La casa ben organizzata soprattutto per noi che eravamo un gruppo composto da tre famiglie, ognuno con la propria privacy ma con la possibilità di un corridoio comunicante tra i tre appartamenti ognuno munito di ogni minimo dettaglio per ogni esigenza.Zona ben collegata per visitare le zone turistiche di Roma.Ci ritorneremo senz'altro : arrivederci carissima Sig.ra Ada

Great place to stay when in Rome
We had a wonderful experience rental experience at this apartment. Antonella was a very helpful and accommodating property manager. The 3 separate suites worked out great. My only issue was that instead of the advertised 2 king beds and 1 queen, there was one king, queen, and full- sized bed — we had 3 very tall men in the group, so the full-sized bed was not optimal. The apartment was in a non- touristy area and had good restaurants, espresso cafes, and grocery stores nearby. It was a 20 - 30 minute walk to Vatican City. In order to get to the places across the river you did need to take public transportation or a taxi (or walk for 45 minutes or more if you had the time). Taxis were easy to schedule via a phone app. I would recommend this apartment to anyone staying in Rome, that is looking to stay away from the central tourist areas.

Beautiful
This was the most beautiful spot I’ve stayed in. The host was very nice and understanding after we experienced a terrible delay with our flights. We loved the space it gave each couple their privacy. We will be coming back and also referring this spot to other friends and family.

Family trip for 9 people
The property was very nice and clean. Although I was aware of the per person tourist charge per day, I did not realize it was due in cash at check-in. The shower in the last apt down the hall did not work well. It would turn on but then would squeal and shut off unexpectedly. The other two showers worked just fine. While this has nothing to do with the property, visitors should be awar the buses did not run as scheduled. Sometimes we waited over 30 minutes for a bus. There is a wonderful market nearby and our host was very responsive to any questions we had. We would recommend staying here, especially for large family groups.

Great apartment and service
The apartment can be your home away from home in Rome, with its 3 separate apartments with three different sizes. Is the ideal place for families but also for couples who like to have space, either for leisure and for business. In not more than 20 minutes walking you will be in Saint Peter's Basilica and Square, one of the most important attractions of the Vatican. The apartment manager/owners are very helpful and always on hand to help. Overall a great stay and would highly recommend.

Simply Amazing!
We loved our stay at this gorgeous apartment. We were among the first to stay under the new ownership but everything was perfect. We had four adults and six kids and the apartment worked beautifully for us. The owners/manager spent an hour with us giving us lots of guidance and suggestions with the planning and prep for our stay. The airport transfers were also seamless. The only change we would suggest, would be to switch the bed in the Athena bedroom to one that splits into two twin beds. That way two people can still share that bedroom but not have to share the bed. All in a five star experience! Thank you, Thank you, Thank you!

Booking this rental was super helpful and easy. The property was just as the pictures described....beautiful, clean, very...."when in Rome." This is the place is stay. The owners were also helpful in arranging airport transfers. We were able to get transfers to airport and to and from locale including to cruise port. This property is great locale near and walking distance to Vatican. Highly recommend this property.

Fantastic spacious apartment in a nice neighborhood near Vatican
Ada's apartment was wonderful for our extended family trip to Rome. We had plenty of space for our group of 10. The apartments were very well equipped, and the beds were comfortable. The kitchens had everything we needed, and there is a washing machine and airing rack to do laundry (which we did several times during our week there). It was nice being able to have three separate "mini apartments" so that each family in our group had a private space. The neighborhood had plenty of excellent eateries, a very good sized supermarket, pharmacies, ATMs, and access to public transport (two bus stops very close). Romula was very responsive when we had questions and had many great suggestions for eateries. I highly recommend this property and would do it all over again. Thank you Ada and Romula for your lovely Roman hospitality!

Nice place to stay
Great neighbourhood. We enjoyed staying a little out of the tourist area but close enough to walk from tourist sights when we wanted to. So easy to catch cabs to where we needed to go using a taxi app that Romula told us about. We were 3 couples and found the space worked nicely for us. We used one of the living rooms as our main living space. If you want to be in a non touristy neighbourhood but close enough to sites to get there easily then I highly recommend this apartment.

This was a beautiful apartment and the owner was very good to us. I would recommend the accommodation to everyone. The location was very good for the seven of us. There is a taxi station a few blocks away. It cost about 8 euros to get to the Pope's castle. We also visited some very good restaurants near by. Thank you to Ada and Romula

Perfect base when visiting Rome!
We had a wonderful stay in Ada's apartment! The apartment is beautifully finished and spotlessly clean. Within walking distance from the Vatican and a short taxi drive from the centre (approx 15 euros for a 6 seater taxi). Plenty of room for 6 adults and a good selection of restaurants nearby. Well worth every penny, thank you!

