recently refurbished. My advise is to forgo the breakfast, which is expensive, as they send you to the downstairs bar. It is good, but it'll be more cost effective if you just pay directly for your breakfast. The Expedia info are a bit misleading, as this is not a hotel, but a bed and breakfast. There is no 24/7 service or personnel on site, though there is a 24/7 phone number in case of need.

We are pleased that your stay has been pleasant and that you have also appreciated the neighborhood where Seven Suites is located. I just want to point out that it is clearly written on all the portals, including on Expedia.com, that Seven Suites is not a Hotel but a B & B, which is why we do not have 24 hour reception service. Our staff is however present every morning in reception from 08.00 to 13.00 for any need. Also with regard the breakfast everything is written in the regulation and on the site from where you have booked: breakfast is served in the most historic patisserie of the district that every hour produces hot cakes! It was a pleasure for us to accommodate you. Best regards

in un quartiere tranquillo con negozietti di famiglia e ristoranti di tutti i generi vicino a tram e bus e metropolitana sono appartamenti in un palazzo anni 60 ascensore poi si arriva nella hall c'è tranquillita',pulizia, le camere sono molto rilassanti il bagno ben attrezzato e pulito non si sente rumore della strada c'è anche il set per farsi un caffè o un thè caldo oltre al minibar

Testaccio mon amour
Il B&B è situato in un condominio non molto bello all'esterno ma appena si apre la porta del seven suites ci si trova davanti una vera perla!lo consiglierei a tutti anche perchè il quartiere non è molto turistico e si respira la vera aria di Roma!

Chambres spacieuses et très propres. Le quartier Testaccio est un peu excentré et peu touristique mais au moins c’est calme et puis le réseau bus est très bien développé. Seul bémol, le petit déjeuner se prend à la boulangerie en bas de l’immeuble et c’est très limité : 1 café, 1 jus d’oranges et 2 viennoiseries. Rien de plus. Pas de fruits, pas de yaourts, pas de pains, pas de céréales, etc. Même si les viennoiseries sont très bonnes c’est loin d’être un petit déjeuner équilibré et rassasiant. Il y a une supérette à 2 pas de l’hôtel (qui est au 4ème étage d’un immeuble) donc pratique pour faire quelques courses.

Sehr ruhiges Hotel in einer Wohnanlage. Die Zimmer waren sehr sauber bei unserem Aufenthalt. Eines ging zum ruhigen Innenhof und hatte einen kleinen Balkon, das andere ging Richtung Straße, was aber auch ruhig war. Die Rezeption ist nur wenige Stunden am Tag besetzt. Wir sind am Abend angereist und sind über 2 Zugangscodes in das Hotel gekommen und die Zugangskarten und ein Schlüssel lagen in einem Umschlag bereit. War alles sehr einfach. Das Früstück gab es bei einer Bäckerei im Erdgeschoss des Gebäudes über Gutscheine. Das war auch super einfach und man frühstückt in mitten von Einheimischen. In der Umgebung gibt es viele Restaurants. Um in die Innenstadt zu kommen sind wir bis zum Circus Maximus gelaufen und dann mit der Vorgebuchten Hop On/Off Tour die ganze Stadt erkundet. Auch einen Shuttleservice vom und zum Flughafen hatten wir über das Hotel gebucht. Wir würden auf jedenfall wieder kommen.

I loved the neighborhood vibe away from the congested tourists areas, with easy access to the metro. Resturants,Cafe, park and a corner market right there. And the wonderful Testaccio market with street food,meats,breads, produce and soo much more only a few blocks away! The only improvement on the suite would be to add a microwave 😀 The suite did have a mini frige full of drinks and snacks at very reasonable prices!

I was suprised that this is in an apartment building but once inside the 7suites it was just lovely. I loved the neighborhood the parks the resurants cafes/bars. a short walk to the metro and 4 quick stops to termini station.

Seven Suites was tucked just far enough away from the bustling heart of Rome to be relatively calm while still being convenient to a host of great restaurants nearby. Tourist sites and transit were still accessible by foot (or a very short cab ride). The staff was friendly and the room was clean and quiet. The bundled breakfast was a particular highlight, including a selection of beverages and super tasty pastries from the Linari pasticceria downstairs (the food was so good that we actually ended up visiting almost daily for dessert or snacks on our own). Would definitely stay again!

Ein sehr tolles modernes B&B! Sehr schön eingerichtete Zimmer, das Bad traumhaft und grosszügig. Mit Balkon zum Innenhof. Internet ohne Probleme. Einkaufsmöglichkeit und Bäckerei (für Frühstück) gleich nebenan. Reception jeweils Vormittags anwesend und sehr nett.

Wunderbares B&B im Stadtteil Testaccio. Frühstück bekam man in der im EG liegenden Bäckerei. In der Nähe befanden sich verschiedene Pizzerias, Bars, Trattorias und Ristorante, so dass man auch abends unkompliziert was zu essen fand. Die Metro-Station Piramide liegt ca. 750 m entfernt, so dass man leicht zu den verschiedenen Sehenswürdigkeiten gelangen kann. Die Mitarbeiterinnen an der Rezeption waren immer total nett und hilfsbereit. Sehr gerne wieder!

This place was ok. Reasonably priced. I was only in Rome the night so the no-frills didn’t bother me. All my communication happened via text, I did not see a single staff member. Check in was remotely managed.

Alles gut gelaufen, Nettes Personal, Bushaltestellen in der Nähe, etwa 20 min fussläufig vom Cirkus Maximus, Forum Romanum und Colluseum entfernt. Würde es wieder buchen.

first thing that you need to know is this place is not a hotel. It is very well kept, clean privet apartment for you, in a residential area, people around the area like grocery shop beside it, the coffee shop beside this place are like your their new neighbours, very helpful, breakfast is exactly what average Italian eats in the morning and is a place that every local around this area comes to get a breakfast. I liked the environment, I was there for almost two week and although it was a small place I missed it.
