“We had a wonderful stay and the staff were incredibly accommodating. They were so helpful in arranging an early check-in for us and even found a room where we could get ready before attending a wedding, which made the whole day much less stressful. Everyone was friendly, professional, and went above and beyond to help. The hotel was clean, comfortable, and in a great location. We really appreciated the excellent service and would happily stay here again.”

“Really loved our stay at The Blue Boar. Enjoyed an excellent dinner in the beer garden, and the breakfast was wonderful. The staff were very friendly and accommodating. Parking was plentiful and the electric car charging station was the best and easiest we used on our travels. Would definitely stay again.”

“Lovely hospitality, nice food, nice room and very friendly staff. It might be an idea to inform the chef that a poached egg is not served with a lot of water swilling round the toast, otherwise marvellous. Convenient location”

“The rooms are a bit dated. They need to replace the locks (that use actual keys) and door closers in the removes and hallways. Whenever someone leaves their room there is a loud bang as the door closer closes the door. Then another loud bang if there is a fire door nearby with the same type of door closer. Please do the following 1] Get rid of the door locks that need keys 2] Find soft door closers for the rooms. If you go to electronic door locks you don't need keys and also you won't need...
