“Location was fantastic for a quiet countryside retreat. Nearest place we stopped off was Henley-On-Arden a couple of miles away. The rain was a shocker so didn't see much of the surrounding area. The children loved the two border collies who lived next door. The house itself was great. Super shower. Beds very comfortable, had a great nights sleep. Loved having the wood burner. It's an old farm house so if you're expecting all mod cons and aren't prepared to go back to basics just a little...

“Such a nice place to stay. Peaceful with lovely views. A short drive to pubs & shops. We were made to feel very welcome and thoroughly enjoyed exploring the area followed by some cozy nights. The Christmas decorations were a lovely touch. We'll be back!”

“The house is good but unfortunately for our stay there was only 3 mugs (6 people staying) . One room spelt of smoke and another of wee. One bed creaked every time you moved. The towels hadnt been aired properly so they also smelt musty. The overall cleanliness just wasn't there for our stay otherwise it would have been really good. These things can be easily sorted for the next stay. The neighbour bought mugs so that's one thing sorted. Thanks ”

“6 friends had a lovely meet up here after many years. Lovely barn conversion with loads of sofa space and a lovely hot tub and once we found the pac man in the games room we were revisiting our youth!! All facilities were lovely, good car charging facilities aswell. Wifi was a bit poor but soon sorted when we contacted the owner. Walk to the pubs.... if going at night take a torch for safety on the narrow roads.”
