“Superb pub and rooms steeped in local history - Robert Plant started his career here playing blues guitar aged 15 in the upstairs blues club (sadly not there anymore but the history is palpable). “Advert for hotel states food availability. There is none also no bar. Food establishments are very close to hotel. We planned to get a meal and possibly breakfast but not available. This has been like this for the last few years. Advertising needs to change ”

“This place is spotless. Has big spacious light rooms tea / coffee water biscuits plates cutlery etc. A fridge a microwave.the most comfortable beds a power shower. Towels in bathroom. Ironboard infact everything u need for a short stay. Very secure car park with cctv and electric charging point if needed. ”

L'area piscina poi in Italia sarebbe stata chiusa per condizioni igieniche non descrivibili. Jacuzzi non funzionante, coperta con un telo, sauna annacquata con sporco galleggiante, piscina piccola e non limpida, spogliatoi e docce con molto sporco a terra... insomma un porcile! mi spiace ma...

“Unfortunately, this hotel does not meet the expectations of a four-star property. The common areas are dirty, and the carpets throughout the hotel are visibly stained and poorly maintained. There are strong and unpleasant odors on the floors, which immediately give a sense of poor hygiene. The room is poorly lit, and the so-called shower is not a proper shower but a bathtub, which is uncomfortable and impractical. The spa area is dirty, including the changing rooms, which is unacceptable for...

“Lovely room. We were very comfortable. Fab welcome tray. Very friendly hosts. Would happily stay again. ”

“The room was clean and functional but, there some teething problems with lighting (make sure lower hallway lights are on for room 5 - up top); the kitchenette, if needed, requires a few more tools & gadgets (bread knife, cork screw/bottle opener - assume nothing and ask) and some (flat pack) furniture has been poorly assembled and rattles. But overall it was warm, quiet, double bed with, a decent corner shower room, including a few necessaries, to make it a comfy experience. ”
