The location is central to the Vatican museums (walk max 15 min). It's an old building and the accommodation is on the third floor which is accessed by stairs or lift. When you walk in, there is a kitchen with one table, chairs, fridge, electric kettle, gas hobs, sink, presses and a coffee machine. We visited in September and the kitchen area was always quiet. There is a food-store nearby and some smaller shops that are open late (cash only). So, it is very convenient to get up when you want and have for breakfast what you want. The supplied breakfast consists of a tray with sweet rolls and such-like. Tea is also supplied. Generally, there is no-one onsite. You meet with them at the beginning and get shown around and after that you are left to yourselves which was fine by us. The owners are a lovely young couple who are very helpful and give good information about Rome. Because it's central Rome, it's noisy with traffic all the time so bring earplugs. I mostly liked this B & B because it was like a home from home.