The Perfect Family Stay

Great apartment and wonderful hosts! The apartment has recently been completely renovated and is spacious and very clean. It was very convenient to the Vatican but not so much to other sights. The complex was very secure, but not my favorite neighborhood. Overall I’d go very it a 5!

Excellent séjour chez Ada, appartement situé à 10 minutes à pied du Vatican, il est très propre, bien équipé. L’appartement est spacieux,lumineux avec deux terrasses. Ada a pris du temps pour partager avec nous de bons plans restaurants, visites, transports... Elle nous a accueilli avec des biscuits jus de fruits café et les éléments de base pour cuisiner (sel sucre huile...)Dans la salle de bain il y avait aussi l’essentiel pour l’hygiéne. The house is big enough to accommodate three families. Each apartment has a kitchenette and is self contained. My family and I enjoyed it very much and the food in the house was enough to keep us going for the first two days. There was enough to cook with, sugar, salt and beverage. Tissue was enough for our one week stay which was very helpful. I would go and stay there again, very close to the Vatican. A lot of restaurants around the house. Ada and Ramola were very helpful, they showed us the main areas of interest upon collection of keys and were ready to help any other time of our stay. Would highly recommend.

Impressive!
Ada and Romula were the bee's knees! Loved everything about these apartments. Very clean & well stocked. Plenty of bedding and towels. Many restaurants close and you are close to the bus station & the Vatican (though, the Vatican was my least favorite because of the mass amount of people flowing through). I had a great stay at Ada place. Ada and Romula greeted us and help us with our bags. We had a lot of bags (first time to Europe). They suggested places to eat and places to visit. They provided us with maps and showed us were all our meeting points for were for our tours. The pictures of the apartment does not do it justice. It was a wonderful stay for our group. The only negative I have was I wished I had booked more time at her place. I will definitely be back and will recommend her place to all my family and friends coming to Rome. Vacation in Rome
Thank you, Nadine, Claudio and Ada for all your information while we stayed in Rome. We stayed for 7 nights and it was better than we expected. The 3 bedroom suite was perfect for our 5 guest stay. Location was perfect not to busy and easy access to the necessities. I would go back and stay the same location. The whole permises was super clean. The only set back was the elevator is super small wich my sons stroller/wheelchair didnt fit so we had a struggle getting a handicap child to our rooms. Other than that everything was perfect. Thank you for providing the tickets to the Pope Francis audience! The best experience EVER!! Thank you all for all for being kind durring our stay. I would reccomend location over and over again. Incredible apartment, exactly as described!
The pictures don’t lie, this apartment (3 apartments, combined) is absolutely gorgeous! Beautifully decorated, spotless, well stocked though minimal “stuff” everywhere, yet comfortable. We were 6 (mom, dad, 2 teens and grandparents) and could have easily fit 4 more people. Ada was so helpful, arranging car service for us on arrival (just 2 Euro more than Uber) and Claudio came to help us check in twice—as we arrived on 2 flights many hours apart. He made great recommendations for transport and restaurants and was always just a text away. The location is a bit far from most “must sees” (except the Vatican.) If you like to walk (30 minutes for normal people, but we had stragglers who needed to look at every souvenir shop and gelateria) or take the bus, it’s easy. Closest metro was 17 minutes walk, so we just walked to central Rome each day. If you need to be in the center of Rome, this is not the place for you; but if you want a gorgeous place to stay at a great price, this is perfect! Thank you Ada, Romula and Claudia!!!

Sehr chicke Wohnung in Rom
Sehr schöne Wohnung mit Liebe zum Detail! Es war alles vorhanden was wir brauchten (großer Kühlschrank, Klimaanlage), sehr sauber. Nette Vermieter; die Schlüsselübergabe hat sehr gut geklappt. Die Wohnung liegt ruhig und nur ca. 20 min. zu Fuß zum Petersdom. Immer wieder gerne!!!

I am a fellow vacation rental owner and I could not have been more pleased. This was my family's first stay in Italy. I was greeted by the owner and manager at the beginning of my stay. They explained everything about the unit as well as what to expect during my travels when visiting tourist sites. They also provided information on close by shopping and places to dine. First I must state that the pictures were a perfect depiction of the unit. It was very clean and roomy for my family of 5. Having 3 bathrooms makes a huge difference when everyone is getting dressed at the same time. The unit also has 3 kitchenettes and 2 living rooms so more than enough space to lounge. The manager Romile quickly responded to my questions. They have done a fantastic job. I highly recommend this place and would definitely stay here on my return.

Wonderful apartment...wonderful hosts...

