“Rooms was very clean and whilst no frills it had all of the amenities available anyone could need, including for cooking. Safe free parking was ideal. The location of the hotel is excellent. Just beside is the Zoo and Castle. The town centre is a short walk as is The Black Country museum”
“A simple hotel in the middle of Stourbridge. Rooms are adequate in size, the bed is comfortable and there's a good shower in the bathroom.
There was a problem with my room but it got sorted quickly and the staff were excellent.
Small changes in the bathroom would help - a shelf above the sink so there's somewhere to put your stuff and similarly a soap dish in the shower would be really useful.”
“The property was fabulous, just what we needed, my wife and 3 teenage granddaughters had a wonderful stay, peaceful, everything we needed was there, the host was brilliant, at the end of the phone when we called and great location for the city centre Christmas markets. No negatives from me! ”
“Thought this hotel was great value for money. Had everything i needed for a good night's sleep. Fridge in the room was a bonus but also coffee making facilities tv, wifi, electricity points were all good. Room and shower room were clean All staff at reception and elsewhere were courteous, knowledge and helpful.
