NO SE HOSPENDEN AQUI ES UNA ESTAFA DISFRAZADA
Mi hija reservo con su hermana y un amigo en este "hotel" que no tiene recepcion ni nadie que te reciba o atienda si no es por medio de un chat. Apenas llegaron porque no tuvieron la decencia de avisarlo antes sino cuando mis hijas ya habian llegado al lugar, les dicen que la habitacion no tiene aire acondicionado debido a problemas tecnicos y que les habian puesto dos abanicos y un aire acondicionado portatil para compensar la situacion, en pleno verano donde Roma es una ciudad muy caliente. El aire portatil estaba configurado, encendido y funcionando en 27 grados, cuando mi hija ,que vive en Italia y sabe como funcionan esos aparatos y no tocaria nada que lo pudiese desconfigurar, trata de bajar la temperatura no se baja y lo que hace es subir a 28 grados razon por la cual ella se comunica con la persona responsable, y esta le da unas instrucciones que ella hace y como no funcionaron la persona le dijo que era culpa suya practicamente, nunca aparecio ningun tecnico ni ninguna persona que trabaje ahi para reparar el aire ni el aire portatil y asi tuvieron que dormir dos noches. Las personas responsables no saben de atencion al cliente, respeto, humanidad ni ninguna de los valores que se deben de tener para hospedar personas. NO ALQUILEN ESTE LUGAR. El abuso y el sentido de superioridad que tienen estas personas es horrible. Nos dieron un 20% de reembolso pero eso no quita la mala experiencia que les hicieron vivir durante su viaje que no se paga con dinero. NO ES UN HOTEL!!!

Lamentamos que la estadía haya sido negativa, lamentablemente tuvimos muy mala suerte con el aire acondicionado y el servicio de asistencia técnica no fue el mejor, dado que la temporada de verano probablemente ya estaba muy sobrecargada de trabajo. Obviamente estos problemas no deben afectar al huésped, por eso además del 20% de descuento hemos equipado la habitación con un ventilador y un pingüino (que hace la misma función que el aire acondicionado). Desafortunadamente, a pesar de nuestros intentos, leemos en la revisión que no hemos logrado que tenga una buena estadía. Solo puedo estar muy apenado.Sin embargo, me gustaría responder algunos puntos en detalle:En primer lugar, la no presencialidad, trabajamos a distancia como informamos en el portal de Expedia y como informamos en cada uno de nuestros mensajes, en el caso concreto luego gracias a la presencia de nuestro personal de limpieza y la prontitud de las respuestas del Frente. Oficina acordamos el check-in temprano a las 11:30, aprovechando la habitación mucho antes del check-in previsto para las 15:00.El punto 2 no es un hotel, así es.De hecho, tiene razón, somos un propietario, esta información también está obviamente bien indicada. Gracias por su amable revisión, reportaremos sus comentarios para mejorar.

Great location. Really simple check-in process when we arrived after 9pm and on a last minute booking. Instructions very clear on how to gain entry to our apartment. WhatsApp updates and questions were easy to ask and receive answers for. We would stay here again.

Spagna Art & Suites - Domus Collection was a very comfortable place to stay. It is hard to find nice places with two beds (guarenteed) and in this case there were two bedrooms. I interacted with Moira and Alberto and they were both extremely helpful and made it easy to check in. On a separate note, I stupidly left with the key and they had to send someone to the train station to ge the key. They couldn't have been nicer. I would difinetly stay at the place again.

The location was great you had food option clothes shopping option and landmark option metro was minutes away. The only thing was the plumbing in the sink and in the shower, and was not to great and not to much closet space in the room i had .

Location was terrific. Once you take the elevator up and the main doors are opened, you are in a surprisingly elegant foyer. Room was fine and bathroom was great. I didn’t like that we weren’t given the codes to the main floor doors to get back into the building, especially at night. None of the keys on our key ring worked them either. It caused a lot of stress to get in touch with someone since there isn’t anyone on site after hours.

Not worth it
Check in was a nightmare. We had to call service 2 different times and both times were given the wrong instructions. No luggage storage area, so we had to pay 45 euro to store it elsewhere for 3 hours. We were told to go to door 2, which was an office. Then we were told floor 3 which doesn’t have a door 2. Then we finally got to the 4th floor and into door 8 which was then how we got into room 2. The floor was dirty and seemed it was rarely clean. I have terrible mold allergies and could hardly breathe in there despite taking my medication for allergies. We were only given one small roll of toilet paper for 3 of us for a 2 night stay. The bed was uncomfortable. The room was nice looking but that’s about all the good I have to say about it.

Such a great location which is only 120m away from Spanish steps. Can also walk to all main attractions. The apartment is very clean with air conditioning! Like a mini hotel room with great mattress!

Check in was a nightmare. It's self check in and you don't get instructions until you follow some link you get through your email. Then we got the link and it didn't work. We had to find the number and contact them through WhatsApp for the instructions. Once we got there the codes didn't work and there was no reception in the building. Had to go outside and call the number and the lady kept telling me to follow the instructions, we did and nothing. Finally she opened the doors remotely and we were able to get the keys. Keep in mind this is after 6 hours on the train and it's 33 degrees. The wifi sucks, works only in the main entrance of the room, the lighting in the bathroom is very poor, the beds were comfortable and the cleaning staff was friendly. It is only close to the Spanish steps, you will need to walk quite a bit to see everything else.

the property is located in very central location for most activities in a safe busy street but quite inside the building . the room, beds, sheets and bathroom are very clean. Would stay again if we come back to revisit this city again .

I don’t like that there was no staff in person. The check in process was draining and not great if you don’t have wifi or data because everything was online. You can’t expect every guest to automatically have wifi or data. It was overall very complicated and I wouldn’t do that again.

Parfait pour un week-end à Rome. Excellente localisation, directement sur la piazza di spagna, la chambre est très confortable et spacieuse. Les facilités pour le thé/café dans le hall sont très appréciées. Communication fluide avec l'hôte