There are great places, and then there are AMAZING places like this!
Our family of six had a wonderful stay in this apartment—it was better than we could have imagined. We stay in a lot of VRBOs and this is a jackpot place! It is extremely clean, very beautiful, well equipped (even having snacks & bread!) and located in a neighborhood with several great restaurants, and a handmade pasta shop (this is a cant miss—2kg of pasta for 5euro). The wonderful hosts, Ada & Romula, are extremely helpful ladies. They gave us information about the neighborhood, the city of Rome, and even arranged for our transportation from the airport to their apartment. The Vatican was an easy & safe 15 min walk from the apartment. Thank you for your hospitality ladies! Gratzie mille!

A large, clean space for the price
We stayed here with our 4 children and my parents. The layout was perfect for the 8 of us and would have easily fit 2 more children. Each room was a suite with its own bedroom, bathroom, small kitchen and tv/lounge area (2 rooms had pullout couches). This gave each of us some privacy with two of the suite sitting areas being large enough for all of us to eat and hang out together. Pros: Very clean (my number one priority) Private space for everyone Walking distance to Vatican Transportation to/from airport/train was coordinated by them and was very reliable. Given that this was my first visit to Italy I was a little concerned about transportation but should not have been. Coffees and snacks were provided and greatly appreciated. Cons: The neighborhood is more local so great if you want to get away from the crowds but lacked some of the quaintness (and congestion) of other areas we visited located closer to Pantheon, Trevi Fountain, etc. I suspect these areas would have been much more expensive too. Showers are very small. This may be the norm for Italy but even my children commented on the size. While very responsive and helpful once we arrived and shortly before our visit, I did have some trouble getting prompt responses for my questions prior to the trip. I mention this primarily because knowing what I know now I would not have worried about the lack of response early in the process as everything came together very smoothly.

Well maintained, comfortable and convenient access to transportation.
After arranging for transport from the airport, Ada and Romula greeted us upon arrival and spent time acclimating us to the apartment and neighboring surroundings. Close to the taxi stand, several nice restaurants, grocery store and an awesome pastry shop. The apartment is very well maintained and located in an older, quiet residential area.

Perfect place for large group and great location!
We arrived late on 4/18 via some wonderful drivers that Romula and Ada arranged for us (extra cost) from the train station after spending 3 days in Florence. The apartment was even better than the pictures! There were 11 of us ladies traveling together and there was plenty of room for us all. The apartment allowed for a more communal experience where we could gather for dinner and just enjoy one another and the apartment. The washer on the balcony was also very helpful as some of our clothes were stinking from it being so hot in Rome compared to back home.. :-) The bus stop is very close and easy access to all of Rome via Piazza Vernazia (center of Rome). About 10 minute bus ride to the Vatican. Lots of great restaurants and a wonderful café nearby for breakfast. And there was a market nearby to purchase drinks and food if you like.. all within easy walking distance. Ada and Romula were wonderful! Although our train was late arriving, they met us at the apartment and gave us very helpful information about navigating Rome. They also had placed snacks and water in each of the 3 kitchenettes. And Romula was absolutely fantastic answering my many questions throughout the reservation process up until we arrived. I am sure I wore her out.. but she always provided impeccable customer service. Bottom line.. you can not go wrong with this very reasonably priced apartment near the Vatican with easy access to all the major attractions in Rome! An extra piece of advice.. if you do not know Italian, then learn some key phrases.. It helped me tremendously. Lots of people spoke English, but it still came in helpful with some situations.. And, take a picture of your bus stop near the apartment in case you get turned around on a bus.. it was extremely helpful for people to know which bus stop I needed. In general you will find the Italian people very lovely and very helpful.. yes even if you are American, like me.. :-) But trying to speak their language just a little bit will go a long way. They appreciate it if you try.

If I can give a 10 stars I would. The house is just like the pictures super clean, confortable and the hosts were amazing. I am very picky and I had have surprises in the past with condition of the Home once we arrive to the property but not on this one. Absolutely wonderful!
Our experience at the flat was superb! Ada and Romula arranged a shuttle for us and the driver was timely and friendly. The ladies met us at the flat and Romula gave us a lot of useful information about the local area and drew everything out for us on a map. The flat itself is absolutely beautiful and the layout was ideal for our family group, as everyone was allowed some privacy in the evening. Ada had the flat well-stocked with all kinds of delicious candy and snacks which were very welcomed after a long day of traveling. There were more than enough towels, linens, and pillows for our stay. On the morning of checkout, we actually left our passports, and Ada was quickly able to rush down early to let us back in. I highly recommend Feriae Latinae and look forward to our next stay!

