The location and layout of the apartment were amazing. Michele was very attentive with any request and responded to questions immediately. The downsides were that the apartment wasn’t very clean when we arrived (dusty as perhaps it had been cleaned after the last client which may have been a while before we arrived); the boiler and some other appliances like the kettle were temperamental. Overall a very good flat, location and price.
