“Rooms was very clean and whilst no frills it had all of the amenities available anyone could need, including for cooking. Safe free parking was ideal. The location of the hotel is excellent. Just beside is the Zoo and Castle. The town centre is a short walk as is The Black Country museum”

“The property is great. I was traveling with my wife, daughter (13 yrs old) and nephew (16 yrs old). The unit has 2 bedrooms and a sofa bed. It's a large space approximately 600 sqft. There is also parking which is a big plus in England.
The unit does not indicate it has a washer and dryer but the picture of the unit clearly shows a washer. Unfortunately there's no dryer and since we were traveling during the winter it took a long time for the clothes to hang dry. We were in outer Birmingham...

“A simple hotel in the middle of Stourbridge. Rooms are adequate in size, the bed is comfortable and there's a good shower in the bathroom.
There was a problem with my room but it got sorted quickly and the staff were excellent.
Small changes in the bathroom would help - a shelf above the sink so there's somewhere to put your stuff and similarly a soap dish in the shower would be really useful.”

Fairly quiet room/location, despite the accommodation being next to a dual carriageway. Easy access for getting a minicab to family in another town, as well as walking distance to local shops and amenities. A parking space available next to the property was also handy for us, as we drove up from London.

“The property was fabulous, just what we needed, my wife and 3 teenage granddaughters had a wonderful stay, peaceful, everything we needed was there, the host was brilliant, at the end of the phone when we called and great location for the city centre Christmas markets. No negatives from me! ”
“My brother is disabled and staff went above and beyond to accommodate him. The reception and cleaning staff were very friendly. The room was a little dated but it was spacious and comfortable. The bathroom was an accessible one with walk in shower and plenty of grab rails. The hotel was cry good value at the price. We would use it again if we are in the area. The restaurant next door was good value and offered tasty food, it also had very friendly staff.”
“My stay was extra special as it was the evening before and my wedding day evening. Me and my best friend stayed the Friday and had a lovely meal on the evening. We mentioned to our server that i was getting married in the morning and she brought out a desert with a candle saying congratulations. Was a complete surprise which made it that more special. The room was beautiful and the staff overall so lovely and welcoming. ”
