Grate location, clean and Lorenzo the host was very, very nice, gave us good tips where to go and where to eat. Breakfast served to the room, basic fresh and good. The bed is a bit hard and shower is a bit small, but all the rest is very good.

Nice and clean,best location
Best location from this hotel, clean, owner is very helpful, brought our breakfast to bed every morning . One thing that we were not happy with was , he asked to pay in cash only for room . Also most of restaurants don’t take card,, problem is they do not tell about it in advance until we finished meal.

Great Location!
Location is fantastic! The room is small and basic but clean and comfortable. One window but no view. The owner is very helpful and also brought a nice breakfast to the room each day. The room was warm the first night but once we were given the a/c control it was cool and comfortable!

Kommer tyvärr inte tillbaka
Det började med att han ville ha hotellkostnaden kontant och inte ge oss kvitto vilket var lite konstigt. Stenhårda sängar & kuddar men det var rent. Sista dagen hade ägaren tvättat golvet i lobbyn utan att säga till eller sätta ut skylt. Jag halkade och voltade ner för trappan vilket resulterade i hjärnskakning, spricka i revben & enorma blåmärken. Som tur var är min mamma läkare och var i närheten när det hände. Ägaren var inte hjälpsam. Han skrattade och erbjöd ett plåster sedan återvände han till sitt rum. Frukosten bestod av te eller kaffe, ett ägg, skorpa med smör & marmelad och frukt. Den kan man hoppa faktiskt. I helheten så kommer vi inte komma tillbaka eller rekommendera.

The site was centrally located close to tons of restaurants and historical sights. The manager attended to all of our needs or questions. It was great.

Friendly staff, great location, good AC!
This hotel is in a great location near the Colosseum. The staff are super friendly and we easily arranged for a late check-in with no problems. The air-conditioning was awesome and provided much needed relief during our July visit.

Friendliest hotel ever stayed at. Great price right near the Forum. Convenient to everything. Breakfast in bed.

No es un hotel es un piso con habitaciones, malo,
Un engaño, no son lo que dicen, no sé que tiene en la cabeza quienes lo recomiendan, es malo y son abusivos, son extranjeros chinos y no hay a donde reclamar, te exigen que pagues en efectivo y no tienen ningúna autorización visible, no vayas si no quieres que te engañen. con mucho hasta a ver si revisan los de la app de hoteles antes de promocionar cualquier sitio

Owner/manager is super helpful
Good location, easy to find. Pretty close to a metro stop and within walking distance of the Roman Forum and Colosseum. Room, amenities, and breakfast were good. The best thing about this is Lorenzo, the owner/manager. He is very personable and very helpful. When we arrived he spent quite a few minutes explaining things about the hotel and about Rome. He gave us a map and showed us where the main sites are, how to get there, where to get food, where not to get food (too expensive), etc. It was super helpful for our stay in Rome.

Good if you want to stay near termini
The lodge was around 1 km from Termini station and 600 m from Colosseum which makes this lodge convenient if you want to stay in Rome and visit all the famous places around. Breakfast is sufficient enough as shown in the pictures. Note that this is not a hotel but there are just some rooms with couple of caretakers. Rooms are good enough to stay for few nights .Caretaker will assist you but he will remind you twice to give good rating :P
