We were attending an event at the civic hall and wanted a place to sleep in close to the venue within walking distance. The location was amazing, and the property was really quaint. It only has 4 guest suites so it is really peaceful

What an incredible place to stay. Clean and well furnished rooms with parking thrown in. Clean and well equipped kitchen, toilet and shower facilities. Just a short walk to the bus and train station. Absolutely recommended as a place to stay. Thank you so much.

Room with decent bed, sink and mirror, basic wardrobe. desk and chair. Immaculately clean. Electrics need checking for bedside lamp and desk light. Shower separate from toilet just across corridor, again impeccably clean. Location is near ring road in a city, so expect low level traffic noise. Host really quick to respond and give guidance. Ideal if heading to Wolverhampton for an evening footy match, or music gig.

You get very good instructions how to find the place, keys and location. It is self check in so I didn’t meet any staff. Room was spacious and nicely decorated. Some items felt less maintained like desk and small shelf were a bit wobbly. Mattress was also a bit worn out, i have problems with my back and prefer more firm mattress. Great to have access to a kitchen and loved coffee machine. It was all very clean and well appointed. Inside building nice and quiet but due to being close to a main road, there was a lot of nice from traffic, even with windows closed. Overall good experience.

This place was a hidden Gem amazing. The Venue was what I considered a Castle on the outside, and on the inside is a little more on the modern side with some touches of the old. Very nice and quiet. It was enjoyable.

Half the price and twice as good

Really happy with my stay. Half the price (£65 for Walnut Room) and twice as good as city centre chains. There was a bit of traffic noise (building is close to a busy road) but the room had character (v high ceilings), nice furniture, comfortable bed, was clean and in a good location. Easy to find fault in places but as someone who regularly works away for work, this is definitely a 'come back to'.

Clean, well priced room in hostel-style block

Very well priced room not far from the centre of Wolverhampton. Clean, comfortable room, shared bathroom, kitchen and toilet just down the corridor. The rooms are within what appears to be student accommodation, so it doesn't have the feel of a hotel / bed and breakfast, more a hostel. But was perfect for my solo short stopover. Check in is via a key lockbox, but full instructions were provided beforehand to make it pretty straightforward.

The rooms were very inexpensive. They were very small. But clean and the beds were a lot more comfortable than most of the beds I’m finding in the UK. The bathrooms and kitchen were meticulously clean and organized. The kitchen had and oven, stove, microwave, coffee makers and every utensil, pot, pan, or sheet I’d need to cook. The only down side is there’s no plates, bowls to put my food in. I had to eat the food out of the pans I cooked them in. And the can opener doesn’t work. But those are relatively small issues for such nice accommodations for such a small price

Needs attention to details

Let down by the cartons of milk being extremely short-date (the date of stay !) and one had even separated, but not removed despite it having contracted Good wifi and location but close to main road and not all windows could be shut.

The place was generally ok - room and bathroom/ kitchen was all great. However there was no heating and it was cold. When i called the number provided to complain, the staff appeared to be in a hurry and provided me combination number for a cupboard the bathroom for a portable heater. Anyway the lock did not open, no one answered my call after that and I had a very cold night! Also the sheets could have been cleaner! All in all I was disappointed.