Fabulous, Stunning Apartment that was comfortable and welcoming!
What a lovely gem of a home. The apartment was truly stunning! Our family of 8 loved this location! We were 3 families traveling together for 3 weeks for a 60th wedding celebration. Rome was the last of our stops before we headed home to WY & CO, USA. The ladies (Ada and Romula) were very accommodating and very helpful! They greeted us as we arrived at the apartment. They took the time to show us around and help us get familiarized with the apartment, described the area – where to find the taxi/bus stop, grocery store, restaurants, and provide recommendations for restaurants. All the restaurants recommended were within walking distances and received high marks for quality, service and taste. The accommodations were amazing, equal to or better than a 5 star hotel. It was located in a gated, quiet, apartment complex. Welcoming, spacious & very clean. Great quality linens. Super comfortable mattresses. The apartment and neigbhorhood was very quiet. We can sincerely say - the apartment was as represented on VRBO/Homeaway. They stocked the refrigerator (all 3) with coffee, bottled water and snacks to get us started. That was greatly appreciated and enjoyed by all. Also, a bowl of chocolate/candy as you walked in the door. We made use of the washing machine on 2 evenings. Romula and Ada set us up on the WhatsApp cell phone app to keep in communication with them if we needed anything. We asked on several occasions to have them arrange taxi service into town. They did and all the drivers were great! When we arrived we had them arrange our transport back to the airport. We split of into two groups of 4. It was easier for one group to take taxis. Then, we would walk back through town and see the sites. Please note we were pushing a wheelchair/transport chair through the city. It was not the easiest thing to done, but can be done with a little persistence. At the end of the day, we caught a cab back to the apartment. If you are in great shape, you can definitely walk the city. I would recommend taking a taxi then walking so you are not back tracking and get to see more of the city. Taxi’s were between 12 to 20 Euros. Great restaurants abound throughout the city. Ada and Romula - Thanks for allowing us to enjoy your beautiful apartment and city!! If our travels take us back to Rome we will definitely be staying here again! Thank you ladies for providing such a relaxing place to stay after having such busy days!

Very clean, spacious apartment in Rome; tastefully decorated.
Ada was wonderful. We've never had a host give us such a great run-down of the local area attractions. The apartment was very spacious, three bathrooms, three queen size beds, two fold out couches, two full kitchens and a kitchenette. We had 5 young women that totally enjoyed their surroundings. The apartment was close was to the Vatican and not too far away from the rest of the sights in Rome. We used Uber most of the time because there were 5 of us that wanted to travel together. We would rent from ADA again.

Perfecto!!!
Un appartement parfaitement propre, à la hauteur des descriptions, trois belles suites décorées avec soin, un accueil des plus agréable et efficace malgré une arrivée tardive, et des conseils personnalisés (Merci Ada et Romula!). Que demander de plus? Chaque suite est équipée pour être autonome, et vous avez même de quoi démarrer le lendemain par le petit-déjeuner sans sortir (café, confitures, biscottes...), ce qui a été fort appréciable au regard de notre arrivée tardive (22h). Le quartier est calme et avec tous types de commerces à proximité. Les terrasses de l’appartement permettent même de profiter de l'extérieur en soirée (café du soir...). Partis à 3 couples (dont un avec un ado de 13 ans), cet appartement a participé à la réussite de notre séjour. Nous le recommandons vivement! Jean-Michel et Christine

Great time seeing the sites in Roma!
We had a wonderful time and were greeted promptly. The apartment was very clean and we were impressed with the information provided as to activities and restaurants in the area. Great location, not far from a taxi stop and great local restaurants. Approximately 15 mins to anywhere in the city. Thanks for allowing us to enjoy your beautiful space!!

Beautiful holiday apartment
My family of 9 people travelled for 4 weeks around Europe before we arrived at the property. Ada and Romula were fantastic and organised our transport for all 9 of us from Roma Termini and then to airport after our stay. They also met us when we arrived and showed us around the place and explained very good local information to us as well. It was very helpful. The property was very clean and well presented we were all very impressed with the place and it was our most comfortable stay while in Europe and it made our stay on Rome very special. It was very close to the Vatican and has excellent public transport which we used quite a lot. There is a laundry service at the front of the apartment which was fantastic for our large family as we we had just come off a cruise and so we had a lot of washing to do. There is also a very good washing machine in the apartment u can use. Good local restaurants and supermarket. I highly recommend this holiday apartment as some where to stay if u plan to visit Rome. Ada and Romula were very good at communicating by email and "what's app". Thank you to Ada and Romula for helping to make our stay in Rome comfortable. The Fuiava Family Australia and New Zealand

Chic happy place in busy tourist Rome
Spotless. Modern. Private. We thoroughly enjoyed this apartment. The host was very communicative from the start and Romula was very helpful with Rome and did speak English so it was a big help. Cab fare to and from was about €9-12, just as she said it would be. We walked mostly, but after long days at the sights surely liked the easy and cheap fare back. She gave us preventative ideas to stay safe and arranged awesome private transport as needed. Rome itself is not my kind of place, but our 3 families traveling together were very pleaed with this place to sleep and relax. Thank you so much for sharing your place!
