Hello Jorge,This review makes absolutely no sense since it is full of lies!It does not reflect reality at all, as WE were the ones who contacted you several times and never received a response.YOU NEVER CALLED, since we are in the Guest House already from 6:30 in the morning and we welcome and assist for 24h a day our guests.At 1:38 p.m. I contacted you personally via wahtsapp since to our emails of August 17 and September 4 you never responded.To the message on whatsapp you had the good sense to answer only at 16:45 saying precisely a lot of lies.We devote all our passion and attention to this work and our guests, so no one should dare to insult us or worse write reviews like this!As Manager of I Tre Moschettieri - D'Artagnan Luxury Guest House, I take full responsibility regarding this response and I hope Expedia.com will take this into consideration.Best Regards,Nicoleta
